Brief report/outline of your patrol: First, I am pleased to announce the commissioning of the LPS-Police.Brutality. It is a Gunboat Class Vessel in the Secondary Fleet. Today, I brought it out on a shake-down cruise and boy, was I pleasantly surprised. At first, thing's did not go well. However, I managed to convince the OSI Leader to sell me seven of the Zoner's finest Turrets, and boy, are they beauties.
I caught the first Tridente trying to commit some piracy near a lane. I tried talking to him, but he opened fire. I was forced to defend myself, and I'm pleased to say that the Brutality proved itself.
Next up was a known vessel "Core.Deep_Blue". As expected it tried to attack me, but it didn't realize, that was what I wanted. You see, I had contacted a Carrier Captain, and he agreed to assist me. We lured it into a trap using the Brutality as bait, and he was promptly annihilated by the Carrier's superior weaponry.
Next up, I was returning home from Cortez, when I spotted a suspicious vessel. Sure enough, it turned out to be a Slaver. It was a delicate situation, and the only compromise I could reach in order to get the Slaves out safely was to let him go once he released the Slaves. I contacted a Mastadon Captain and we liberated them on Pennsylvania.
However, on the way there, we encountered another Tridente, which was promptly destroyed. Then, we found it. None other then the infamous Ven'Gyr around Fort Bush. When I arrived, it had just finished crippling a Battle Cruiser. I enlisted the aid of an Orca Gunboat, and called for assistance to which a Dreadnought responded. We made slow progress, until the Dreadnought arrived. Unfortunately, it was critically damaged, but it managed to take down a large enough chunk out of the Ven'Gyr, so slowly but surely myself and the Orca withered away the Ven'Gyr's armour, and finally managed to cripple it. I have no doubt it'll be back, however. It always comes back.
Finally, I was contacted by a BPA) Officer who was in Liberty yesterday with a convoy of Prisoners. He asked me to escort him out, which I did. On the way there, however, we encountered two pirates. A Roc Bomber, and a Gunboat. Naturally, I called for back-up and was joined by the Orca. We engaged the Gunboat, since it was too big a threat to let loose, and the Roc came back to assist, but ultimately only managed to scratch my shields before we brought done the Gunboat. The Roc managed to escape.
Stops on your patrol/trade route: New York System-->Texas System--> Pennsylvania System--> New York System--> Colorado System--> New York System Brief report/outline of your patrol:Officer Vladimir Law was helping the Prison Guards patrol the prison, in order to make sure all the prisoner's are behaving and that no-one is attempting to break out. Officer Law was walking down an alley of cell's. It was very dark in this part of Huntsville, but there was at least an army of 30 officers enforcing the police superiority. Police Law was inspecting each prisoner's quarters when he heard scraping. Making a general alert, he found a prisoner who scraped through 20 cm into the floor. Arresting him, the officers restrained him and put him in solitary confinement

Going back to the LPI quarters on Huntsville, he made himself a Cappuccino and went to use a holo-computer to fill out a LPI Report for the past few days. Again he forgot to do it immediately, and hoped he did daily reports instead of having to do this again. Hence he started to make the report

LPI Officer Vladimir Law began his patrol from the LPI base on Planet Houston in Texas. Heading out to patrol the sector, I didn't find anything in particular. I then decided to head to New York, and then jumped into the System. On heading to Norfolk Shipyard, I spotted a suspect named Aksel[1][2]. Aksel was carrying a large amount of Blood Diamonds[3] which is illegal as per Section 1, subsection 1 of the Liberty Law. He then tried to flee, where I then arrested him near Fort Bush.
Telling him to drop his cargo[4], it took a very long time for the smuggler to comply. Eventually I destroyed all the cargo[5]. Many vessels assisted in the arrest and destruction of the contraband, including the Bounty Hunter's Guild. However after I charged him a fine of 1.5 million credits[6], and he refused to comply. He fled into Colorado, and then threatened to attack[7]. That is when I disengaged and went back to New York.
There was then a situation of a Rogue Gunboat, a one R.Y.N.O[8]. He was wanted for pirating and destroying vessels in Liberty. As the LPI officer on scene I setup a taskforce, Taskforce RYNO, where LNS, [LN], BHG and LPI pursued the suspect and eventually destroyed him in a magnificent battle.
The last incident on this day was that of [CoM]-Jacob. I found the suspect with a large amount of Cardamine[9]. We tried to destroy him however he docked with Manhattan before myself and an LNS vessel could do anything[10]. This should be a known smuggler when there is a sufficient database to report it in, and as such should be intercepted where spotted.

This patrol started in Colorado. LPS Police Brutality was engaging a one Bose, and I went to investigate as he was wanted for pirating and destroying vessels in New York[11]. The battle lasted a while however unfortunately Police Brutality was destroyed, and due to some storms I was unable to pursue or engage sufficiently, nor call for backup fast enough.
Going onto Texas, a one SimonGR in Texas who had Superconductors, and was breaking the Blockade. He fled into Bering before I could open fire[12], and therefore skipped LPI jurisdiction and the known Rheinland Blockade. Should be considered a blockade runner and charged as such.
The third incident of this day was a one Sarmat. He had a huge arsenal of illegal Rheinland weaponry[13], and on a very long pursuit I was going to open fire, after issuing a fine, and stopping his engines and trying to stop his escape. It turned out he didn't speak English, so I let him go after he had dropped his illegal weaponry.

In this patrol it was pretty busy, however there was no real reports to do. There were minor infringements on contraband, however they were quickly resolved. At one time there was a Rheinland Battleship in New York, however it turned out that they were heading to Connecticut (//And hence in RP not intending to attack Liberty, just to go to the 'arena').
Other than that I operated the correct procedures and the law sufficiently, as an Officer of the Liberty Police

Officer Law finished the report and pressed "Send". After waiting for it to authenticate, it did so and it was finished. Officer Law had a party to go to on Planet Houston where his cousin was holding a dinner party at his restaurant. Brief report/outline of your patrol:SWAT Tactical Officer Vladimir Law after docking the SWAT vessel, his prided Havoc Mk II after recently joining the LPI SWAT division. Vladimir entered the SWAT complex in Police Plaza. On entering he saw an extremely large facility, with all kinds of weapons, armour, ship equipment, firearms, personal protection, explosives and other such items placed on rows of electronic cabinets that automatically slid out when a button was pressed, showing the inventory within it.
Further from the racks was a dining area with many benches and seats, and a kitchen that was bustling with activity. On the left side of this large facility were the SWAT personal quarters, each marked with a number Tactical Officer Vladimir took out his mini-holopad and looked at a map of the facility. He was happy to see there was a Swimming Pool, a gym, a large firing range, a large recreation area, training facilities, a comms department and many other smaller but still present facilities hidden in different parts of the complex. He loved this place, it had everything the SWAT needed.
Vladimir headed to his quarters. He saw a room labelled "Officer Vladimir Law". He entered the room and it was pretty spacious, he was happy at least it wasn't a cabinet of some sort. He unholstered his DM-9 Peacekeepers on his left and right leg weapon-holsters, a DM-12 Submachine gun, his tazer and debilitation spray and put all of it within his inventory cabinet that was right next to the door. He sat down and started to relax and turn on the holovision when he remembered he had to make his report. Taking out his holo-computer, he accessed the LPI Database and began to make the report.

After recently joining SWAT, in order to get the required papers as well as the training before the SWAT vessel could be procured, I flew a LZF-6364 "Patriot" LF to test my skills and further my knowledge of police craft. After flying it for a long time doing missions for Precint 302 on Planet Houston, I decided to go on patrol and commence to go to the LPI home system, Illinois.
On heading towards the NY jumpgate, I spotted a Bundschuh gunboat, a one The.Outsider[1][2][3]. At that time, Black Watch Elite Guard Viper was patrolling in Texas, and I called for backup. On pursuit, the vessel was heading to D3 to the Junker base. Whence Viper had engaged[4], the battle went on for quite a while, myself acting in a support role with nanobots when needed. I then called for more backup as Viper was taking damage, and henceforth [LN]Jackson.Walker came on the scene[5]. After much battle with the 3 primary fleet vessels in combat, the Bundshuch docked on the Junker station. Due to that we disengaged, and noted him as a suspect.
After the engagement, Black Watch Elite Guard Viper had to be elsewhere, and that is when I was joined by LPI-Misty.White[O]. We were patrolling around Texas when we saw a nomad, a one Alala[6]. The nomad was carrying substantial firepower[7], so we attempted to communicate with the alien to see what its purpose was in the House of Liberty. It kept stating on the comms "joy and laughter", and as officers we were perplexed. As the alien was peaceful and was more playful than anything we decided not to bother it, and leave it alone. Moreover, there was no backup to assist us in a fight if it broke out. The heavy armaments were sure to destroy our vessels.
Upon entering New York, I found a vessel carrying hostages[8], a one Eurico.Delgato[9]. He started to flee and on pursuit, I had to disengage because I saw another suspect. I was warned by a vessel in Alaska that a smuggler of Artifacts is heading for New York. This vessel was a one, Assistant[10]. The vessel was carrying 3380 Artifacts of all ancient and alien origin. I pursued the vessel, and he refused to stop[11]. The vessel then docked with Manhattan and I fined Assistant 2 000 000 credits[12] for evading arrest as well as dealing in contraband. The suspect never left the planet and hence never paid the fine. Suspect should be pursued, arrested, and if not shot down as he owes 2 000 000 credits to the House of Liberty.
I then happily went to Illinois and after all the hard work, it payed off and I got the required vessel that I needed for SWAT operations. Donning it with the best equipment and weapons at Police Plaza in Illinois, I went back on patrol.
After training with the weapons systems and how much damage it can inflict, I powered my fantastic new vessel into New York. I then joined up with LNS Defiance and another Secondary fleet member, and we were preparing to go on patrol to Quebec and New Hampshire. Upon being close to the Texas Jumpgate, a vessel, one Altimacia was found with a large shipment of slaves. Unfortunately not enough evidence was gathered on the holding on slaves, however the pilot followed instructions and gave up the slaves, and we let him go with a pardon. LNS Defiance then destroyed the slaves, as they were infected by a strange disease which looked like it had originated somewhere in Rheinland.
Heading onto our patrol, we went into Texas, onto Minnesota, Quebec and New Hampshire. We destroyed a Rogue base and many Rheinland Navy vessels that were operating in these sectors of Liberty Space. After our mission was complete, we returned to Texas. On returning to Texas we spotted the Bundschuh vessel The.Outsider near the base. He was destroying Bounty Hunter, Liberty Navy and Liberty Police ships when we spotted him[13]. Upon intercepting and warning the vessel to drop all the hostages, and to comply with the law, he refused and started to run and fire. SWAT and LNS then opened fire, destroying the vessel[14].
After the convoy entered New York, LNS Defiance docked with the nearest shipyard to give medical attention and such to 100 odd Bounty Hunters, 5 Liberty Police Officers, and other several civilians and Secondary Fleet that were captured. After that, as SWAT I decided to pursue high-risk warrants within the system. Heading on to continue patrol of the sector, I stopped near Planet Manhattan. A vessel, a one Spirit who was flying a Pirate Train, had a large quantity of Cardamine[15]. On telling the vessel to stop or SWAT will take action, he refused to and docked on Manhattan. He then exited with Luxury Goods, acting as he was not committing a crime. I stopped him and he complied[16]. I then charged him a fine of $2 500 000 for charges of: A.) Possession and Trading large amounts (2280 crates) of Cardamine in Liberty, pursuant to Section 1, Subsection 1: Contraband Possesion, under Liberty Law. B.) Evading LPI Instructions, and hence obstructing the course of justice, pursuant to Section 1, Subsection 4: Obstructing the Course of Justice, which includes: "...evading or delaying the administration of punishment", which is as such breaching this section. By docking and fleeing, this was done. C.) Using a vessel that is illegal in Liberty, under section 3, subsection 4 under "Transport Ships", where the "Rheinland Train" is considered illegal in Liberty.
The smuggler Spirit then complied to the fine[17][18], and paid it in total of $2 525 666. The smuggler was then forced to leave Liberty by California, pursuit to s3(4) Liberty Law. The fine was then transferred to LPI-Rikers as per the requirement[19].
SWAT Tactical Officer Vladimir Law then set course for base. I docked at SWAT HQ on Police Plaza, Illinois for further deployments where necessary, and so as to be able to equip as needed by the situation. Patrol in total was very busy, but is considered a success.

Tactical Officer Law had the report encrypted and sent of to One Police Plaza. He couldn't help but have some time to relax so he then went to the Recreational facilities. He saw one of his friends, Tactical Officer Bill there.
"Hey Bill, did you want to play some spacehockey? I think it'd be pretty fun!" Bill then replied, "Sure Vlad! Lets go place some spacehockey!!"
Officer Law then went on to play Space Hockey and get some good R&R before the next patrol and deployment. He had prepared to catch a LPI Freighter that was heading to Manhattan later on in the day, so he could visit One Police Plaza and patrol in his normal Police detail

He was in the shipyard where the workers were busy building ships for the Liberty Navy and other Liberty organisations. Regardless he hurried towards the nearest holo-computer to post a report about what had occurred

On starting my patrol, I was scanning the nearest vessels and then, as per the last reports, the vessel named one Assistant was found again heading to Manhattan, this time with an empty cargohold[1][2][3]. He docked, and then afterwards I stopped him. I told him because he evaded arrest and was trading Artifacts, that he still had the $2 000 000 fine against him. He paid[4] the fine, and then I sent it duly to LPI-Rikers[5].
Then after LPI-Violet.Star[RO] was with me we headed to West Point when we had a call on the comms that a one, [Judge].Pharo was hassling a trader and trying to pirate him. On telling the suspect to halt he started to run. Eventually he ran for 10 or so minutes and we were in pursuit, refusing to follow the law to drop the Liberty Police hostages and other breaches of law he was doing, that we began to engage. On engaging, we were in the battle for about 20 minutes, and then the Recruit Officer killed himself from his own mine:laugh:
After battling for a bit more, I called Mayday and for backup. 2 other vessels assisted in the fight, and helped with the gunfight. However, the suspect moved closer to Norfolk Shipyard and we fought around there for a while and nearly destroyed him, when he docked on the Battleship nearby. (//PvP Death). He then relaunched, fully armed again and began to engage me after I warned him about the laws of Sirius. Regardless after he was seconds away from being destroyed, he cowardly did so again, repairing his vessel and re-arming. He then again left, and started to rengage and then fled into Connecticut, and then into New York where I decided it was best to write many reports about the incident.
This suspect should be considered for denial for docking in liberty, as the evidence shows [6] (where you can see all the evidence instead of having to put it into numbers), that his papers were vigilante ID, and a Bowex IFF. This and the fact that he did such crimes in Liberty supports this conclusion. Our Liberators did good and would have killed him if the RO didn't kill himself, however it would have been good to have some more senior ranking officers with better vessels to help deal with the threat. I endeavour that in time I shall be in that position so as to assist other Officers with such matters.

I did much work in start of my career, two days passed and I didn`t sleep well... Job can`t wait! I must say that there is much pressure on my in last hours and i`m trying to keep it together, I`m hard person and I think the all will be fine when I put my self in bed couple of hours. This report is for yesterday patrol, I must say that I`m sorry for the delay but please understand that that was my first time in space and on the duty, I really needed that rest after first patrol. Like I said, I`m in need of the little rest but I can`t wait for those reports any day now so I`ll finish this and jump in that bed for couple of hours, then work awaits me... My ship is little damaged and I`ll look on those repairs later, need to be sure that my ship is perfectly fine for the next patrol.
I will start my day like this, on the beginning me and Officer James manage to destroy 2744 units of cardamine. Time later [LN]-Angelina.Dimitrova calls for urgent assist in the California system, I didn`t lose my time.. Course was set and engine system were 100% online, on the start situation didn`t look that bad I managed to put one ship off action and then I ran out fire power for the others.

Liberty Police Incorporation Report: 06/04/818 A.S.
This one is just finished and I`m still feeling this combat in my body, little pressure is with me now. I was with Vladimir.Law on the patrol, I learned much today from him. We were at trade lane in California from New York gate to the planet Mojave were we saw them, pilots named: Ash.Voidbringer and The.Course, they were close to the trade lanes and we tried to deal with them only using our talent of speech, but moments later Outcast trident came`s from unknown location and just started to shot on lawful force, this happened very fast and I didn`t have time to take every evidence. Seconds later we all were in big fight near trade lane, Ash got his ship destroyed by me and outcast gunboat was killed by Bounty Hunter who helped me, thanks to him I`m still in one piece. The.Course manages to escape justice with badly damaged ship.

Brief report/outline of your patrol:Officer Vladimir Law entered Springfield station, and went to the local Sunbucks. Really wanting to have a Liberty Mocha, Law wne to the Sunbucks and ordered one. 'A Liberty Sunbucks thanks!'.On obtaining the Liberty Mocha for free, Officer Law sat down on one of the sofa's and took out his holopad. He thought to himself 'So much paperwork to do!! Best fill in the latest patrol report I have, then work backwards'. Hence, he started typing the report

I started myl in Illinois, from which I decided to head to New York. Here I met up with Recruit Officers Kez Ket and James Bradley. We patrolled New York, scanning vessels and I was monitoring how the Recruit Officers did in doing so, which they performed well. We saw an AI vessel near Manhattan, but it seemed friendly and therefore we let it be. Heading in formation, we headed to Texas. From Texas we tracked many criminals, and then chased one in particular: Suspect Sirenity[1][2], who was in a Rheinland Very Heavy fighter and continued to flee and did not heed our warnings. The Recruit Officers did a good job pursuing the craft to Norfolk, where I arrived and we started to engage, as the vessel clearly did not want to co-operate[3][4]. Liberty Navy joined the battle, and on engaging I destroyed the vessel for breaching Liberty Law and clearly flouting by it.[5]
On continuing patrol, Kez Ket did not join us and RO Brown was with myself in California. We chased a vessel, a suspect one: Yoyo[6][7]. Yoyo possessed illegal Rheinland weaponry and equipment. Before we could encounter him, he fled onto Planet Los Angeles and we staked out the planet until he launched. On telling him to stopped initially he complied[8], however he then fled from our commands[9]. After chasing him and he kept trying to escape, I gave him a 30 second warning before engaging. RO Officer Brown saw that he was going to jump ship and validly destroyed him[10]. All in all, a good job done.
After that I took RO Brown on a training mission on how we would find some pirates that were away from our scanners. We initially did perimeter patrols for the characters, until we heard there were pirates on the tradelanes near the NY jumpgate. On heading there, we saw two pirates: one in a Lane Hacker Gunboat, and another in a Sabre Very Heavy Fighter. On trying to negotiate, another hostile came into our scanners and started to attack. After this a battle ensued. I was engaging as SWAT unit the Gunboat, whilst Officer Brown engaged the fighters. Unfortunately the Sabre was engaging be on my 6, and continued to fire at my Havoc-class vessel. Eventually after a long battle trying to avoid the fire from the VHF and GB, whilst attacking the GB, I got destroyed [11], but helped with the overall effort. A Navy gunboat helped during that battle, and afterwards I communicated for backup getting as many lawfuls there as possible. RO Brown did a fantastic job, destroying the Sabre and turning the tide of battle. It is in my opinion that he should be congratulted for it.
Heading back to my normal Officer gear again, as I was in the chase with Serenity, we continued our patrol around the sector. Doing our job well and being really happy alot of officers were working in unison and enforcing Liberty Law, we heard of a vessel that was assaulting lawfuls in New York. On trying to find the vessel, we waited near West Point when it started to assault some of the LPI officers with me. On pursuit, I warned the ship to halt [12]. It failed to stop, and then we all started to engage, destroying the vessel of the suspect, [ANC]-Sava[13][14]. The vessel however did not have any contraband, though due to the criminal presence was valid. More evidence is in my hands on the complaint afterwards that no warnings were given.
The next incident came through the comms, where we heard that Order Battleships and/or Gunboats were operating in New York. We then made a taskforce with Liberty Navy secondary fleet, LPI and other such forces trying to find these people. It came up with fruitless results[15], however eventually a Gunboat started following me and attempt to destroy my vessel. I then evaded, called for backup and docked on the Battleship Missouri, where I got rapid Police Transport to Illinois to activate by SWAT responsibility for the high risk warrants.
Heading back to New York we again were at a loss where the Order was. One seemed to have escaped and vanished into deep space, whilst the other's position was unknown. We continued to search when I received a mayday from Recruit Officer Bradley who was engaging an Order Gunboat 58k above D3 in New York. Heading there, we all found the vessel [16] and told the vessel, a one suspect [RFA]-Schirtel[17][18] that he must leave Liberty and that he assaulted an LPI officer. It came to the decision that he was not hostile and we then escorted the vessel, in proper formation, under the espices of myself, LPI RO Brown, and another SWAT member to neutral space where we let him go.
It was a very successful patrol, and overall I am more than pleased at the performance of all the officers I served with, and it was a pleasurable experience.
