Communicator Identification:Doctor Saigyo Mikio Target Identification:Nature's Last Hope

Hello. I am Doctor Saigyo Mikio, an renowned (No, really!) astroecologist formerly of the New Tokyo University of Science, and now performing independent research with a small team of experts (none, of course, as well-trained as myself!) on the effects of pollution on nebulae in and around Bretonia. Specifically, I am researching the concept that smog cloud seeding destabilizes local nebula electrical currents.
What might an esteemed scientist such as myself be doing here, you might ask? An excellent question! Recently, I found I had a problem. I seem to be nearly out of grant money. At this rate, in a month, I won't even have the money to keep my vessel running, much less continue my research! But you see, I have also noticed something else. Bretonia shamelessly grinds its wheels in industry, pouring out pollutants by the kiloton. This is a travesty, and should be stopped - and you are going a good job of it, too! In particular, I have noticed the emissions of BMM Hegemon miners are severe, and they emit them while exploiting the natural resources of Dublin and destroying its asteroid fields.
I recently noticed a few very important things. First of all, those mining ships need to be stopped at any cost. Second, my ship has weapons. Third, I still need grant money. Fourth, you have this nice little board set up where you pay people to do good things. Who says no good deed goes unpunished?
So here I am! I am registering my research vessel, the Cryptomeria, on your board in order to earn grant money and to handle these terrible polluters all in one fell swoop! As proof of my intentions, here is a scan of my card.
Apologies for the delay in springin' the bounty, things have been somewhat tough round here what with the continuing onslaught from the "official" Bretonian forces... but that ain't your problem, I know...
