../' Sorry for the delay, I was off eating. I'd like to see the evidence because, to put it simply, errors have been made in the past, and certain people definitely have it in for anyone in my group. I'm not doubting the judgment of the admins in any way, but I'd like to at least know what it is that my member was accused of, hence why I specified the wish to at least have knowledge of what SORT of cheating he's been convicted of. I have an index of these sorts of reports, which is rather neat, if I do say so myself, and knowing more about what he did helps me identify the sort of person he is, and hopefully prevent others like him from causing me any more difficulty. I'd like to avoid having people like this associated with the fine folks in the ICMG, and with myself, in the future.
../' Oh, and about the other violations - the one that submitted the report sent all the evidence to me, which I'll start to look over once this post is finished. Besides that, in cases similar to this, official faction leaders have gotten everything that I'm requesting and more in a very timely fashion. I'd hate to think that justice is being applied differently to different groups here because of a somewhat trivial difference in their status on the server, and, though it might be a bit bold of me, I also feel I'm entitled to this information in some fashion ― to know what it is that people that are, to some extent at least, under my command, are doing, just as the leader of an official faction would be entitled to information concerning their subordinates. Does this answer your question?
Thanks for your time.
../' Edit: ../' Concerning the other, miscellaneous violations, I'm fairly sure the ships in question are indeed his, and I guess they're all on the same account. He's definitely guilty of all of those, but that's not what this particular report is about.
