not too surprising now, but it sucks nonetheless really.
KSP shooting on us - doesnt matter.
KNF shooting on us - doesnt matter.
We shooting on KNF - jailed and BS banned for 3 months.
But we had the official - independent relation discussion here already, so this is as i said not too surprising now.

Any chance of getting the ships out of bastille again?

Regarding the 3 months BS ban...i would please you to limit this to the members responsible.
I guess this is because of the way we used these vessels, but as we have also members who do not even own one i think its a bit unfair to punish them.

And the last question: Is there any evidence or a rules violation report from someone? or was this based on the things the admins noticed?

I would like to post here some evidences a few members have collected.

First of all, the Proof that the KNF attacked PYM forces FIRST!

As you will see in the video, the Canis was threatened first, before that, PYM force Manimarco has told the KNF forces, that if they shoot canis, they will declare war on PYM.

I make myself guilty of writing OORP in local chat, but i accept that.
I have written with the KNF battleship, about my Roleplay (Yes, I tried to RP, but they just wouldn't let me), and that i would leave now, and that its unbelieveable that everybody was telling me "do RP, do RP" and then they aren't doing it themselves (as members of an Official Faction.)

between that video and the next, i tried some last RP, "engaging my cruise engines", but suddenly, while i was already moving towards the Tradelane, the Battleship ordered to open fire, and some mortars hit m, from 2 destroyers, few bombers and th Battleship.

As you will see, i already agreed to move, already moved, willing to follow the order of the KNF.

The fighters present opened fire on Manimarco, due to they could not severely damage a Jinkusu. Manimarco started to defend himself, without killing anyone, just defending.

Also, this is a proof for the lack of RP from the KNF forces present, and the obvious PvP abuse.

We tried to RP
We set up a story
We had no bad intentions (on the same day, Hatturo wrote this letter to the KNF: http://discoverygc.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=94617, offering being allies)
We were close to find our place within the server.

It is a sad thing that another KNF-Katana wing member ignored our RP with the words "Haha. You were the Ori", but i have no evidence for that.

We tried to follow the call of Kusari for support on activity at all in kusari, and some fighting forces at the front.

It was very rare to see us in capships, and usually maximum a solaris-dessie was present, usually 1-3 fighter, 1 bomber and a gunboat or such.

We tried to avoid "Capwhoring", buying them because the KNF asked us to do so, and they were stationed in leeds a long time.

I would please the admins to review that information, and if necessary, I will put up a report against several KNF members for PvP abuse and 6.10.

I would like to clear up a few things here.

First, Non-Kusari capital ships are forbidden from entering Kusari by the Kusari law. As such, the Canis, a Zoner Juggernaut was breaking Kusari law by being in Kusari. The KSP and KNF were acting to enforce Kusari law by dealing with a Zoner Juggernaut that would not leave Kusari. That is their job. Now, when I as the Emperor came out trying to settle the situation, without violence it should be noted, you decided to attack the Imperial Yacht with no cause. Now, I would have been happy to come to some arrangement, but when I tried you attacked. The KSP and KNF need to be able to do their jobs, when you stand in the way, holding your friends above the Kusari law and stopping the KNF and KSP from doing there jobs, you are acting in violation of your ID.

Edit: And if there were any KNF or KSP acting oorp or inappropriately, I assure you it will be dealt with, but I am at work now, so I cant view the video or screen shots at the moment.

but they not only killed the juggernaut but ATTACKED (they started!) to shoot on one of our fighters.
A few days before that a KSP was shooting on us to protect a smuggler. Isnt that the very same rule violation than we did when shooting the emperor? Of course it is, but no one wants to hear that, because the only interesting thing is when we are doing something wrong.

Dakun the situation with the Smuggler was solved ... And by the way the smuggler SURRENDERED! You didnt stop shooting the Job of KNF and KSP is to protect INNOCENCTS from pirats and killers... So the KSP dealt like he needed!

edit: since i was part of the KNf force defending the emperor i think i am allowed to post here.

nah it was not solved. And inRP reasons are not so interesting now, we had them for the emperor shootout too. But neither we should shoot on him nor should you shoot on us according to our IDs. That means both actions were a rule violation (6.10)

I will request that KNF members not post here. Baka and West are more than able to handle this situation, the more voices that get involved the harder it will be to solve it.
