**For the past six years, knowledge of Nomads has been public knowledge. However, nomads are still a threat to all of Sirius, which is why the Order exists. The purpose of this message is to request access to Dublin.
I request this of the Bretonain military because I have had no less than three reports of nomads in the Dublin System. As I'm sure you know, the nomads are able to infect humans and control them. Members of The Order know how to deal with this threat very well. As such, I believe it would be of benefit to all of Bretonia and Sirius in general if my ship, the Harbinger, (class: GEB) were allowed passage to Dublin.

Oh and you're saying that my Agents who are also trained to deal with nomadic threats aren't? Well...I'm very insulted, Captain, and I'd have to deny your vessel's permission from entering Bretonian space. I'm quite certain the Order only exists to do one of two things. Spread lies, and attack government facilities.
