The desk has received reports of increasing insubordination, flagrant activity, and blatant
breach of Code of Conduct by selected agents and captains. We believe this is the reason of subtle
Nomad tampering with our agents, designed to destroy our reputation in the houses, to cause troubles
for us and to make us waste resources.
In accordance with Wedjat Directive *Classfied*, Cell Codename "Maat" is now operational, to
combat nomad influence and possible infection within the ranks of The Order, by any means
necessary.
Order agents are to report any breach of the Code of Conduct here, and it shall be investigated.
The Code of Conduct, for reference, is attached here.
Quote:A) Regarding Omicron Operations
-In a fleet engagement near the Isis, all agents must give the Isis at least 4 "K"s worth of room,
for the superior weaponry grid of the Isis to take affect and prevent friendly fire.
-If Mobile Combat Assets (including, but not limited to, Osiris, Gebs, and Resheph class cruisers) are
available, then they should be deployed first and under no circumstances must the fight be forced to
Isis. It'll cause friendly fire and limit the effectiveness of the Isis.
-Omicron Delta is a warzone. However, An area of 2 "Ks" around Freeport 11 is a No Fire Zone,
and Order agents must not provoke a fight or get involved in a fight around that radius.
-Omicron Iota is out of bounds, unless you are looking to die.
-Omicron Kappa is a free system. Omicron Gamma is a no-entry system, and no Order ships are to
go there, unless on special assignments that demand such. Omicron 74 is a selective entry system,
based on permissions of Omicroners Zoner group.
-Other Omicrons are to be treated as hostile and Order agents must not compromise their activities there.
B) Capital Craft Doctrine
-Capital ships are not to be deployed near the Isis, as it cripples the effectiveness of both the Isis and
the capital craft, and causes friendly fire incidents.
-Capital ships are, unless by special assignment, restricted to the systems of Omicron Minor, Omicron Delta,
Omicron Kappa, Omicron Theta, Omicron-74, Omicron-92, Omicron 100, and Alaska. Any Order capital ship found outside these parameters without permission shall be dealt with severely.
-Capital craft are to be used responsibly, which means that their firepower should not be wasted on fighter
and bomber crafts, unless the ship is specially outfitted for the purpose.
C) Treatment of various groups.
Gaians- They are cooperative and friendly. Do not shoot at unless in a matter of self defense or an extraordinary situation.
Blood Dragons-Cooperative and friendly. Do not shoot unless in a matter of self defense or extraordinary situation.
Zoners- Allies. Protect their shipments, and aid their members. Do not attack under any circumstances.
Coalition- For reasons unknown, they have attacked us. Avoid direct engagement if possible but destroy if they hamper your mission.
Other parties- Avoid direct engagement unless in extraordinary situations.
The above is just an excerpt, but it shall suffice. Any Order agent found in violation of these rules
will be given one chance, and if they fail, then they shall be dealt with.
Wedjat vessels are exempt from the usual code of conduct, because of the nature of their work.
The Order must be kept clean and pure.
//As much as I hate including OOC in RP posts, this requires an explanation. Basically, if you find any trouble making order players, post here as an Order agent (make up one) with the necessary evidence and we shall deal with the troublemaker.

Designation:OCV-R-Olduvai Ship class:Resheph Order Cruiser Commanding officer:Dr. Victoria Steele Permitted sectors:Kusari and Rheinland
Greetings members of the Order High Command!
I am Commander Mike Steele of the OCV-Oldum and this is Dr. Victoria Steele of the OCV-R-Olduvai.
According to the "Maat" , capital ships are restricted from outside the Omicrons, however we would ask for permission for the Osiris-class battleship "Oldum" and the Reshep-Class recon cruiser "Olduvai" to be permitted to operate outside these systems.
Our reasons are non-military natured, as we are in the middle of a scientific research, which has connections to nomad related materials, however the exact aim of it is not gathering further informations about Nomads. Not long ago, we've found an interesting looking artifact at a wreck in the Omicron Lost system. After about a month of research, our scientists have found coordinates and information on an unknown language, but we managed to transfer the coordinates to our current navigational system and by our great surprise they were matching some Sirius Sector coordinates.
At the moment, we wish to visit these coordinates to find more out about this artifact and about who or what made it or left it here.
In order to conduct this research, we request your permission for our vessels to operate outside the "Maat" descripted systems.
The OCV-Oldum would be flying on the Omegas , the Taus and most of the Omicrons. The OCV-R-Olduvai , as it is less defended against hostile intentions, would stay in the "safer part" of the Omicrons, some parts of Kusari and Rheinland.
These are the destinations we are aware of at the moment, if any other information comes to our knowledge which requires further requests, we'll contact you again.
With respect:

Greetings,
I hope you don't forget the Spiridus. We are currently operating in a system near Ontario and deploy sometimes a little civilian fighter for recon missions. We found High SCRA and Navy activity in the Ontario System.
This is Major Hunter. I would like permission for the Oathkeeper to operate in Bretonia, Magellan, Cortez, Coronado, as well as Omega 49 for resupply purposes and Kansas as a forward base for Wedjat operations on checking in with SCRA activity within Liberty.
Your missions have been discussed and[color=#99FF99] approved.
OCV-Oldum and OCV-R-Olduvai have clearance for leaving Omicrons,
and visiting systems mentioned in your request.
You know the drill Commanders, keep a low profile,
don't start another war and make yourself useful out there.
That would be all, good luck.

Also, I would like to request the Order High Commands clearance to use the Trident as a base of operations
outside of the Omicrons. The Trident will only be used in emergency situations when snubcraft based on the
Trident are ineffective, and the probability for success when intervening with the Trident is above 85%.
