Alright, first off: That technology was simply, not stolen, salvaged, yadda yadda, let's get on with it.
To whoever it may concern,
I'm aware you're... A bit pissed off about my having your 'Thor' bomber, as much as I'd like to return it, doing so simply isn't possible, due to several technologies being inserted I don't want people to have, that can't be removed without simply destroying the ship...
What I want to discuss, is this: I can't return it, HOWEVER, I can, compensate for the loss, I can supply a sum of twelve million (12.000.000) credits to cover the loss of technology, and the probable death of the pilot prior to my discovery and repurposing of the ship, etc...I'd like to hear from you.
Sincerely, 'The man you love to hate', ProjectX.

Or you could simply destroy the ship and run far away, where people won't be able to recognise you? You're going to need a bit more than throwing a bunch of pennies at us for us to forget about your... lets put it "lack of will to return someone else's property". Let me make this clear: we don't want your money. We have our own funds, as well as a good a source of said funds. What you have in possession is Hessian property, and one only earns Hessian property for being a member of the movement.
So, here is the deal. I can think of better appropriation of funds than throwing money at useless mercs to deal with a junker like you. Find me one way how you could help the Hessian movement, and I will think about making you an "honourary" member. And then you can carry on.
It can't simply be destroyed for the work put into it, I'll tell you that right now, and far be it from you to call me a Junker, I am FAR from a Junker. As for assisting the Red Hessian movement, that would be for you to tell me... *He laughs* Also, it isn't a 'lack of will to return your property' so much as, I can't. The technology used in its repair is.... Well, different, and I can't let anyone else get their grubby little hands on it. As for running away, I'm recognized nearly everywhere, boy, there's no one place I don't have enemies, so think twice before making such a comment.
I, am an ex-Militant, -was- an Outcast, recently I have been working to disrupt their economy, however, I can't tell YOU what I can do, you have to tell ME.

Well, now we're getting somewhere. Disrupting Outcast economy? Sounds good to me. Though we do not care much for their taking over Liberty with their drugs, it's the trickle of slaves making their way back that is the problem, as well as against the values of the Volkrevolution.
So, being that you have now volunteered to become a foreign operative of the Red Hessian movement, we expect you to stop the slave trade in that Cortez backwater. Transfer any captured shipments of people to the closest Molly bases or on the IMG Freeport 4. The captured Cardamine should be destroyed, as it is a tool of slavery and corruption. In addition to that, from this point on you will not assault or in any form hinder any allies or servicemen of the Red Hessian movement moving through whichever system you would be operating in. This means anyone hauling our diamond cargo or any supplies back, Rheinland Revolutionary allied transports or operatives (Hessian, LWB, Unioner or Bundschuh), Mollys, Coalition forces or IMG.
Now, the Red Hessian movement does not coerce people to do things. Once you sign though, the dogs are off.
Perfect! And I never really intended to disrupt you, or your allies, *He coughs* however when they're in my current AoO it can prove to be a problem, as for slavers in Cortez, that can easily be done when I'm out there, and with my previous position I know the names of several well known slavers.
Sadly, with my reputation, it may be an issue for me to travel to nearby IMG bases, but I will do my best.
