Brief report/outline of your patrol:Tactical Officer Vladimir Law entered the LPI SWAT facility on Police Plaza. He saw many of the SWAT members training hard, making sure they were fit and ready for engagement when they were deployed in a high risk warrant or a situation. He passed the gun range where sidearms were being discharged: oh how he loved the sound of a firing range. He decided to enter the firing range and went to the weapons armory, and asked the officer on duty for a weapon
"Officer John, I need a DM-9 with a scope and a laser pointer. Make sure its got a solid grip"
"Yes Officer Law, right away sir" the young Officer John said whilst he prepared the weapons.
Giving the DM-9 as requested, Officer Law went to the firing range and started to shoot. BAM BAM BAM BAM BAM, the gun shrieked with utmost efficiency. The smell of weapon discharge came, when Officer Vladimir Law pressed the button for an analysis of the shots. Perfectly distributed in the location of the knee-cap for immobilisation, the shoulder and the arm, Law was content that the practice for the disarming and immobilisation of a suspect was complete. He didn't need to practice lethal force in terms of head shots, he knew he could do so easily. The point was, making sure as LPI is a life saving, law enforcement organisation that he could do so.
Returning the firearm, Officer Law went to his quarters. Again, opening the SWAT quarters was a delight. He sat down on his lounge and took out his holo-computer to make the Police Report for the day.
___________________________________________________ Liberty Police Incorporated SWAT Tactical Report: 09/04/818 A.S.
Patrol initially started in New York as my officer detail. I heard there were pirates in New York on the Emergency Channel, however the pilot who did so fled, and I was outnumbered 6 hostiles to 1[a1] law enforcement. Heading to our LPI base at Fort Bush where my precint, 312 is located, a hostile Liberty Gunboat[1][2] suspect Giant Mistake and an Outcast in a VHF, suspect Stone.The.Crow[3][4] came to my position and opened fire without warning or intention, and destroyed my Liberator class vessel[5]. In the escape pod I thought how funny it was that the Outcast could only say so fast die and kill somebody without respecting the rules of negotiation. Oh how people would complain abuse if the LPI did so, but alas, it was how one acts after it is dealt that matters.
I set down in Fort Bush with my escape craft, and then got an immediate LPI flight to Police Plaza and equipped my SWAT uniform and equipment. Once equipped I took my Havoc to New York. At New York I commenced patrol as it was an extremely busy night for Liberty forces. Pirates were causing havoc in New York, and as LPI I had the responsibility to stop them. California was also off the rockers, smugglers were using the time to smuggle and in Texas Rheinland were coming in and out trading contraband and breaching embargo.
At the New York Jumpgate in Colorado, I encountered a pirate, a one Saetta who tried to tell me to halt and for me to pay moneys. I refused and it started to attack me, drawing down my shields but not damaging my hull. I passed onto New York and found myself in a very busy sector. I would encounter this criminal again, this time with incriminating evidence.
On my way to Manhattan I spotted 2 vessels, a one Choleriker[6][7] and Son_Goku[8][9]. Choleriker possessed 500 cargo of the illegal contraband of Artefacts, and Son Goku had a multitude of contraband with him, including 184 cargo of Artefacts. Due to the fact that we could not pursue both of them and due to the fact Choleriker fled fast, we chased Son Goku who refused to stop and comply to demands[10][11][12]. He fled past the lanes near Planet Manhattan, and I fined him $1 000 000 for fleeing the LPI under section 1(4) at that time. Unfortunately he docked, so I then charged him an additional $2 500 000 for possession of Contraband under s1(1) of Liberty Law, totalling $3 500 000 of fines. He launched from Manhattan, and he refused to stop again. A battle commenced[13], where eventually he was destroyed by Liberty Law enforcement[14].
After the battle and where the suspect Son_Goku was apprehended by law enforcement, the previous criminal Saetta entered near Planet Manhattan[15][16][17]. Possessing contraband and, fleeing from Recruit Officer Kez Ket's instructions, it made us view him with hostile intentions. He unfortunately fled before we could do much more.
Continuing patrol, we found a one O.My.God.I.Am.On.Fire who started to flee when we asked him to stop for a cargo scan[18]. We commenced pursuit, and pursued him 200k+ from all navigation marks to the south of the map. Myself and RO Kez Ket closed on him, and eventually were able to get screenshots of his hold[19]. During our 30 minute pursuit of the suspect, I fined the suspect $1,000,000 for obstructing the course of justice s1(4) by fleeing, and $3,000,000 for the possession of a large amount of cardamine breaching s1(1) equalling a total of: 4,000,000 of fines[20].
Due to the great work of Recruit Officer Kez Ket, he got in range and used his cruise disruptors to stop his vessel[21]. He then complied and stated that he dropped all his cargo, and being under the false pretences that he did, we let him go and he claimed he only had enough money to pay 1,500,000 of the fine. He did so and I sent it to LPI-Rikers. We were then escorting him out of Liberty[22], when we saw that he still had a large amount of Cardamine on him.
Due to the fact that he did not obey commands, and after I set a 30 second warning to drop all goods, he dropped 1 container after another. Each was destroyed, however we then decided to engage as he clearly was not co-operating[23]. Recruit Officer Kez Ket and I engaged him, and damaged him considerably however due to the fact that I have not trained sufficiently for the effective use of the SNAC, my vessel was damaged and the suspect escaped. Hence, he should be considered a flight risk and wanted under Liberty Law. Later he paid a further $1,000,000 of his fines, which I sent to LPI-Rikers as well[24]. He still owes 1,500,000 of fines to the Liberty Police for his crimes.
Due to being heavily damaged and the suspect escaping, I had to re-arm, re-equip and repair my damaged SWAT detail. Recruit Officer Kez Ket returned to base and finished his shift at that time. I was called to a high risk situation in California when I was returning back to SWAT headquarters on Police plaza in Illinois.
On entering California from New York, I wasn't surprised to see the suspect Saetta again attempt to pirate me for money, and attempt to destroy me. I had to continue to the Emergency situation and found, a suspect one :Rak: who was pirating the trader who called for assistance.[25][26][27]. It turned into a huge battle with alot of Hostile criminals which included the suspect, Saetta and other entities attacking ALG|Wamberg, who unfortunately was destroyed by the hostiles. As I was in my SWAT detail for high risk operations, I could not do much against fighters and was desperately engaging and requesting for backup.
At that time, Hellfire Legion members who were causing trouble in New York turned up, as they heard there was an emergency situation. Suspect [HF]Beta.4 was found attacking other vessels in the area[28][29]. I decided to possible retreat, however then a huge Spyglass Battleship, a one suspect [HG]HFS.Libertine[30][31] came out of the New York Jumpgate!!
I had a LNS backup who arrived before then, and when HFS Libertine came, it started to attack the Liberty Navy. I did my best to engage, and damaged it considerably and it had to repair itself, however unfortunately my vessel was destroyed by [HF]Beta.4[32]. Before being destroyed, I took my escape ship on my SWAT vessel and escaped through the Colorado jumphole and then into Illinois back to the SWAT Headquarters on Police Plaza. I had a few sunbucks during the journey, and planned training schemes to improve my SWAT efficiency.

Officer Vladimir Law put the finishing touches on his report. He was happy with the wording and the attached evidence, and sent it to One Police Plaza. He had hoped those Police Officials, Primary Fleet and others that would read it would take note of the criminals on it. Standing up from the sofa, he decided to go get some sunbucks and perhaps a nice cinnamon donut. He thought to himself "Mmmmm donuts..."

Brief report/outline of your patrol:Officer Vladimir Law entered the medic bay of Fort Bush, staggering from right to left with blood pouring down his head and a deep gash in his chest. He lost his vision, he couldn't breath: suddenly Vladimir collapsed on the medic bay floor, blood pouring all around him.
Doctors and nurses immediately went to him and started to stop the bleeding. Officer Vladimir went unconscious at that time, as the loss of blood was immense. The medic crews did their best and got the officer stable, put him on a bed and monitored his situation constantly. Officer Vladimir Law was severely injured. It seems that his injuries were suffered in a battle, as the metal that gashed into his chest was from his LPI craft. Finding his escape vessel, the Fort Bush police were amazed to see how lucky Vladimir was to be alive: the escape vessel was shredded to pieces and the only thing that kept him alive was his oxygen mask. It wasn't just a miracle, it was smart and logical decisions.
The nurses at the medic bay on Fort Bush were changing his clothes when they found a few written pieces of paper. They thought that he must have written them on the journey back to Fort Bush. They sent it immediately to One Police Plaza, in the hope that it would provide some information on the situation.
___________________________________________________ Liberty Police Incorporated Report: 10/04/818 A.S.
I woke this morning feeling great, and I was hoping the day would be good. When I caught a vessel to Fort Bush and began my patrol in Precint 312, I was in contact with the local law enforcement. I heard a message go through the comms that a smuggler operating in Liberty was found and for it to be intercepted. I quickly got onto the comms and replied positively. The suspect, a one Buntling & Badling was in an illegal vessel and had to be escorted out of Liberty[1][2]. I then did so[3], setting the course to go to Magellan and for the pilot to exit there. There he left Liberty, however returned later in breach of the laws. Hence, caution should be advised.
I then subsequently returned to New York to check how things were going there. On patrol I found nothing in particular that was hostile, so continued to proceed into Texas on my patrol. Patrolling through Texas I encountered Evangeline McDowell who had a hostage in his vessel. The pilot stated that it was his wife, and on further analysis I assumed the female hostage could be. Before I could go further, I decided to disengage as there were Rheinland contacts who appeared.
A Rheinland Freighter, a one Sir_Lehnerson[4][5], and a Rheinland Very Heavy Fighter Teebaumoel[6]. The Freighter and the fighter originally entered Houston and refused to stop, and on turning out they were detained[7]. After finding illegal weapons as well as illegal ships, I fined Sir_Lehnerson $1 000 000[8] for breach of Liberty Law. This was duly paid[9] and sent to LPI Rikers[10]. After the fine was paid I found out that the vessels were trading such goods towards Rheinland, and they refused to stop[11]. On preparing the destruction of the ships, the vessel Sir_Lehnerson duly complied and jettisoned his superconductors. These vessels should be considered embargo-breakers and hence criminals.
I then continued patrol. Texas was eventually deemed clear by myself with only lawfuls entering and leaving the system. I then decided to have a little rest on Planet Houston. I went to a restaurant for lunch, and spent some time in an Inn having a nap.
I was woken up by an urgent call on the Police comms for backup, as there was sightings of Rheinland Navy gunboats in New York. Changing into my uniform from civilian clothes, I quickly got a flight to Police Plaza from Houston. My SWAT unit activated and went into gear, so as thus I went to investigate. Entering near Manhattan I spotted U-19[12][13] and another U-boat. Unfortunately at that time there was no other backup available and, not to my surprise, there was no response on the comms. I assisted the person in distress[14], however this led to my vessel being destroyed by the direct gunfire of the vessel. Luckily I escaped relatively unharmed into the escape vessel, and landed on Planet Manhattan.
Repairing my vessel back at Police Plaza in Illinois, I was again deployed by a request again of a large pirate presence in California. Donning my SWAT gear, I went. On my way there I encountered a one MTX. As I was wondering what he was hauling I ordered the vessel to stop [14a]. Unfortunately the vessel continued to try and flee and I used Cruise Disruptor missiles to make sure he does flee. Eventually I fired warning shots near the pilot as a precursor to an attack if he doesn't comply. Not knowing, the pilot decided to attack the LPI officer on command. Hence, I opened fire and destroyed the vessel, all the cargo inside and arrested the suspect from his lifepod, and placed him in the brig.[14b]. I then continued to California where the situation was peaceful, and onto New York to Planet Manhattan.
After spending some time on Planet Manhattan seeking medical assistance, re-arming and other such actions I took a shuttle to Houston that was meant to arrive there in an hour or so, and then relaunched back into patrol mode.
Heading near Fort Bush, I was doing my regular cargo checks, execution of Liberty warrants and such when I found a pilot, a one Basti22 carrying illegal Rheinland weaponry onboard[15][16][17]. I fined the pilot for his transgression less than the minimum fine of a million, I fined him $600 000 for breaches of section 3, subsection 1 of Liberty Law[18]. He duly complied, and it was sent to LPI-Rikers[19].
Myself and another officer went to train at time various tactics and such to assist our policing. We then continued our patrol, finding a one Ben.Collins attempting to pirate a trader and cause lots of problems. [20][21]. After telling the pilot to leave Liberty due to the fact the pilot was in an illegal criminal organisation[22], and the fact that he did not co-operate, we commenced battle[23]. We nearly destroyed his vessel many times, as he was trying to use cover and such but after about 20 minutes of fighting I was told by Officer Hale to discontinue pursuit, so reluctantly I did. Hence, he got away from the law.
The most important event through the whole patrol was when we finished with the criminal Ben, I headed by myself to Planet Manhattan after I heard there were pirates there. Here, it turned out to be a one Rogue's Liberty[24][25] and Cole.Davies[26][27]. Firstly I questioned the pilots for their involvement in the area. Unfortunately the criminals started telling me it was their sector and of course that was stupidity. A battle of a total of 2 hours and 35 minutes ensued, with the above two suspects destroying 8 vessels, including: LPI-Vladimir.Law[O][28], LPI-Jackson.Brown[RO], LNS-Peacekeeper, and many other vessels. I constantly called for backup and had to spend my own money to get somebody to assist[29], due to the need for help. Eventually we battled for a very long time [30][31]. I constantly called for backup, but unfortunately it went on deaf ears. Where was everybody? I was extremely disappointed, handling them off and dealing pretty good but its hard in a Liberator to defeat a VHF. Then what occured is many Criminals came in the criminal's help and they lured us into an ambush[32][33][34]. Those criminals destroyed all the vessels that were there, so we retreated back to Planet Manhattan and called for backup. Unfortunately, due to the lateness of backup and the continuous request for it, when using my communications, my vessel was completely disintegrated and I only had time to move to the escape vessel. It was quite disappointing to hear that after that the backup came whilst 2 1/2 hours of nothing. I do believe that the Criminals had about 4 hours control of New York which is very bad, and why more law enforcement is on. Thus is what I hope we can achieve at LPI.

Officer Vladimir Law was still unconscious. Sending the report and looking at the Officer after reading the report, the nurse was happy to see that he was alive, and hoped he recover soon.
After seven days of recovery on Fort Bush, Officer Vladimir Law gathered his strength to continue on the march for justice. He had a scar on his chest now from the large battle and still felt quite weak, however he was now more determined than ever to make Liberty safe for all citizens and fleet alike.
Officer Vladimir Law looked down at the papers in front of him. Doing so, he did it respectfully as he understood it took much longer for previous LPI Officers to get to this stage.. He really wanted to continue to excel and as such continue to improve the enforcement of the law and the training, quality and purpose of all the officers and LPI Operations. He decided that it was time to do so. He picked up his pen and started to write the form he would hand to the registrar once completed:

Brief report/outline of your patrol:Recruit Officer Frank Angelo sat in his Liberator outside Springfield station, Illinois. He was waiting for his friend who was in the lower recruitment ranks of the LPI, Leo Syrus, to finish his dealings with the equipment dealers on the station. He had just gotten issued a Liberator and was upgrading it's defensive shielding and primary guns.
After what seemed like an eternity Leo and Frank decided to head back and quickly patrol through Colorado and New York while picking up Shield busters for Leo's Liberator. Colorado was surprisingly quiet but in New York were other events were unfolding.

Mercenary Armyguy was encountered just off the Manhattan docking ring in New York. Subject was carrying Hornvipers, which are outlawed by Section 3 Paragraph 1 of Liberty Law.
Subject questioned about possible scenarios, thereby obstructing the course of justice. At this point LNS-Roatan arrived on the scene and subject Armyguy attempted to flee. He was stopped short by myself and Leo Syrus of the secondary LPI fleet.
He opened fire upon Leo Syrus causing his shields to short circuit and disable. At this point he again, stood down and agreed to dock at Manhattan to drop the guns off. At which point he would leave Liberty space by order of the officers on scene.
However as the officers on scene turned their attention to the Manhattan docking ring he quickly entered the nearest tradelane and escaped into the badlands where we lost his signal.
Last confirmed TLAGSNET reading showed subject heading for Rheinland territory.
End of report.

Brief report/outline of your patrol:As I was standing by outside of Fort Bush, Ms Caityin Wright from the LSF entered range and enquired to my well-being. I've been running into her alot during my patrols of the NY system.
As we were talking a ship by the name of Pluhotron entered range. A quick scan promised to lead to something I wasn't expecting.
___________________________________________________ Liberty Police Incorporated Officer Report: 13/04/818 A.S.
Pluhotron was found carrying Rheinland guns named Hornviper. Officer Angelo immediately called to halt said ship but it had already entered the tradelane to Manhattan. Upon arriving at Manhattan the scans showed no ships with the name Pluhotron, however moments later it undocked from the Manhattan docking ring. Target was immediately called to halt, however the orders were ignored up until Planet Los Angeles.
At this point the pilot was quickly convinced to turn over his illegal guns by a combined group of Caitlyn Wright, a Liberty Navy officer and myself.
I opted not to fine the pilot as this was his first offense. Next offense will ofcourse be officially charged and fined.
Ms. Wright then took care of dropping the guns off at Willard station for research.
End of report.
Note: I would like to officially note that the help of LSF officer Caitlyn Wright was invaluable during this patrol. If her superiors read this, she should be commended for her actions.

Brief report/outline of your patrol:Belated report:
Sergeant Law and myself were patrolling the New York system when we received word of Pirates at the lane near Mojave in California. Sergeant Law immediately departed for California while I stayed behind to refit my ship. I later joined up with Sergeant Law in California where we waited for reinforcements and engaged a few bandits.
Upon our return to New York we also received word from the Liberty Navy that there was an Order Admiral in system.
___________________________________________________ Liberty Police Incorporated Officer Report: 11/04/818 A.S.
Four hostiles were reported pirating at the NY Gate-Mojave trade lanes, Officer Law and myself immediately went out to investigate. As this progressed we got backup from some bounty hunters and the LNS as well as a few independant officers.
At this point we lost sensor contact as the offenders fled into the nearby field. When we pursued it turned out that they circled around us and were now at Mojave. We immediately engaged the offenders, after about 15 minutes we came out on top. All offending ships were destroyed.
When we returned to New York we received an emergency boardcast from the Liberty Navy that they had sighted a Order Admiral in Zone 21. Sergeant Law quickly signed in with the Liberty Navy to get us clearance into Zone 21. Upon reaching our destination it turned out it was a snub fighter.
It should be noted in the logs that Sergeant Law was pretty pissed about that as half the Navy was on the scene as well.
In the end the Admiral probably panicked and flew straight into the minefield surrounding zone 21.
End of report.
Note: Unfortunately due to system failure no guncam shots are available to back up this report.

Patrol responded to a call from an independant officer about pirates at the NY gate in California. We waited in New York while Officer Law called for reinforcements using the Neural Net. After a while we proceeded into California where we found the Outcasts 25k from the gate, firing on a bountyhunter and with a transport standing by just outside of weapons range.
Officer Law immediately called for a cease fire, however the EDGE bountyhunter failed to comply, to which he claimed a faulty comms device. The Outcast known as Alejandro Vasqez was taken out by this bountyhunter.
At this point the Outcast COMM-Dante.Zevala[F] was under scrutiny when another outcast showed up. XTF-Horus. Horus failed to hold a cease fire ordered by Officer Law as such the order was given to take him out.
Horus lured myself, Law and Syrus into the nearby field where we were partly ambushed at Alcatraz base. At this point we broke off the pursuit and returned to New York.

Brief report/outline of your patrol:After being severely injured nearly a week ago by an engagement with a criminal, Vladimir was happy he was back on patrol. After he got injured he signed a form for promotion, where he was now a Sergeant in the Liberty Police Incorporated. He was very proud to be of this rank as he has served the LPI with distinction and honour. As Sergeant he has now undertaken the commanding role in patrols and missions against criminal entities in Liberty, which has increased the efficiency and organisation of patrols and actions.
Heading into Precint 112 on Fort Bush in New York, he turned off his sirens and his lights after landing in the LPI bay. He exited his patrol craft which was now a Kingfisher, so he could utilise all the craft in the LPI fleet and because of that, give advice to other officers. Heading into the Precint, Sergeant Law quickly got his notes and his guncam and extracted all the evidence of the patrol out of it. Then, he sat at his desk and started his report
___________________________________________________ Liberty Police Incorporated Report: 12 and 13/04/818 A.S.
Patrol on the 12th April started like normal, from Fort Bush commenced the patrol path that was designated for that day. On doing the normal searches of vessels and such nothing significant occurred for a while. However with the new Kingfisher Heavy fighter, it was an interesting experience in getting used to the new craft.
On seeing something suspicious on the LPI Database Scanners in Colorado, I proceeded there to check what was happening. The first suspect that I encountered after I exited the New York JG in Colorado, was one Krahnok[1][2]. I saw the suspect near the gate with another and it looked suspicious so I thought I would investigate. Upon searching his vessel I saw he had captured and was holding LPI officers and officers in the brig. I then immediately told the vessel to comply and to give up the hostages. He did so[3], and then the suspect had no other contraband.
I then went back to New York, as the LPI long range scanners indicated that it was busy in New York. Heading to New York and outside of Fort Bush, I again obtained warrants for the search of nearby vessels. The second suspect that I encountered was a one Terminal.Velocity[4][5]. He was found breaching the law on weaponry, as he possessed illegal Rheinland weapons as well as being in an illegal vessel, a Rheinland Light Fighter. I then told him to forgive his weapons and he complied[6]. The suspect wanted to go to Manhattan as they had a meeting with a certain individual, however as they refused to give up their vessel I escorted it out of Liberty.
I proceeded to patrol the California system, I received numerous reports on my comms that there were criminals there. On inspection I saw many criminal elements near the tradelane to Planet Mojave. I then went to investigate and saw two suspects, a one wanted fugitive Abraham.Stotch[7][8], and a one Ciara.Leigh[9][10]. When I went to investigate no crimes were being committed, so I commenced to commence their holds. All of the vessels there were illegal and all were criminal entities. However, at this time Abraham Stotch was not a labelled fugitive in the Criminal Database. I told all craft to get a civilian vessel if they wanted to stay in Liberty. In terms of contraband, Ciara was so co-operative before I even had to ask for her to comply with the law she let go of her contraband. I was impressed with her co-operation and after such let her go. For the rest of the vessels I warned them to change their vessels or exit Liberty, and then continued patrol. Not known to me was Abraham Stotch was so aggressive against Liberty fleet.
I then went onto New York where a one ANC-Sava was attacking LPI Officers and a DSE assisting[11][12]. I then went to engage, which unfortunately during the battle my vessel was destroyed. Hence as such, ANC-Sava should be considered armed and dangerous.
SWAT was then deployed due to the high risk situation that was developing in New York. Even though ANC-Sava was destroyed by Liberty lawfuls there were alot of hostiles in the area. SWAT was then immediately deployed into California as many traders were giving intel to the LPI that there was a large criminal presence there.
SWAT Tactical Officer Vladimir Law then entered the sector where he saw a one Abraham Stotch[13] and many other criminals including a one the.killer[14], and ad.noctum[15]. Myself and LNS-Defiance assembled near Planet Mojava, outnumbered and outgunned by 6+ hostile criminal elements. I then took lead, and got onto the comms and asked for backup. Eventually other Liberty forces came on the scene, including LNS-PearlHarbor and LPI-Frank.Angelo[RO](then ranked). This was to become the 'Battle of Whitney'.
We moved out in fleet[16] and after they killed an innocent civilian I pointed out we had enough forces to win[17]. We had a fantastic fleet assembled and I was proud to have assembled it. LNS Defiance took command of the LNS vessels, and I took command of those that are LPI. Overall I took primary command with Defiance. For a long time we patrolled outside the Whitney Ice Field, whilst the criminals hid inside the field and waited for us to enter it so our sensors were scrambled and then ambush us. I then informed the fleet that entering the field would be suicidal and that we would certainly get ambushed.
SWAT was scouting for the fleet, and kept gauging the strength of the enemy. They then decided to attack us [18]. The battle then ensued, with myself going after the criminal Strategos in a gunship. The enemies had a total of 2 gunboats, many bombers and VHF's. We all fought extremely well and it was a Victory[b] for the Liberty forces!! [b]HOORAH!![19]
I then ordered the LPI to head back to New York and thanked the fleet for such a cohesive and fantastic fight. LPI Officer Frank Angelo and SWAT Tactical Sergeant Vladimir went into New York. Officer Jackson Brown later on was engaged near Rochester. Unfortunately they breached LPI protocol and went into the field, very close to Rochester. Regardless we caught the criminal, a one suspect Hereic[20][21]. I then charged him for assaulting a LPI officer and fined him $2,000,000[22]. Fine was send to LPI-Rikers[23]
SWAT Tactical Officer Vladimir Law then went back to base on the LPI Headquarters on Police Plaza, where the SWAT facilities were located. I then had a nice big sunbucks and donuts and took a flight back to Precint 112, my precint, aboard Fort Bush.
The second day of LPI operations commenced and I met up with Officer Frank Angelo, and Primary Fleet Navy [LN]-Matt.Smith. We went on patrol and heard there were pirates in California. Going onto investigate we found the now wanted fugitive Abraham.Stotch and Ad.noctum assaulting civilians whilst pirating. We then engaged [24][25][26][27]. The suspects were destroyed for attacking Primary Fleet, Secondary Fleet and for pirating as such.
Continuing patrol we were heading back to New York when we saw a bunch of criminals near the trade lane near the NY Jumpgate. Myself and Officer Frank Angelo went to investigate, and found there was a battle going on between a bounty hunter, EDGE|Voltumna and others[28]. We tried to stop the battle to find out what was going on and why the battle was ensuing, otherwise we would commence engaging the criminals attacking our friends. However due to the fact that there was no heeding of the warnings, I fined Voltunmna for his breaches of the obstruction of justice. At that time I was scanning another suspect, a one [CoM]-Dante.Zavala[F][[29][30] who possessed illegal pilots. We tried to stop him but he fled and refused to stop thus breaching s1(4) obstructing the course of justice. He fled into an asteroid field closing on Alcatraz and due to LPI Regulations we stopped. However at the same time, a one [XTF]-Horus attacked the bounty hunter, and after a substantive warning I gave the green light for Liberty Forces to attack. On doing so, [XTF]-Horus was destroyed and thus apprehended.
We continued our patrol and continued with due jurisprudence. I headed off to base and hence to conclude my patrol.

Sergeant Vladimir Law concluded the report and sent it on his holocomputer. He went onto his quarters and opened the door, and went to sleep on his bed after a large day on patrol. He was happy at the criminals they apprehended, and thought it was a job well done. Furthermore, he was very proud of the new officers Frank Angelo and Jackson Brown's service and thought he did a fantastic job in recent times. They indeed deserved their recent promotions to Officer rank and he looked forward to their continued service
