Due to the sensitivity regarding Planet Gaia and its native flora and fauna, a Gaian Research License has been created for the sole purpose of providing researchers the ability to research Gaian Wildlife without fear of suspicion.
All licences are still open for purchase at any time, provide proof of correct payment to BPA)Anvil and you will be free to trade within the boundaries of your acquired licence or licences should you choose to have more than one.
Due to this last transmission I understand that I am allowed to carry 2 CUs of Light Arms on my ship and I am requesting to send me back my money paid for the license and fine that I paid in Cambridge planet orbit.
As far as I remember it was 600 000 credits ( 300 000 each unit ) If it is not possible to send me back the money I paid for carrying the 2 units of arms then I still want the money for the useless for me license.
It was 10 000 000 credits and I find that a big sum of money.
I am awaiting quick response and refund for this "joke" - I respect your work officers but so far the only thing I got from you is refusal of using your space and rediculous fines for carrying onboard supplies.
Please at least let this one end in a good way and I am very close to change my opinion about Bretonian peacekeepers. Don't let me down.
To sum up:
I want BPA to pay me back:
1. 10 000 000 Credits for the license I just have paid for few days ago.
2. If it is possible ( by that time when it happend it was indeed illegal ) The day I placed my request and paid for the license I was fined for carrying Light Arms infront of Cambridge Planet. It was 600 000 credits - I am requesting for paying me back that money aswell.
Thank you

"Greetings captain, Unfortunatley you were still in violation of the Law at the time the incident occured, however I sence a slice missplacement of common sence is at work here. While i absolutley agree that the 600,000 credit fine for your 2 CU's of Light armament was vertical it was still in accordance to the laws at the time, and is now done and passed. It was because of instances such as this the law was changed, so you should be greatful that we took the time to look over it so it cant happen again.
Your choice to pay the Licence for Weapons was maybe a little rushed, a simple communication to us at The Hub before hand, could have fixed this issue before it became one.
The refund of your licence is being decided at this time by the Commissioner. Until it is decided refrain from comunicating to us in this channel.

Mister Dering, good to hear from you again, old boy.
Unfortunately we're in a bit of a sticky wicket as far as refunding that fee of yours goes, owing to regulations and associated brou-ha-ha. However, we've managed to get half of it back from the pencil-pushers, and we'll be sending that to you post-haste.

Greetings and good fortune to the bretonian police, I recently stumbled onto a situation with your men just out of dock of planet leeds, which forced me to abandon on my agreement with a group of refugees am referendum the stokes crisis to relocate them to one of the zoner freeports. I asked around a bit and read up on my paperwork when I stumbled over this decree of yours.
That aside, I spot no license for live cargo, and expected none as I already paid the required insurance bonds for that trip. I just want a confirmation here, as the officer's response to my wanting to ask around was a very suspect one, is there, or is there not a five-hundred-thousand(500.000) credit license for refugee transport?
As far as I can tell-
There is no such thing, only for organs and humanitarian aid.
It seems an error has occured within the lower ranks. There is no Fee, Licence or Penalty for carrying and transporting passengers that wish to be taken out of the war zone, provided they have all been thoroughly checked at the many Planet Leeds Customs Authority checkpoints to make sure you do not have any dangerous persons aboard your vessel, either knowingly or accidentally.
If your vessel is of... questionable design then it is possible you would have been denied right of passage with your cargo and forced to return them to the planet.
Assuming this is not the case. What was the name of the officer who charged you for helping in the humanitarian relief effort on leeds?
I will see to it that all the ranks are fully informed of the mistake that has been made here, so it shall not happen again.
If a credit transaction took place, I will need evidence of this, and then your money can be rightfully returned to you."

Thank you for the swift reply, Sir Whitehall.
I don't remember the name at present time, though I may remember it if I come across him once more.
It was either way only a minor inconvenience, and after asserting that there was no such thing, I decided not to bring it up, since he did offer me the opportunity to land, rather than enforce a fine or any such thing.
The only reason I brought it up, in truthfullness, is that the officer may have misunderstood the official directives. And I wished to bring it up that you may want to underline what is restricted and what is not, if there are a lot of newer officers.
It is mostly out of concern for her majesty's enforcers that I brought it up.
As such, this was a mere inquiry.
Should it happen again, I however wish to inform you that I will file a report on the matter, with complete evidential backup.
May good fortune befall the bretonian colonies and their forces, and may leeds be liberated of their worries.
