Huh ive just been hunting bounty hunters to get my zoner tag on a new char im working on, i went through Minor, Delta, Unknown, gamma, theta, alpha and back again, not only no bounty hunters there where no npcs whatsoever, its lonely out there and i need to sort my rep out, whats going on? :/
I've seen very few NPCs the last couple days. I killed three Red Hessians in Dresden with one of my characters about three hours ago. After that, I took another character from Colorado to Frankfurt and saw hardly any NPCs, but there are plenty of NPCs fighting the TBH Corsairs at Fulda Border Station right now. RM needs all the help they can get.
I flew from Dublin to New York, and the only action I saw was this guy that tried to kill me at the jump gate from California to New York, though I did spot a few Rogues in the ice cloud.

Interesting, though, that while the Corsairs were in Sig-13, there were TWO battleships in the area, but as soon as they came into Frankfurt they were all gone. Not a single one for 2 hours or so.
Yeah, it's caused by one option of FLHook, which prevents NPC spamming when the server load goes over certain limit (currently 100ms). The problem now is, that I had to send the faulty memory module back to the dealer and while I am waiting for a replacement, the server runs without any overclocking whatsoever. Which means server usually reaches the 100ms limit with 50-60 players now. When it was overclocked, it was happening with around 80-100 players.
So please be patient, it will get better when I have the memory back. On the other hand, server-side lag almost isn't bothering us any more...
