Effective from today, the Federal Polizei is maintaining a licensing system to control the transportation of certain commodities and to ensure that they are not taken into hostile hands.
We request all pilots to read through the system, the restrictions and the licenses that can be requested as well as the fines that are to be collected if caught without any license.

Then I spotted an Interspace. He was a bit suspect. Wanted also to break ze embargo. After ordering, he hacked ze docking codes of Holstein.

In result of ze absence of ze border patrol, I decided to watch in Hamburg.
First one was a junker who violated §8.1.
I escorted him to Alster, where he dropped the cargo. After this he paid his fine.
Suspect was, he uses Credit cards an no neural net transfer.

Zen we caught another one. Ze Freelancer was carrying restricted goods and attempt to break ze embargo. After ze fining, he was ordered to drop his goods at Planet Hamburg.

After completion of the remaining outfitting for my Patrol Tiger Shark Vessel Inspektor Weiss and me wanted to patrol the Ruhrfeld as we got news of a few Unioner ships making trouble. Right after undocking from Bonn station a Freelancer Transport dropped out of the Trade Line, hauling a full cargohold of Trade Lane Parts.
Initial attempts to make contact via communications were neglected and the Ship docked at Bonn before we could investigate further.
After a short period (just about enough time to unload the Transport at Bonn) the Freelancer Capt.Destrega undocked again and finally openend communications with us. As Inspektor Weiss was at the scene of the crime and as higher ranking Officer she led the dispute that took place right there at the central node for Transportation towards the Omegas.
The Captain of the Destrega refused to acknowledge the fact that trading Lane Parts is restricted since the beginning of the war with Liberty. Any arguments brought up by the Inspektor were refused and categorically negated. He even tried to wiggle his way out of the situation with argumenting that the RM in Hamburg let him pass through, untouched.
After a while it was clear that the Transport Captain would not coincide with the fine of 2.500.000 Credits and tried to run and flee via Trade Lanes.
Quick action was needed to suppress the forming Trade Lane Vortex and hunt down the criminal. After a few minutes of fighting the killing blast was issued by my freshly mounted Hornviper (who doesn't love her?).
Hauling in the Pilots escape pod we cleared the area and i went back to New Berlin HQ to file the report and drop off the poor Captain in his cell.
Todays Patrol of New Berlin space was concluded with destroying of some LWB Rookie Pirates who tried to attack a Trader near The Ring.
Today's traffic was immense, i dont know what has caused this, but it might have been special prices for goods that had this effect on increased activity.
Hamburg Patrol started with some routine Frachtscanning and providing escorts. Pirate activity was very high too... especially The Unioners seemed to be in need of funds.
The first embargo-breaker was halted by Herr Hildebrandt and me.
The Captain of the HMMS.Queen.Anne tried to bypass our Grenzkontrolle and haul Superconductors towards Libertonian space. This is a direct violation of Article 3, §1.
The criminal ran and was not reasonable at all. He took a massive detour west of Vierlande prison and we lost the ship from our scanners. I still dont know how he managed to slip through our net and be gone towards the Texas system. Herr Hildebrandt will add him to the RCDB.
Maybe half an hour later something really disturbing and weird happened! A massive Bounty Hunter Battleship arrived in the Hamburg system and declared that it had business with the military.
We were not informed of this action, even other military personell was surprised by this event.
Under close observation a meeting and exchange of classified material between the BH and RM took place near Alster. I hope the Military recieved the wanted "material" and can work out some new strategies that help Rheinland to success.
After Herr Hildebrandt left for some well deserved rest i went on patroling and crosschecked a lot of Trading Contracts and other Papers.
A convoy of four heavily loaded transports was about to move Engine components trying to bypass the embargo. The freelancing Pilots were very cooperative and unloaded the goods at Alster Shipyard. I hear we bought them for less than the normal market value, so i refrained from fining those poor Pilots. Hard earned money it is... Escorting them out of the system was needed as not less then four packs of Pirates fiddeled with our Trade Lines on our way to the Jumpgate.
Finally after a few hours i scored big! A Kursari Transport ship aroused my suspicion and what did i see ? A smuggler trying to haul Slaves through Rheinland space! Incredible. He immediately tried to run and didnt answer any communication attempts so i had to take him down. After a quick and fierce fight i managed to free the poor souls! After saving as many as i could i transferred them to a few colleagues from the RFP who passed by. Finally a hit against the inhuman smugglers was successful!
Todays Patrol was concluded with sending a Junker Transport full of Engine Components back towards New Berlin, from where the Pilot took the route through Bretonian space towards the Junker Base in Puerto Rico.
This commander of ze transport was also very cooperative and so no force was necessary to enforce Rheinland law.
A long workday is finished and the Tiger Shark has to be refueld and outfitted.

I responded to the emergency call made near planet New Berlin. They were not fighting the regular Hessians or Unioners, instead they fought something I cannot even explain... When the firepower of the Tiger Shark was not enough, I ordered the Berlin-Tegel to head out and assist the military who we're getting shot one after another.
When the gunboat arrived, there was nothing... No response from any of the military and polizei forces. Heading into the field to investigate what had made this havoc, I soonly encountered an unknown ship... The encounter was silent from their side... No transmissions were made aboard it. We thought it was a ship what was badly damaged, and went near it. Near the ship was 4 escape pods, 2 military pilots and 2 polizei. It moved fast when I approached to pick the pods. I thought it was a trap and quickly told the crew to set course to the planet. I still don't know what it was, but I am glad those pilots could be rescued.
I have been suffering from a severe head ache after the encounter and keep hearing certain voices. I have a time for a doctor. I hope it is not anything serious.

zis is report 8190429, the patrol on friday ze 29th april was really stressful.
At first I started ze Kassel and tried to head it from Mainz to Elbe. On ze way, I controlled some Gas miners, but they were all clear.

I made also some spot checks with ze trade lane monitor network (TLMN), and with the first check I got a direct hit. A tagged Interspace ship, which where heading to Kusari. Zis ship was carrying luxury food, which is against zeir shipping regulations. According §3.2.2.6. zey may only carry normal food rations. After ze captain paid ze fine, I kicked him out of rheinland by escorting him to ze borders.

I headed back to Berlin, Kadett Hohenzollern entered my patrol wing. And ze smuggler Garbuz reentered ze system with some superconductors. At Dortmund I caught him and asked him, why he didn't respond and refuses my orders and now he'll be threaten as a criminal. Zen he started to flee through ze lane to New-Berlin. A lane malfunction detains me from following him. But ze Kadett managed it, I'm sure he has his docking monitored.

I returned to Dortmund where ze military corvette Cotopes was there. It seems Garbuz has bribed ze Captain because it where firing at me. Ze Kassel was heavily damaged so it had to been repaired at New-Berlin.

After zis happend ze Kadett and I had some simulation combats in Halle with Tigersharks. Ze first two times I managed to destroy him, after I explained him some tricks, he defeated me 3 times. I also recommend to grant him access to ze Mjolnir as soon as possible.
Ze next waypoint was Frankfurt. I took my Mjolnir and we started some traffic regulations. Ze first one was a Daumann Miner with some diamonds.

Another spot check, which shows a trader moving through Hamburg. I ordered him to head to Frankfurt. Ze Kadett managed in ze meantime ze traffic. After he arrives, he told me, he was trading at Freiburg, I explained him ze conflict between Rheinland and IMG. He also asked, if he may apply for ze Bundespolizei. So our recruitment center should keep ze eyes open for Reiner Kessler.

A junker appears in ze Westnebel, as things turned out he used ze jumphole as a shortcut. I explained him, zis area was restricted. Was fined for 450.000 sc, but he had to came back and pay ze remaining 50.000 sc. (What he did). A problem about it: ze 450.000 sc were sent to my Phantom.

After zis we had 3 Hessian contacts. We asked ze Rheinwehr for assistance. Zey sent a Battleship but it wasn't really helpful.

With two damaged ships (ze Kassel and my Mjolnir) I moved my Tigershark back to Munich, where Herr Marshal has taken place. We spotted a ship which carried slaves. Instead of asking ze transport, Herr Marshal opened fire, so I did. But ze ship managed to hack ze docking codes of Nuremberg.

Filing ze Report of patrols and traffic control on 29-04-819
Starting ze Patrol in Hamburg and moving to meet up with Frau Bommel on the Kassel i ran into a Zoner Carrier at the Hamburg-New Berlin Border. Luckily the Militär was already taking care of the situation so i could follow the schedule as ordered.
After i arrived in New Berlin and tried to meet up with Bommel she was hit, and could only closely escape with her pod, by a rogue RM Gunboat, callsign RM|Cotopes_R.
I went to investigate and ze Captain must have been crazy from using illegal drugs or even infection might be possible... Talking something about "killing his brother" he instantly attacked me and tried to set an end to my life. He was not very agile and so i managed to survive until the RNC-Moskau appeared... ze crazy Pilot immediately ran and docked at Dortmund Station.
The Militär are looking into that matter and are going to hold a military tribunal for sure.
A minute later a hostile IFF (Liberty Police) Civilian Pilot showed up and tried to haul Diamonds towards Libertonian space. Any reasoning and the needed fine were denied by that pilot and he disappeared at Dortmund. RCDB record will be filed too.
Finally i could move on to Halle and have some sparring with Frau Bommel. After a while it worked out quite allright... though mostly to the fact that Frau Bommel wanted too much in so little time *grins*.
After refueling and reequipping our ships we moved to Frankfurt at Mainz for some traffic supervision and controling.
Due to some malfunction in my standard Guncamsettings it seems a lot of video-material was collected instead of single pictures. The ship is at repairs right now and should be finished by tomorrow.
The following reports are therefore not complete, unfortunately...
There was a lot of traffic through Frankfurt and we controlled at least 50 Cargohaulers...
Most of zem were honest traders and most of ze illegal cargo haulers were reported but i have to correct Frau Bommels report at ze following point:

Those two pilots were trying to haul restricted cargo... Military Vehicles from Munich to some other place not being disclosed to our investigations... Both traders were ordered to drop their cargo but they refused and also didnt pay ze fine. There was no other possible action than to destroy ze cargo and the ships. Frau Hamsen, Bommel and me did what we had to do.

As Frau Bommel stated already some Hessian Abschaum appeared and with Military support we engaged them. After a fierce battle we all had to use our escape pods and zis was not a good end to ze shift i ran.
Arriving on New Berlin i directly went to ze Hauptquartier and had a good cold Bier at a nearby place.

I was sitting near New-Berlin and watched ze traffic.
After a while, I saw ze junker Zorak, who has no permission for rheinland until he pays his fine. I ordered him to move outside of rheinland (TLM shows he headed to Sigma-13). If he enters again, shoot him on sight.
