Konnichiwa.
Ishikawa-san described the day quite well, so I will proceed with a different report from earlier.
I was in New Tokyo when I spotted a Borderworlds transport, I am not fully aware of what it was doing there but per instructions I escorted it out of Kusari space to where it came from, the captain was very cooperative with my instructions and everything proceeded without incidents.
Not a minute later as I return from the Jumpgate I spot a Liberty Navy vessel near Deshima, when asked, the pilot claimed he didn't knew that foreign military ships are not allowed in Kusari without permission and returned back voluntarily, as Ishikawa-san already mentioned the Outcast incidents I shall move on to my most recent report of today;
I was informed about a Rogue gunboat and bomber pirating in Shikoku, so I moved there to remove them, they started running as soon as they saw me, I chased them out of Kusari, and eventually they retreated back to Liberty, I would had much rather have their pods removed from their ships, but at least I am glad no Kusarians got hurt.
Konnichiwa.
It was a long day.
To spare channel space I'll make it short:
Looked like the gaijin pirates known as Liberty Rogues and Outcasts were planning some sort of attack on Kusari or something, I had some time free after preparing some documents and I find some Outcast Sabre which kept me chasing, the baka got too close to a second fleet capital vessel commander's guns and got evaporated, we teamed up with several primary fleet pilots and together went on a Kusari-wide patrol.
I would like to congratulate mister Ishikawa for defeating no less then three Katana's in no time.
I found a cardamine smuggler and took him down myself, it was too easy.
We also found like three Liberty Rogue destroyers in Kusari space, and we eliminated them faster then expected.
One of the destroyers got us into Galileo system, as we were planning to return to Kusari we spotted a slave liner carrying captured Kusari military pilots, we managed to rescue them and they have already been brought to safety, in Hokkaido we spotted an Outcast Dreadnought and an Outcast gunship accompanying a Golden Chrysanthemum, the drug woman hid herself while we burned down those Outcast vessels, finally in New Tokyo we intercepted a Outcast bomber just before he attempted to pirate a trader, that one was a piece of cake.
Here are some photos of what occurred.

Kawamura Amaya here.
It seems I actually have something to report this time. Weird, right?
Anyway. Sooo, right.
There was something about a dragon gunboat in New Tokyo and I decided to bring out the Jubokko and take a look.
Turns out there really was such a gunboat near Narita and it actually was trying to pirate some samura trader guy.
Needless to say we blew it up really quick.
Then there was also this annoying Outcast fighter there. We shot him for a bit, but weren't quite able to kill him.
And then, along came that idiot of a Junker. Really.
He went all like "I'm going to engage the best gunboat captain of the whole Naval Forces!" or something like that..
Anyway.
We blew him up of course. Didn't even take long.
Then we proceeded to shoot the Outcast for a bit until he decided to run away like the little boy he is.
Konnichiwa.
I was informed about an Outcast gunboat causing trouble in Honshu at New Tokyo jumpgate, when I got there it already captured several police pilots so I did not hesitate to engage it without any backup, a Samura escort fighter, respectively a Saishi who's convoy it was escorting has been attacked by this very pirate offered to help me in order to take it down, the Outcast was a very skilled fighter and knew what it was doing, it has been a very long chase far outside of Honshu's solar system edges, the Samuran called in for heavier support so we tried to lure the hostile gunboat into a trap, but the Outcast spotted our jump hole to Hiroshima and went through, if it's crazed fool courage or simple stupidity remains a mystery but the Outcast had the guts to engage me all by himself in Hiroshima, of course he couldn't take it and jumped into Tokyo where the Samuran was waiting for him, our heavy support never showed up so we continued fighting by ourselves, after more then an hour of intense fighting mister Toni lands the deadly shot on this notorious criminal. I managed to rescue the hostages and release them safely on New Tokyo.
Outcome : Success. Casualties : None. Material losses : Two Chimaeras. Brief :
Lead the research wing to the Omicrons.
We weren't pestered until we reached Kumamoto.
There, some ship using the callsign 141| attempted to stop us and to ask silly questions.
We quickly started to slaughter them.
The Ens... Ishikawa-san's ship was malfunctionning and he quickly had to eject. Shortly after, Hung-san had to do so as well.
That's when some foreigner appearing to be able to order the 141 idiots around told them to cease fire.
As i had already two men in my hold, and allowed him to follow me while i was attempting to locate the distress signal of the stup.. of the Admiral Sakamoto.
I finally did so after a tiresome search and headed to Freeport 11 to refuel.
With the silly Order man still following me as a good puppy, i headed back to Kusari core space.
The lack of imagination and general behavior of that pilot was boring at best, and his friend showed me little respect.
They were lucky i didn't have time nor resources to teach them how to talk to a woman properly.
I dropped Ishikawa and Hung on Matsumoto. Those two weren't injured.
Sakamoto-san, however, appeared to suffer from severe dehydration. I quickly headed to New Tokyo to bring him to one of our medical facilities.
That is all.
I'd like to stress the exemplar behavior of the Lieutenant Hung. Even if he disobeyed my orders by not trying to keep his Chimaera intact.
at last, the flight data of my Chimaera was handed to the Tokkeitai as ordered for further examination by our intelligence division.
Konnichiwa.
I see that Sanada-san already submitted the report, I would like to specify the reason as to why I refused to obey her order: the enemy forces where overwhelming at best, as soon as we would shoot one down, another one would quickly appear to replace their fallen, we did however took down several of their ships, the reason why I refused to accept Sanada's repair bots is because due to the overwhelming odds we faced she needed as many as she could spare, and I must say she was a far more skilled warrior then me, therefore I sacrificed my ship into a banzai attack in one last attempt to weaken the enemy forces, I still however managed to recover some of the data I gathered over the environment, uploading it now.
Konnichiwa.
Together with Hikaro-san we were escorting a transport carrying supplies for our facility when we received news about an Outcast destroyer blocking our path, we left the transport to a safe place and moved to destroy the destroyer, it was quite easy, too easy in my opinion.
Konnichiwa.
Just finished my patrol, the only two notable events were an Outcast, and a Zoner who tried to enter Hiroshima and Oita, both issues have been successfully solved.
Today, i was contacted by the captain of the Amakusa. He was asked by a member of the Kempeitai to comply to an inspection.
After my arrival near Kansai, i allowed the officer to inspect the Amakusa in my presence.
That officer seemed to belong to a division of the Tokketai that, to my knowledge, was disbanded.
All this is quite confusing and i hope you are informed about this all, Takahashi-san.
After she inspected the vessel, the officer asked to talk to me in private.
Here are the records of the conversation i had with this officer :
I took the liberty to record it.
[KNF]Kh.Ryoma.Sakamoto: *Sits in front of her and gazes at her* First. Your name.
[KNF]Kh.Ryoma.Sakamoto: You indeed have an uniform of the Tokketai. And the marking of an unit that was disbanded, if i'm correct.
Kuro.Tenshi: Oshoku. Kuroi.
Kuro.Tenshi: And it was not 'entirely' disbanded. Merely the active flight-wing. [KNF]Kh.Ryoma.Sakamoto: Right. Who are you taking your orders from.
Kuro.Tenshi: Admiral Takahashi, via Tokketai Combined headquarters.
Kuro.Tenshi: Though it is an indirect chain of command. I doubt Takahashi would know an agent of my rank.
Kuro.Tenshi: That's why it is remarkably conviniant you decided to show up. [KNF]Kh.Ryoma.Sakamoto: You didn't quite answer, officer. Who is your direct superior.
Kuro.Tenshi: It depends on assignment. [KNF]Kh.Ryoma.Sakamoto: *Almost sighs* You aren't helping. Very well. I will find out one way of another.
Kuro.Tenshi: Agent Tamamo covers joint affairs with combined fleet, Agent Sakai Ryou is my most 'direct' agent, when dealing with matters like this. [KNF]Kh.Ryoma.Sakamoto: *Only then does he gazes at the document* That Deuterium. What is it for?
Kuro.Tenshi: "Project Unyuu"
Kuro.Tenshi: It is a joint venture between Civilian Companies and the Kempeitai. [KNF]Kh.Ryoma.Sakamoto: And its purpose?
Kuro.Tenshi: It is currently part of an experament. Are you farmiliar with the subject of Onmyouji? [KNF]Kh.Ryoma.Sakamoto: No.
Kuro.Tenshi: Then allow me to explain. [KNF]Kh.Ryoma.Sakamoto: I'm listening.
Kuro.Tenshi: Ancient legends spoke of Gods, Spirits, Magic, many such occult things. And some who could wield such powers.
Kuro.Tenshi: Most have passed these off as mere supersticious nonsense. But... not everyone.
Kuro.Tenshi: We belive, beyond those myths, there is a potential scientific fact... [KNF]Kh.Ryoma.Sakamoto: Hm. I remember that an officer of the Kempetai i met had the same words.
Kuro.Tenshi: Most likely. Some scientists are looking at a potential untapped form of energy.
Kuro.Tenshi: An as yet undiscovered subspacial energy field generated as a by-product of living things.
Kuro.Tenshi: One that, before now, we had no capacity to detect or interact with.
Kuro.Tenshi: Because of the connection to the occult, most scientists haven't been listening. [KNF]Kh.Ryoma.Sakamoto: For good reasons.
Kuro.Tenshi: It 'may' or 'may not' be nonsense, but the potential, if it turns out to be genuine, could lead to a scientific revolution.
Kuro.Tenshi: That is why the Kempeitai and by extention, my unit of the Tokketai are interested. [KNF]Kh.Ryoma.Sakamoto: This deuterium is for experiments, then.
Kuro.Tenshi: Partly. It is to fuel some of the equipment.
Kuro.Tenshi: Currently development is stalled due to a lack of funding, hence why we need to go to lengths to get the Deuterium.
Kuro.Tenshi: If we can prove something, we can almost certianly gain civic investment.
Kuro.Tenshi: The benefits for the Naval Forces in terms of new advanced technology would be significant. [KNF]Kh.Ryoma.Sakamoto: 'Would'... 'Can'. All this is hypothetic.
[KNF]Kh.Ryoma.Sakamoto: Are you intending to use KNF resources for this?
[KNF]Kh.Ryoma.Sakamoto: Hence this inspection?
Kuro.Tenshi: Yes. With your approval.
Kuro.Tenshi: Due to the nature of the experament, we cannot trust Samura or Kishiro. [KNF]Kh.Ryoma.Sakamoto: Why?
Kuro.Tenshi: Simple. If it proves accurate, one of them gains a monopoly.
Kuro.Tenshi: That could throw the balance of Economics out of whack.
Kuro.Tenshi: Or worse, cause yet another bout of political instability. [KNF]Kh.Ryoma.Sakamoto: Several projects were done with a cooperation of the two Kereitsus already.
Kuro.Tenshi: Nothing with potential effects this far reaching.
Kuro.Tenshi: If the experament works; this could be a technological revolution the likes of which humanity has never witnessed. [KNF]Kh.Ryoma.Sakamoto: *Sighs* I will have this reported to the High Command. Only then will you receive a definitive answer.
Kuro.Tenshi: If it does not; then all that has been wasted was a few tonnes of Deuterium and a few million credits.
Kuro.Tenshi: Very well.
Kuro.Tenshi: I will inform my superiors.
I'm at your disposal if you need further information regarding this case.
Right, busy day. Very busy day.
Receiving information about a nomad vessel in Kepler I headed there myself to gather some intel.
And I was quite surprised by what I found..
I'll just let the picture speak.
And that's by far not all. It's just getting interesting.
Note the numerous Liberty Navy vessels. As I approached I was immediately greeted with hostility by them.
They ordered me to leave while the nomad started to attack me.
Some of them even found it fitting to try to insult me...
Anyway, I learned that the reason for the hostility was apparently an assassination attempt on a Samura director in Liberty space, carried out by Kempeitai ships.
The Samura director is in a hospital in Liberty at the moment, apparently in come.
I have no further information about this, but apparently Samura has a report regarding the incident.
I suggest questioning them.
And if that was not enough, their behaviour regarding the nomad was very disturbing.
They did not attack it and the nomad was acting friendly towards them.
Upon questioning them, I got told that this nomad "is not like the others". I'm seriously beginning to question their intelligence, at least of some of them.
To see them act like that is very concerning.
I even got the impression they weren't far away from opening fire on me. However one of them was smart enough to negotiate and further damage could be prevented.
I suggest the High Command starts an investigation regarding this incident.
Oh and something I nearly forgot. On the way home we found a Mandalorian Mercenary. I destroyed her ship and brought her to Fuchu.
