Omicron Supply Industries (henceforth referred to as OSI) agrees to supply The Omicroners of Omicron-74 with the following goods, amounts and at the following prices above what is requested from Station Vendor Operations.

• Fertilizers - 10000 units - 65 SC/unit
  
• Consumer Goods - 20000 units - 305 SC/unit
  
• Food Rations - 5000 units - 300 SC/unit
  
• Oxygen - 5000 units
  
• Water - 5000 units
  

Monthly Commodity Cost: 8,250,000 Sirian Credits

• + 1,750,000 SC in labor and equipment charges
  

Total Cost: 10,000,000 Sirian Credits

The Omicroners agrees to pay this amount of 10,000,000 credits after the entire shipment for the month has been completed and proof has been delivered in the form of cargo scans with time stamps at Freeport XV. Payment is to be delivered in full to the account OSI-Solar.Breeze and proof of payment provided back to OSI Corporate. Payment must be made by the last calendar day of the month.

This is a monthly reoccurring contract. If either party wishes to renegotiate or cancel the contract, for the next month's shipments, they must file a request or cancellation notice before the last calendar day of the current month, on this frequency.

We can certainly use the basic supply package for the remainder of this month. Of course this will be no extra charge, but if you wish to renegotiate in the future, a charge for extra goods will apply.

Sorry for the delay in answering your question, between the holidays and the end of the month paperwork it was lost. The cost per 1000 food rations is 60,000sc, per 1000 tons of HFuel is 300,000sc, and per 1000 units of pharmaceuticals is 200,000sc; for a total of 560,000.

Please let us know if you wish to increase the quota of any of the goods.
