Good day.
Some time ago we entered into discussions with Commander Alexander Yamakazi of Section Chief Keiji Shibazaki's Delta Wing of the Kusari Armed Forces concerning our status on your bounty board in recognition of services rendered. However since conclusion of the discussion the good Commander has fallen off the map.
Our arrangement largely centered around the prospect of having our company considered a local contractor, by virtue of our long history of service to Kusari both domestically and abroad.
While we understand that the foreign nature of our Company would generally disqualify us from recieving such honor we feel confidant that the we stand on enough merit to request the change in status with neither shame nor hesitation.

I am pleased to say that Samura Heavy Industries were only to happy to support your petition to the Council due to the excellent services you have supplied to us in the past.
We pride our business partners for professionalism above all else, something which you have never failed to show.
So without further ado, the Council of the Rising suns have agreed to support your wish to be recognised as local contractors within Kusari and grant you all the privileges that come with it.
The overriding condition on this is that you will claim no bounties on Kusari citizens protected under the law.
On a further note, Samura Heavy Industries will be re-opening up it's bounty board soon, please keep your eyes out for this.
