not too surprising now, but it sucks nonetheless really.
KSP shooting on us - doesnt matter.
KNF shooting on us - doesnt matter.
We shooting on KNF - jailed and BS banned for 3 months.
But we had the official - independent relation discussion here already, so this is as i said not too surprising now.

Any chance of getting the ships out of bastille again?
Regarding the 3 months BS ban...i would please you to limit this to the members responsible.
I guess this is because of the way we used these vessels, but as we have also members who do not even own one i think its a bit unfair to punish them.

And the last question: Is there any evidence or a rules violation report from someone? or was this based on the things the admins noticed?

All faction members share a collective responsibility, and it is not unusual for a faction to get punished owing to the poor judgment of a few of its members. As for the use of these vessels...

Most bastille bans usually come with some sort of remaining time info.
Seems that feature is not really working with our ships.

May i see the evidence then and maybe any explanation why the ships have been jailed or the 3 months BS ban was given? (never heard of anything like it before)

I mean taking the guns or a fine would have also been a possible sanction.

This is an unusual case, therefore unusual (but not new, we have done this before) measures have been taken.

Official factions representing NPC groups have certain powers over members of the same npc faction. If you fly with a particular npc faction ID, you are part of that npc faction. Otherwise, don't use the ID.

I could link you to all the posts relating to the latest incarnation of your group, but this is not the first time we've been here with this same group of players.

Coupled with this, there are forum issues that need to be resolved, desite previous warnings and bans. Put together, the totality of interactions here is quite negative, and not improving. I think at this stage a little more than guns and credits are at stake.
