' Wrote:P.S: I didn't mean to brag, but seeing how you started talking like I know nothing about what I'm saying, I had to bring up examples to show you the source of all these suggestions were my own Angel times, not something I came up with over night.
I didn't write it with that intention, it was more of a general "you"
But again, if we are present at the problem locations, I think the line between server police and being helpful is getting thinner. Something I'd rather avoid.

i did read the post, and while i approve of all of your suggestions (but neglected to mention this), for me they could go further, and be more helpful, if the angels had an organised time to be on-line, like an event.
the reason why i thought the event would be a good idea was due to an experience where i was frustrated by an angel's response - however, this response has had a beneficial outcome, so 'no harm, no foul'
The area code suggestion wouldn't really serve a purpose. Sure it would allow you to track which ships with an area code were online the most, but just because a ship with an area code was online doesn't mean it was only helping in its area. I answer PMs from the other side of Sirius all the time.
As for your time zone suggestion, do remember we all are human. We have real lives, those take precedence over a game. Having an Angel on the server 24/7 isn't plausible, same as having an admin on 24/7 isn't. You do not need an Angel tag to help someone, you can do it without the tag too. Angels aren't the sole group responsible for helping new players. Official factions also have that responsibly, we can't do it by ourselves.
I'm not sure of the need for shared accounts. I know the other Angels I speak with regularly have ships spread out across Sirius. I myself am in the process of setting up ships also.
As for the message dump, I agree, it is useless. I don't make posts because I'm not here to make posts saying I helped someone, I'm merely here to help. I don't even see a need in having one, tracking activity can be done using the activity tracker thingamabob.
I do however have a suggestion of my own. The Angels shouldn't just be focused on helping in game. We can help a good deal on the forums also, and I try to do so myself as I think a few other Angels do.
