I would hope for Molly Authorities to remain calm as long as this matter has not been dealt with by analysing it.
On a personal note: I would hate to have Molly-IMG shooting incidents due to a misinterpretation and misunderstanding of this incident. I know that Mollys tend to react violently, thus I would ask Molly leaders to remain calm and cooperate in finding compromises that can work.
Let's move to the table and try to improve things.

Gene,
I know you're new in your position. I also know that the Mollies do cause trouble from time to time around Hood. But I doubt the locals will even bother to enforce that edict. Face it... Mollies are a principal authority in Dublin, pissing them off is not helpful. If there's troublesome individuals that need removal, just boot them to Arranmore, like we've always done.
The occasional wrecking of the Hood bar is more then made up for by the gold trade they bring us. And the mining ships they do not harm.
Without friendly relations to the Mollies I project our position in Dublin to become rather vulnerable. The Armed Forces and the BMM are part of the nation of Bretonia, neither will be sad to see us be forced to leave. We have no other allies to call on, unless you're half of mind to side with Kusari, which would be the end of our Bretonian operations.
I urge you to reconsider. At least until things have been more thoroughly discussed. I was rather taken by surprise by this amendment.

To: Andy: Yes i know i went to the extremes on this and i understand how we got our beloved Hood. I just hope you understand i can not let the Mollys act a fool around Hood with BAF watching. We are considering letting trains, freighters, miners, and other civilian transports with Molly papers dock on the Hood but this will be it.
