Gallia currently has no mining zones within it. GMS has to go out to Sirius proper in order to mine. Makes sense, as the lore states that Gallia's pretty much mined its fields dry. Probably building that fleet of Valors.
With a GMS ID you can mine Niobium and Beryllium anywhere in Sirius. The sell point for ore in Gallia is Alesia Station in Burgundy, but you can sell elsewhere, of course.
GMS has a bonus on copper too, but there's no copper fields active Tauside. There are two fields - one in T39, and one around Dounby, that could be used for that, both inactive at the moment. It'd have to be the Dounby field - I doubt GMS would much enjoy mining in the IMG guard system.
Gallia has plenty of scrapfields though.
