Dave came along with another suggestion regarding the SCRA issue.
"A direct confrontation may not be the wisest move right now. Since our forces are spread on different war theatres, I say we should make another approach. I see a greater danger in this Volkhan, and I agree with Eriksson regarding the sabotage. We could do that to Volkhan's forces or main operational bases, and then arrive with proof that Katz is guilty. We will create only a bigger conflict between them but one of them will have the "upper hand". After that, we should get more deep into their economy, and the remained leader should be dictated not by his own ruls, rather by ours because we can achieve their economical backbone in this extreme case of disarray. By that we can slowly destroy them, and that is more painful then a direct hit. And from this we can obtain some good resources. Thats how I think. And imagine the possibilities..."

"Sabatoge, ok...but what you are suggesting Dave? I..."
Jeremy paused.
"That is not what the Order stands for. And only four ships, nothing else. The Order exits to fight the Nomads, not to take over and essentially rape soneone we once regarded as an ally!"
Jeremy paused again.
"I know I am the lowest in the pecking order here, but...how can we take over anyone? How? We are not that. Im sorry, but do this, and the LSF are right about us being terrorists."
With his always relaxed tone he explained very well.
"Infiltration. Extortion. They are corrupted right now, we need to exploit this. And controlling them doesn't make us terrorists Jeremy. The Order always had infiltrators between the officials from most of the houses. We can do this very easy on our current matter, because SCRA isn't so organized at the moment, so we should take advantage of this. We sabotage their main operational bases, then we offer them goods at some very high prices. Let's say that Cerberus can get the necessary supplies for their bases, and also we will be sure that no other group will reach Omega 52 and deliver goods for the SCRA. With that.. we control their economy very well, and they will depend on us again. And I say.. Primary does a very good job dealing with the K'Haras. And another thing... The Order needs to protect humanity, but the K'Haras aren't the only threat, remember The Phantoms, and the Nomad's "fans" so to speak."

"Your way works if, and only if, Volkhan agrees with our terms. My way, we have a chance to reinstate Katz, who is in our debt."
Jeremy sighed.
"We dont know they are not organized. Katz's supporters are putting up serious redistance despute losing Jackal. The Volkhan loyalists are organized enough to drag a battlegroup into Yukon. Never assume. Never. You cant gather enough from this to make that decision its exploitable. For all we know, Volkhan will take our supplies and then invade us. At least with the rebels, we can monitor thier forces better."
The arguments for what to do flew back and forth. Each raising a further point which had to be evaluated, and the issue was slightly drifting from where it should be.
The Spymaster uttered a singular audible cough which brought the room to silence.
"Alvin Katz is a known entity. We have interacted with him. We know his personality, his outlook, and his tactics. The Volkhan is completely unknown, unmeasurable and we know not what his intentions are, let alone his origins." Admiral X spelled out the situation as he saw it.
"Direct confrontation is not what The Order is about. Especially not the Wedjat's part of it. It is a complete reversal of our role, and against our goals and methods. We work as the hidden hand of an almost invisible body." X reminded those in the room of what they should be doing.
"What we need is information; intelligence so we can make intelligent decisions." X cleared his throat. "Find out about the Volkhan. Find out about Katz. Find out what caused the infighting. Find out each side's weakness. Then get them to crush each other."
"The Zoners would have been contacted by the Coalition. They are one of the few people who will supply the Coalition. Use your contacts and find out about any supplying or contracts, or negotiations in the works. We need to know how each side is financing their war and supplying their men." X finished.
"That, is what we need to do. Now, what else needs to be known?" X questioned the room, looking for more information about the topic at hand.
"As much ad ignoring them would be good, we cant ignore everything."
Jeremy paused.
"What if Cerberus handled the sabatoge, forget blaming Katz supporters, and I take a small task force to help the Rebels hang on? The fight would go on longer until a better solution is found? Both operatiins at once."
<jimmy sighed took in all the info and stood upand removed the chip,he had toyed with>" if i may, sirs"< he inserted it and displayed a few of his former combat engagements and encounters with the SCRA including the Ontario debacle>
"there die hard soldiers,to coerce them into something would be a wasted effort we need to use the fact they hate each other to our advantage if we do anything" <he sipped his water and resumed>
there highly trained and well equipped and like any large military force both im sure are to have special forces"
<he removed the chip letting the images stay on screen a few seconds more> "volkhans most likely expecting an attack or infiltration, and im sure he also probably has intell assets of his own,hat we need to do if anything at all is get in touch with the remnants and milk them for info on volkhan, coalition does not surrender they'd rather fight then be taken captive" <he sat down> we cant trust either right now but my gut tells me we werent backstabbed willingly, somebody wanted this mess to happen and my moneys on volkhan"
"I agree with Patterson. But the thing is, they are die hard for the Coalition. For a rebelleion within this organization...it would seem unthinkable. Here's a theory..."
Jeremy ran a hand through his hair.
"Volkhan manipulated Katz somehow, saying we were going to betray him. He acts, this entire thing starts. Volkhan has Katz assassinated, but fails. The Remnant of the katz Loyalists run, set up shop, and get ready to fight against the usurper. The reason for our alliance being broken is so Volkhan can count us out of helping the Katz Faction. The No Fire Agreement with the BHG just makes sure we cant do much against them, thus they can crush the rebellion and fight against when the rebellion is quashed."
