Freelancer in win SEVEN :/

Hello,

I just installed Freelancer on my new laptop with Windows 7 (32bit edition i5 core), I already installed MSXML3.MSI and put it in win xp comp mod with admin autorisations.

It works, but when I click on "New game", it crashs and go back to desktop.



It's a clean install of game, even Disco mod isn't installed yet.


Can anyone help me please ?

You shouldn't have to run it in xp compatibility mode. Just install to c:\users\yourusername\freelancer and it should be good to go.

Just did, still not working :/

I did same on my gf computer, and it worked.

I tried to launch with the i5 graphics, and with my GT 540M, both give same result.



Maybe I forgot to install or do anything ?

Help me please


EDIT: IT WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORKS !!!

Just delete the My documents/my games/freelancer/ folder !
