I am led to believe that, in violation of several high level non-aggression agreements... and the fact that I myself asked you to steer clear of the Xenos in this system... Xenos who are crucial to this government's continued existence, and potential re-electability in three years time... you opened fire on them anyway.
I don't care what the reasons are. Ontario needs to maintain the peace and is a carefully balanced power structure that holds all of the factions within its borders as equal and vital to continued prosperity and peace.
The Deputy Governor of Ontario has put a motion before the System Legislature, calling for your immediate withdrawl, a motion that, with the Xenos votes in that legislature, is looking set to pass. It will call for your immediate withdrawal from Ontario Territory, in disgrace.
Colonel Rhade, I sided with you in this galactic mess that was created, because we believe in Katz.

To Madam Coral, no doubt reading this message, my apologies to you. I should have listened when you first voiced your concerns. The Coalitioners have 24 hours to depart Ontario, in the mean time, the Ontario National Guard has orders to shoot on sight any Coalition vessel it encounters.

You amuse me greatly, Governor. But you see, sheltering enemies of the state marks you as a supporter for one side. Technically, the state of Ontario has committed war crimes that go against the Sirius Coalition Revolutionary Army's laws of military conduct. What that means? It means some one has to answer for these crimes or we will be forced to declare war on Ontario. As a Governor, I doubt that you want that curse on your people. All those wonderful tax-payers who keep you in that comfy chair and that beautiful office.

You lack the strength to adequately act upon your threat of war. Your task forces have been soundly beaten each and every time they come to Ontario.

[color=#FF9944]Governor I understand where you're coming from, I understand that you have to maintain that fragile balance and that you don't wish for any conflict of that kind within Ontario, but please, I ask of you that you do understand and do recognize the motivation behind it.
It wasn't us, it wasn't the Rebels who started this aggression between the Xenos and us, it was them when they gave away our hiding spot at Freeport 14. That's what Rhade told me. That they had said, the Xenos had said, that he was coming. That it was their kind of humor, and that the Volkhan was coming. And only a short while later we've had the Karl Marx tearing apart the Jackal in Alberta. But I beg you, Governor, please understand, without the Xenos having done what they've done, we'd never had any escalation of this kind, dammit our people aboard the Jackal would still be alive!
Can't you see that all you're going to do this way is prove the Volkhan right yet another time? Have you not heard his broadcasts? Haven't you heard how he speaks of betrayal, of how the Order, the Unioners, even the Omicroners betrayed the Coalition? Do you really want to prove the man, the one who has heartless monsters like Viatcheslav backing him, monsters threatening to take your women and children, to kill them or god knows what else...
Governor do you really want to prove the Volkhan right, strengthen his position even more by exiling us out? Betraying us by kicking us out of our last refuge? I'm not exactly sure what source you received your information from, but we never shot the Xenos. At least, not in Ontario. No, we shot them over in New York, where they were soundly beaten. Governor, I'm not sure you're aware of this, but the only reason the Volkhan is on the doorsteps of Ontario is because of them. They gave away our location, they presumed themselves invincible, and then when we soundly crushed them, they came groveling to you.
I respect you Governor, I really do, however you base everything on the idea that we shot the Xenos within your fine system. We didn't. I ask you to re-evaluate your stance.
