Aujourd'hui it was quite calm in Gallia aside from a Outcast "Roc" bomber Pilot who asked for some Nanobots and
Shield Batteries. He said he had had an argument with a GRN recruit. I gave him the Nanobots and Shield Batteries and affirmed him the friendship and aid of the Legion.
In Tau-23 I met a pair of assiduous miners. They paid their part to the Legion consisting of 3 Million Sirius Credits.
Due to lack of other targets in the system I returned back to Orkney after a while.
There are obviously many loose mineurs without any cover in Tau-23. Well...good for us...

Today I headed into the profitable region of the Taus, making a total of 9 millionnes off a mineur, a zoneur and some independent shipper. Seems enough for le vin for a month.
Other than that, I want to tell you that we have some new Sirian amis. They are called Gaians and they are terrorists. Just so you know, be nice to them and make them feel welcome. Soon I will arrive with some of them at Le Baron, so make sure le place looks good, especially le VIP section.

After having blown up a random Police patrol, a Royalist entered the system. Firstly, we talked about our different views of politics. Suddenly he told me that "being a GRN is like being in a jail". He did not explain that comment further but it's obvious that not all Royalists are satisfied with their government. He also babbled something about "all governments kill themselves" and that the Royal Navy intends to conquer the Sirian house "Liberty".
After all, that are maybe only rumours...maybe they plan something...qui sait...

Today was a quiet day in Burgundy, only a few Royalist-warships sitting around near Dijon station.
Until I detected on a random patrol through the Nievre Asteorid Field, a "Rogue Gunboat" with the identification papers of a "Mercenary".
He was was shooting a Council Bomber patrol when I came in. I told him to stop that immediately, mais he refused, so I had no other choice than cleaning the area.
His foreign looking vessel is now a piece of scrap in the Nievre Asteorid Field...[color=#FF0000]

After a second patrol together with Mathieu Dragon, an [*USI*] deputy entered Burgundy. As our contract says, we provided him assistance in some missions.
Our payment for this help, consisting of 9 Million S. C., had been sent to my account.
He thanked us for our time and bought some bottles of Gallic Wine before he left. It seems we are getting good partners...
A less satisfying message was the detection of an unknown "L'Ane" Transport Vessel with the papers of a "Freelancer". We asked him to identify himself and and to exculpate his use of Brigand technology.
He gave no response though, or his comm-systems were defect. Well, we chased him through the jumphole to Lorraine where his ship wreck is now floating between asteorids...

Enzo here with the latest news. Me, together with Matthieu and Jean took our ascos to a little tour through the Taus. First, le same old deal. We hit one mineur, who had his mouth a little bit too loose. Then a junkeur who talked only nonsense. Finally we found a reasonable man who did what we told him. Quatre millionnes, nothing, but it was not our intention to rob people, non.
After we entered le Tau-31, we made our first contact with les Kusari. It looked like they were a powerful force in Sirius. First, they did not trust us much. However, as we told them about les Royals, they became interested...they wanted to know more. I gave them some information, and Matthieu had some Royal pigs captured in his hold. Generous as I am, I gave one of les singes to them, for "interrogation".
That means, we have made a good first contact with them. Be careful not to provoke them against us, -yet-. We have still much to find out about this new place, mes amis.

Today me and Vulpe finally showed our Sirian guests our beloved Gallic lands, as returned favor. We took off from Narbonne, went through Dauphine, where several navy patrols were trying to stop us. Without too many problems, we ventured through the Royal fortress, Burgundy. After a quick stop at Macon, we finally took course to Marne, and we'll be staying there for the night. I am sure they have seen how dangerous Gallia is, but also how beautiful.
We have met a new maquis group, named /M/ . They seem decent enough.
And we also met a pilot from our trusted friends of the Union Corse family.
