How you can be sitting less than one click from a friendly base and get your self pirated is beyond me... wait.... No Armor or Regens on your transport is one way.
Isn't Yukawa Kishiro? If there are Hogoshans docking on Kishiro stations, then something is wrong in that regard. Having been a part of Kishiro, I'd have sooner killed my family than let a Hogoshan dock on our station.

Are you trying to tell me that the Navy won't respond if someone calls for them, or if the people in question are -right- in front of them? Last I checked, if a Hogosha was caught pirating, they were killed, no questions asked.

Hogosha are Kusari civilians, Kusari civilians are allowed to dock on all civilian stations in Kusari. Also it's worth noting, that the Hogosha do a significant amount of work for Kishiro as well as others. Kishiro + Hogosha =/= enemies.

I never really got that vibe from any of the Hogosha players I met or the lore I read....Something's really fishy.

The Navy will respond, possibly very slowly, and if they come upon it, and the suspect flees, they might not be so interested in pursing them.

So when they dock, it's expected that the Navy officer will go "Oh well, can't do anything now" as opposed to impounding the ship? Come on, even for Kusari, that's just wrong.
I really don't follow that, Zelot. I used to be in Kishiro when Ivan led it. Maybe he still does, but that's not the point. The point is that the BDS were NEVER nice to us Kishirans and they were rather menacing when we were flying about. They stalked us, they cornered us, and they made us squirm. So I can not believe what you are saying because I have personally witnesses a lot of these events and incidents with my own eyes. I've read the lore. I've read the rumors. I've read base info.
If the Hogoshans are docking on Kishiro stations, then something is pretty wrong with the current lore and how it fits with vanilla lore.

The player faction doesnt really accuratly portray this, but the hogosha have decent ties (read; bribed/corrupt employees) to kishiro as well as samura. Not as strong ties though. But certainly not as lopsided as the afa's ties.
Probably something the faction should work on. Arigato.
