I would like to ask...
Im person, who made report, so i can write here, right?

So, I would like to know, why sanction is only for this rule breacking? There was attacking without any word and without RP. It's not mean, that Im not satisfied, by I would like to know, why there wasn't mentioned abaut rule 5.2 breacking? I wroute one report befor, with same rule 5.2 breacking, and steell can't see any progress there.
May be im doing something wrong? Could you pleas tell me, what is that thing, which is wrong, pleas.
