All right I'll make this simple. As of late myself and many others in BAF, HMS, etc etc....Have witnessed a flood of Hogosha pilots inside Bretonia recently...Almost to a point we see more of them then KNF any given day...
Now my belief is that they should stay in Kusari house space only...But what are your thoughts?

No seriously, every time Kusari tries to move our non-regular forces into Bretonia this is what we get, which is fairly surprising when considering where the QCP's operations were focused in Kusari. I think its perfectly fine for Hogosha to go to Bretonia.
That said, I would much rather see them fighting the Junkers in Sigma 13 at the moment, but thats neither here nor there.
To sum up, Kusari owns Leeds, our ships will be there, be they KNF, Hogosha, KPT or AFA

The BAF begs to differ. Think about it. It's a war zone, huge amounts of firepower being exchanged, would the small fry such as Hogosha survive in such a war zone?

How would a small band of Privateers survive in New Tokyo? How would a small band of Order fight off Liberty in the Omicrons. There are lots of small fries who out perform expectations in Discovery.
Moved to General Discussion, this does not belong in flood.
I know the next time one of them hugs the Hood IMG will be shooting em as well.
Short of that... It is my understanding that the Hogosha have very close ties to both the Kusari government and to Samura and actively support the Kusari war effort. It'd make sense they either secure Samuran mining operations in the Stokes field, or take on the same role as the Bret Privateers have - hitting enemy shipping behind the lines.
Surprised the Junkers haven't taken the opportunity to score some points with the Brets by attacking their enemies where they now frequently show. Dublin could always use another faction to add to that hodgepodge:D

Up to 4 Hogosha VHF shooting things have more roleplay background for what they do then (swarms of indie Mollys and*) Outcasts allying with BAF, including the official one, to shoot whoever they don't like - according to their ID.
Go, go, Hogo!
Also, Rod, Hogosha uses the same gear as Gaians - so there is no problem with surviving on a small fighter deep in hostile space.
* they are in their perfect ZOI, but they actually look weird for their roleplay background - their problem is in lack of control.

In terms of The Order I would put it down to technology, experience and training.
Privateers, being former military from my knowledge, would come under the same flag.
What exactly is the Hogosha? A civilian corporate front run by the Yakuza.
When people can write their own faction's RP without really regarding what the faction should be per Vanilla and logical development (and then again, logic is a point of view nowadays), you end up with no basis for an argument for or against roleplay, sense, or even truth.
While some might say this doesn't make sense, it's disregarded as them being sore losers and not appreciating being spaced. While some might like this, it's disregarded as bias on their part, as they're the ones in question. What a quagmirous quantum quandary.
I'd say this situation doesn't make sense (it's comparable to Junkers or Mollies raiding New Tokyo, which are ludicrous and silly ideas, respectively), but everyone knows I know absolutely nothing about Freelancer.
