I think I've seen FL Hook used to transfer cash from loser to winner in a PvP fight on one standard server. However, I've seen FLShell set up to do that on most servers that use it (several standard servers and at least two current Discovery servers). FLShell transfers a set amount based on the ranks of the players. A high-ranked player will get little or nothing from killing a low-ranked player, whereas a low-ranked player can get a substantial payment from killing a higher-ranked player. I've seen transfers up to $500k by FLShell.
