After having some difficulties to locate its destination, a tired sabre landed near the estate.
A young girl wearing an old and somewhat dirty zoner flysuit came out of the hold after a bit. She looked around and wondered "Hmmm? Should be around here... I think..."
She then turned around a carressed the hull of her ship, noticing the tribal unicorn painted on it was scratched.
"Ouch..." She shook her head "Stay here okay, i will be back in a bit..." She then tapped on the hull, taking a look at the damages done to her ship.
She then started to head towards the buildings of the estate nearby, vaguely looking around, at times staring at the sky with an afraid expression.
She knocked at the main door "Hello...? John? Someone?"

When she arrived, a large, heavily armed warrior flung the door open.
Once he noticed the TAZ uniform, he lowered his weapon, "My apologies, Miss. Doc increased the security and upgraded the level of it." Concordia would notice that there were indeed extra security peronnel of this kind around. He then admitted her into the Estate. It was huge. The guard then escorted her to a door where he pressed the com device next to the door.
"Ambassador, the young lady you requested is here," the guard bellowed.
"Thank you, Mr. Grok," was the reply, "you may let her in."
The guard opened the door, nodded to Concordia, and walked back to his post.
The room was nothing she had ever seen. It was of a world past, of another lifetime, another era. In the far corner was a baby grand piano. A couple of large bookshelfs stood against the wall and in front of an old style fire place was a large table with a sofa. Also in the room were some recliners. On the wall and the bookshelf were pictures, pictures of a time past. Doc stood with some lawmen in old black and white pictures amongst some others.
Doc himself was standing with his back to Concordia as she entered in his robes, packing a bag. By the piano were the bags he had already packed. One personal bag and the rest were medical. He then turned to face Concordia. His face was straight and his mood somber. He stood still for a moment as he sighed. He took a couple of steps towards Concordia. He was greatful to her and his somberness showed it.
"Concordia," he said softly, "I thank you. Thank you for doing what you did today. You saved me and the lives aboard the Ark." He paused a moment as he placed his hands softly on her shoulders, "I know that others had a part in it and I promise that I'll speak with them too but...."
He again paused and took a breath, trying to smile even if weakly, "when I hear that one of my own is upset, one of my own cries for taking her first life, well, I want to help her before I help someone else. I need no medicine or surgical procedure to fix it."
He then looked into her eyes, seeing the pain she still felt. Gently and slowly, he wrapped his arms around her and held her.
"No amount of medicine cures what this does," he said softly, "thank you. Thank you very much."
"I remember my first kill. I felt much the same. I hope you never find killing easy as I did for a long time," he continued, "it's a feeling I don't miss."
He then went silent, only saying in a whisper, "Let it out. Cry on me if you must."
She followed Grok, staring into emptyness. She seemed to be less scared as soon as she had a roof on top of her.
However, when studying her, one knowing her could notice she appeared to have changed.
Before...
She would have certainly annoyed Grok by scampering around and opening curiosly every door she ran into to take a look inside the rooms.
No doubt she would have winked at every man she crossed, or even attempting to flirt with them.
When Doc took her in his arms as a father would, she would have taken advantage of it by hugging him or groping his button while giggling.
Instead, she simply followed Grok, entered in the room and vaguely waved at John, taking an empty look at the room.
When he held her, she seemed to remain stonily indifferent.
After a while she slowly moved away from him, and walked to the piano. She typed slowly on a few keys, one by one, making random notes.
Concordia looked away "I don't know how i should react John... What i feel inside me... It's terrible... Never ever experienced such a thing"
She then turned around and looked staight in his eyes. "I was with Izumi and that boy we saved with my sister... Hmm... Jean... About an hour ago..." She shrugged "That was strange. I simply couldn't fully enjoy the moment and smile to them"
She remained silent for a while, thinking... "Well.. I don't know... I'm feeling... Dirty... inside.." She timidly smiled "Well okay... I'm certainly dirty outside too... Didn't have time to take a shower... Anyway..." She looked away again.
"Do... Do you think... I will never be able to be happy again?"
She took a look at the bags "Oh... I must be delaying your departure... Sorry..."

"Time heals all wounds," Doc answered her, "of that I am a believer."
He then shook his head, "don't feel dirty. You did what you had to do. Not all people in Sirius or even Gallia are bad. Sadly, the few that are make us feel dirty sometimes."
He then smiled, "An ancient Earth revolutionary of peace once said, You must not lose faith in humanity. Humanity is an ocean; if a few drops of the ocean are dirty, the ocean does not become dirty."
He then placed his hands on her shoulders and smiled as he looked upon her, "I need to go to do what is right. When I get back, we'll talk some more if you want. In the meantime, please, go do Eris' will. These hard times too will pass."
He then pulled back, took a couple of his bags and began heading to a ship that would take him to Liberty space.
