To keep this short,
Star Colonel Christina Hunter, Maximum Spleenage and I went on a patrol today. While separated, Maximum Spleenage was attacked by a cruiser, so we rushed to assist him. The cruiser of course was not alone as there was a Gunboat nearby that assisted it when we opened fire. The results were destruction for both Navy ships and minor damages for our fighters.
I am also uploading a recording of LNS-Lake.Erie's annihilation by our group. The star was ofcourse the Ven'Gyr for making short work of that Dreadnought.
Right i was just doing some recon here and there going for a quick patrol of Vescpucci. Not much to report really
The Navy must of been asleep when i was around.Thats akk i have to report
This is Private First Class Sam Jameson reporting,
Recently the Captain of Iblis and I went on a patrol. While at it we got ambushed by 3 Liberty Siege Cruisers.
They were the LNS-Milwaukee, LNS-Long_Beach and LNS-Independence. We knew that we weren't going to pull this off alone so I called for assistance, Ven'Gyr and Pandion rushed in to assist. Iblis was forced to retreat because it sustained heavy damages by the time Ven'Gyr and Pandion arrived. In the assault, only LNS-Long_Beach was destroyed while the other 2 Cruisers sustained heavy damages and by winning this battle
the patrol needed to be done.
Continuing my patrol alone, a Liberty Assault Carrier spotted me and rushed in to either capture me or kill me, but thankfully my evasive skills on a fighter were better than the aiming skills of the gunners on that carrier.
Luckily the Ven'Gyr and Pandion were close to my position so I send a distress call to get rid of this giant. The result of this was the destruction of a Liberty Carrier and minor damages to the Pandion which is another victory for the Legion.
This is Private First Class Sam Jameson reporting,
Today's attack was successfull. [HF]-Stoneheart the leader of the operation, wanted us to RV above the Badlands. From there we headed to West Point where we spotted a Liberty Dreadnought, the LNS-DARk. Stoneheart ordered the group to wait for our bomber to arrive and while at it, the dreadnought set off for Planet Manhattan so the Ven'Gyr was called in incase we needed support. When we finally arrived at Manhattan, we had quite a welcoming party. A dreadnought and many fighters including bombers from the BHG and Liberty Navy. On our group we had 3 fighters, 1 bomber and the Ven'Gyr. Few minutes later Manhattan's orbit turned to hell as Ven'Gyr opened fire on the dreadnought and fighters were called in to assist. After the destruction of LNS-DARk, a battlecruiser, Excalibolg arrived and opened fire on the Ven'Gyr. Casualties on the Navy and BHG side started counting and HF remained solid. In the end of this fight, the opposite side lost a dreadnought, a battlecruiser, a gunboat and several fighters and every person on our group went home.
That is pretty must everything [color=#FF0000]

Apologies for this primitive messaging system, I'm stuck with an old TF7 Transmitter until further notice.
Any who, we launched to do a bit of force recon around the area. I was tasked with mapping Jump Holes near Rheinland, and I managed to record quite a few locations of the Jump Holes. However at the moment I can't attach any proper files for visual display, so I took the liberty of mentioning the locations. In Hamburg, there is a Jump Hole To Bering in sector E2. That jump hole's exit is in Bering's sector D6. From there, there is a Jump Hole to Hudson in roughly C/D 4, which exits in Hudson's F5 Sector. From there, in D3 There is a Jump Hole to Texas. That hole exits in D/E 7. From there, there is a Jump Hole to California that is located at sector D4, and exits right next to Alcatraz. The next hole to Vespucci is the hole to Cortez in sector C5 of California. That hole exits in sector F/G of Cortez. The path to Vespucci is easy from here, flying to sector E6 of Cortez, exiting in sector C/D 2 of Magellan. Just below is the Vespucci Jump Hole, a place where we are safe.
After that Grand Admiral Locklear ordered me to take over command of the Abbadon due to capital ship presence in Liberty. Upon arriving at Norfolk, a LABC quickly engaged the Abbadon and two of our fighters. Which turned out to be a big mistake. It quickly succumbed to mortar fire, and we restocked and continued on. What we found was daunting. Two LABC's, and a Carrier. Admiral Locklear gave me the order to pull the Abbadon back to Colorado while Beta 2 fired on the ships. However a Battle Razor knocked Beta 2 out of commission, and we were forced to call in bigger guns. The Ven'Gyr appeared on the horizon, marking a red dawn for the Navy. With Fleet Admiral Atheus at the helm, we quickly focused on the Carrier, bringing it down quickly. After that, we engaged the two Battlecruisers, which also fell down quickly. Whilst preparing to move out, another Battlecruiser showed up and tried to charge the Ven'Gyr head on. It also went down.

Well... where to begin? A few days ago, I was out on patrol in New York, dispatched to check for Navy patrols and gather intelligence on fleet movements. In Manhattan high orbit, I encountered an unassuming Freelancer vessel and an oddball Junker lady. I've attached a transcript of the audio logs.
[14.05.2011 22:45:22] Cassandra.Hail: Wait people live in Kansas?
[14.05.2011 22:45:27] Cassandra.Hail: This is news to me.
[14.05.2011 22:45:49] Cassandra.Hail: The only damned living thing out there I know of is my cat and the damned nomads that crap on my doorstep from time to time.
[14.05.2011 22:46:32] [HF]-Acerbitas: I'll make sure to say hello to your cat next time I'm in the area.
[14.05.2011 22:47:02] Cassandra.Hail: Oh and clean out her litter tray too, thanks.
[14.05.2011 22:47:15] [HF]-Acerbitas: Now just a moment. I'm no house cleaner.
[14.05.2011 22:47:44] Cassandra.Hail: Really?
[14.05.2011 22:47:47] [HF]-Acerbitas: Don't compare it to our job of cleaning out Liberty.
[14.05.2011 22:47:53] Cassandra.Hail: I thought that was what you guys did?
[14.05.2011 22:48:58] [HF]-Acerbitas: Not quite.
[14.05.2011 22:49:56] Cassandra.Hail: Then what do you do?
[14.05.2011 22:50:12] David.Hale: Good question, honestly.
[14.05.2011 22:50:16] David.Hale: I could reel off a list.
[14.05.2011 22:50:22] David.Hale: I've got plenty of experience.
[14.05.2011 22:50:39] [HF]-Acerbitas: I've got plenty of time. Please feel free to do so.
[14.05.2011 22:50:46] Cassandra.Hail: Let's hear it then Ad-... David.
[14.05.2011 22:50:46] David.Hale: A day ago, legionnaire, you would have been trying to kill me.
[14.05.2011 22:51:35] David.Hale: The legion is a bunch of murderous, aggressive, arrogant, self-righteous morons, with some delusions of grandeur...
[14.05.2011 22:51:57] David.Hale: with a habit of believing their way is right, regardless of reason given.
[14.05.2011 22:52:06] Cassandra.Hail: Haha!
[14.05.2011 22:52:14] Cassandra.Hail: Not taking any prisoners I see.
[14.05.2011 22:52:30] David.Hale: They shoot good men and women, whose duty is to the people of Liberty. The same people you claim to serve by upsetting...
[14.05.2011 22:52:40] Cassandra.Hail: I have one of the Hellfire's people under my control at the moment.
[14.05.2011 22:52:50] David.Hale: public order, natural balance, and turning a very public and busy location into a firefight on a regular basis.
[14.05.2011 22:53:01] [LN]-Joshua:Ashfield: Uncle Sam arrived, Hale.
[14.05.2011 22:53:03] Cassandra.Hail: One of the smarter ones, decided to bail out after realising his leaders were lusting only for blood.
[14.05.2011 22:53:16] David.Hale: Think of the collateral from your rebellion.
[14.05.2011 22:53:43] [HF]-Acerbitas: The Hell FM? Indeed, its captain was one of my closer friends.
[14.05.2011 22:53:45] Cassandra.Hail: Yeah. What he said.
[14.05.2011 22:54:03] [HF]-Acerbitas: Some Legionnaires, after a time, forget why we still fight.
[14.05.2011 22:54:16] Cassandra.Hail: And why is that exactly?
[14.05.2011 22:54:31] Cassandra.Hail: I have never been able to work out just why you're meant to exist.
[14.05.2011 22:54:39] [LN]-Joshua:Ashfield: Gah, no time to deal with that kid.
[14.05.2011 22:54:50] Cassandra.Hail: Every Hellfire I've met has been little more than an egotistical Rogue copy.
[14.05.2011 22:55:20] David.Hale: Legionnaire... It's worth remembering that when you started your little rebellion, you sided with pirates...
[14.05.2011 22:55:39] [HF]-Acerbitas: Because the Navy, good as it is, still has flaws at its core.
[14.05.2011 22:55:43] David.Hale: terrorists, and later racists, in order to achieve a goal which doesn't really fit with the ideology you claim to promote.
[14.05.2011 22:56:16] Cassandra.Hail: Hellfire. What is your goal anyway?
[14.05.2011 22:56:21] Cassandra.Hail: Or do you not know any more?
[14.05.2011 22:56:31] David.Hale: removing the navy, replacing it with themselves
[14.05.2011 22:56:52] David.Hale: it's formed from some bitterness over some actions the legion members were not allowed to do...
[14.05.2011 22:56:57] Cassandra.Hail: No better than a Rogue or any miscellaneous pirate.
[14.05.2011 22:57:01] David.Hale: they threw their toys out the pram, essentially.
[14.05.2011 22:57:17] Cassandra.Hail: Hah.
[14.05.2011 22:57:33] Cassandra.Hail: Basically they're my daughter embodied in an entire faction.
[14.05.2011 22:57:39] Cassandra.Hail: Glorious.
[14.05.2011 22:58:02] [HF]-Acerbitas: So that may be true. But who are you to judge what a man can or cannot do?
[14.05.2011 22:58:20] David.Hale: The former fleet admiral of the Liberty Navy
[14.05.2011 22:58:32] David.Hale: making life and death calls is something I have been doing for my entire adult life
[14.05.2011 22:58:38] David.Hale: who are you to judge anyone?
[14.05.2011 22:59:21] David.Hale: Have you ever actually experienced genuine responsibility?
[14.05.2011 22:59:26] [HF]-Acerbitas: Who are the Admirals, that they can send backup for one man, who did not need the support, merely seeking glory...
[14.05.2011 22:59:55] Cassandra.Hail: Huh?
[14.05.2011 22:59:56] [HF]-Acerbitas: when they could have aided some helpless recruits from some nobody families?
[14.05.2011 23:00:10] David.Hale: Seems like something of an obscure comment...
[14.05.2011 23:00:16] Cassandra.Hail: It just never ends, does it David?
[14.05.2011 23:00:23] David.Hale: care to enlighten me as to what you're talking about?
[14.05.2011 23:00:33] David.Hale: Not really, but now I can do it for fun Cass.
[14.05.2011 23:01:06] [HF]-Acerbitas: I will. The contents of the report may have skimmed your desk sometime in the past ten years.
[14.05.2011 23:02:41] [HF]-Acerbitas: It was an ordinary "greenie run". Recruits from West Point head out into the Badlands for their proving.
[14.05.2011 23:02:43] Cassandra.Hail: Mmm. I wanna know what he's talking about too.
[14.05.2011 23:03:58] David.Hale: Legionnaire, if you had any tact, you'd be removing this gunboat here, who seems to be causing some havoc.
[14.05.2011 23:04:02] [HF]-Acerbitas: Four squadrons of four ships, and one of five.
[14.05.2011 23:04:25] [HF]-Acerbitas: Oh, really? I thought you were enjoying my story.
[14.05.2011 23:04:34] David.Hale: carry on.
[14.05.2011 23:05:10] [HF]-Acerbitas: The squadron of five has the son of a semi-prominent Battleship captain as the wing leader.
[14.05.2011 23:05:29] [HF]-Acerbitas: Path set for him, all that sort of jazz.
[14.05.2011 23:06:23] [HF]-Acerbitas: Well, what do you know? That fellow runs across a few Junker transports with holds full of contraband.
[14.05.2011 23:06:30] Cassandra.Hail: *cough*
[14.05.2011 23:06:31] [HF]-Acerbitas: Guns, drugs. Even a few slaves.
[14.05.2011 23:06:44] [HF]-Acerbitas: Needless to say, they go in for the kill, and call for backup.
[14.05.2011 23:07:02] [HF]-Acerbitas: Unfortunately, some of us weren't so lucky.
[14.05.2011 23:07:08] Cassandra.Hail: What happened?
[14.05.2011 23:07:31] David.Hale: SOP stuff... if you're pulling slaves out of someone's hold, you need some way of ensuring they can breathe.
[14.05.2011 23:07:32] [HF]-Acerbitas: My wing got ambushed way out by a trio of Outcasts. Veteran pilots.
[14.05.2011 23:08:05] Cassandra.Hail: What's that got to do with shooting down Liberty Navy?
[14.05.2011 23:08:16] [HF]-Acerbitas: My buddies were slaughtered before me, since command couldn't even send one ship to help us.
[14.05.2011 23:08:20] David.Hale: he's getting to the part where he gets bitter about being abandoned.
[14.05.2011 23:08:21] [HF]-Acerbitas: Too busy going for the gold.
[14.05.2011 23:08:22] Cassandra.Hail: Wouldn't you be shooting the Junkers and Outcasts instead?
[14.05.2011 23:08:50] David.Hale: Acerbitas, what's your name, son?
[14.05.2011 23:09:01] [HF]-Acerbitas: Why would you care?
[14.05.2011 23:09:19] David.Hale: The names of officers who were under my command have always been important to me.
[14.05.2011 23:09:28] David.Hale: If you have a list of numbers, they're statistics'¦
[14.05.2011 23:09:34] David.Hale: if you have a list of names, they're people.
[14.05.2011 23:09:53] [HF]-Acerbitas: My name... my name is Dane Kinnaird.
[14.05.2011 23:10:12] David.Hale: Mr Kinnaird. I need you to understand this...
[14.05.2011 23:10:37] David.Hale: You three were attacked by veteran outcast pilots, and the man in charge of that operation would have to weigh up a lot...
[14.05.2011 23:10:40] David.Hale: of things.
[14.05.2011 23:11:09] David.Hale: The lives of the slaves, how many humans, living and breathing, would that have been?
[14.05.2011 23:11:22] [HF]-Acerbitas: A dozen, it turns out.
[14.05.2011 23:11:26] David.Hale: The ones on the junker transports...
[14.05.2011 23:11:40] David.Hale: A dozen men and women, maybe children... who knows.
[14.05.2011 23:12:25] Cassandra.Hail: Don't people who sign up for the armed forces kind of have to understand they could die in service?
[14.05.2011 23:12:25] David.Hale: who would suffocate in space, or be transported to some god-forsaken place on the other side of the sector...
[14.05.2011 23:12:45] David.Hale: or the lives of three or four navymen, who knew the risks they had when they joined up...
[14.05.2011 23:12:58] David.Hale: You make that call Kinnaird. I've had to make hundreds like it.
[14.05.2011 23:13:20] [HF]-Acerbitas: Good men were lost. I'm not sure I could forgive that.
[14.05.2011 23:13:33] David.Hale: Good men would have been lost no matter what choice was made
[14.05.2011 23:13:34] Cassandra.Hail: Men and women who take up arms for their nation need to understand they may need to give their life in service.
[14.05.2011 23:13:39] =LSF=Ashley.Sunderland: Here we go again... *sighs* I assume you're having a talk right now... Admiral? Yes, someone said you were admiral.
[14.05.2011 23:13:52] David.Hale: either good men and women who happened to be in the navy, or good men and women who happened to be tied up in
[14.05.2011 23:13:56] David.Hale: a slaver's cargohold.
[14.05.2011 23:14:09] Cassandra.Hail: And beyond that.
[14.05.2011 23:14:20] Cassandra.Hail: Who do you plan on holding responsible for your people dying?
[14.05.2011 23:14:35] Cassandra.Hail: Joe Average New Recruit ain't to blame.
[14.05.2011 23:14:36] [HF]-Acerbitas: They could have spared the ships, though! Three wings would have been more than enough to handle the smugglers!
[14.05.2011 23:14:41] Cassandra.Hail: Yet he's the one suffering.
[14.05.2011 23:15:01] Cassandra.Hail: Let's say that someone in command made an error.
[14.05.2011 23:15:03] David.Hale: Handle the smugglers, yes, but handle the slaves themselves? Probably not.
[14.05.2011 23:15:09] Cassandra.Hail: A critical one, perhaps.
[14.05.2011 23:15:20] Cassandra.Hail: Why do his subordinates need to pay for that?
[14.05.2011 23:15:46] Cassandra.Hail: Killing the front liners serves no purpose against those in command.
[14.05.2011 23:15:53] [HF]-Acerbitas: Because the commanders are cowards who hide behind the shields of the bodies of good men.
[14.05.2011 23:15:56] David.Hale: Sunderland, just to clarify... I know you'll be feeling kinda strange at the moment
[14.05.2011 23:16:12] Cassandra.Hail: You really think that, Hellfire?
[14.05.2011 23:16:20] David.Hale: Yesterday you helped to save my ass from a pair of mercs and a sabre. In the process you were shot down.
[14.05.2011 23:16:39] [HF]-Acerbitas: Yes, I really do.
[14.05.2011 23:16:47] David.Hale: I am David Hale, former fleet admiral of the Navy. And you did a fine job yesterday. Thank you.
[14.05.2011 23:16:56] Cassandra.Hail: People like Hale here control hundreds if not thousands of people's lives in their hands.
[14.05.2011 23:17:05] David.Hale: Not any more Cass.
[14.05.2011 23:17:13] =LSF=Ashley.Sunderland: Well, I do remember explosions indeed.
[14.05.2011 23:17:14] Cassandra.Hail: If this commander made a mistake do you not think it'd weigh on his concious?
[14.05.2011 23:17:34] Cassandra.Hail: He'd have to bear that cross for the remainder of his life.
[14.05.2011 23:17:50] Cassandra.Hail: Contrary to popular belief those in high command are still actually humans.
[14.05.2011 23:17:59] David.Hale: And I'll be honest, there's only so many times you can make a call like that.
[14.05.2011 23:18:16] Cassandra.Hail: Even the best of people make mistakes.
[14.05.2011 23:18:38] Cassandra.Hail: But if you want to live your life believing in malicious intent where none existed... I feel sorry for you.
[14.05.2011 23:18:54] =LSF=Ashley.Sunderland: So, I guess I shouldn't interrupt your talk... not sure if I'm capable of removing potential threats effectively now anyway.
[14.05.2011 23:19:25] David.Hale: If you need this one removed Ashley, then I'm available... But I'm not under any legal obligation to do it any more.
[14.05.2011 23:19:37] [HF]-Acerbitas: Malicious intent? Hah, I've little else to live for.
[14.05.2011 23:19:45] =LSF=Ashley.Sunderland: I don't need him removed.
[14.05.2011 23:20:02] Cassandra.Hail: Why do you think that, Hellfire?
[14.05.2011 23:20:10] =LSF=Ashley.Sunderland: After all, our new modus operandi is a bit different.
[14.05.2011 23:20:20] David.Hale: You've little else to live for, but misplaced fury and bitterness?
[14.05.2011 23:20:22] Cassandra.Hail: Why can't you take a look at things from a neutral perspective?
[14.05.2011 23:20:41] Cassandra.Hail: Can't you see? Life's easy - if you consider things from another point of view.
[14.05.2011 23:20:42] [HF]-Acerbitas: The same reason why you can't look at things from my perspective.
[14.05.2011 23:20:54] Cassandra.Hail: No, I can see your perspective.
[14.05.2011 23:21:02] Cassandra.Hail: I understand what you are thinking to an extent.
[14.05.2011 23:21:12] Cassandra.Hail: However your actions cannot be excused.
[14.05.2011 23:21:35] David.Hale: It's understandable... But your actions are wrong.
[14.05.2011 23:21:42] Cassandra.Hail: You're angry at an apparent failure of the command structure.
[14.05.2011 23:21:53] Cassandra.Hail: That is an understandable feeling.
[14.05.2011 23:21:58] David.Hale: and as a result you're fighting against something which wished you no ill...
[14.05.2011 23:22:03] Cassandra.Hail: However, killing innocent people is not how to correct it.
[14.05.2011 23:22:28] David.Hale: a day ago, you would have shot at me, and I would have shot back. This conversation wouldn't have happened.
[14.05.2011 23:22:45] David.Hale: because that was the duty I was bound to, and you the same.
[14.05.2011 23:23:06] David.Hale: but every soldier has to morally weigh up if that they're doing actually serves the greater good.
[14.05.2011 23:23:35] David.Hale: If it's based on something personal, chances are it's not the right thing to do.
[14.05.2011 23:24:16] David.Hale: really Kinnaird, think about your life, and what you feel is right. Is shooting people who had nothing to do with your...
[14.05.2011 23:24:46] David.Hale: doubtlessly terrible experience, really going to right any wrongs? Or is it just going to make more people die on the basis of
[14.05.2011 23:25:08] David.Hale: something which could have been an honest mistake, or a calculated choice based on numbers of lives lost...
[14.05.2011 23:25:47] =LSF=Ashley.Sunderland: Shooting people just going to add more terrible experience... which leads to more shooting.
[14.05.2011 23:25:54] =LSF=Ashley.Sunderland: A vicious circle.
[14.05.2011 23:26:18] Cassandra.Hail: I don't think I could have put it any better, Ashley.
[14.05.2011 23:26:31] David.Hale: It's really not worth the rebellion Kinnaird.
[14.05.2011 23:26:39] Cassandra.Hail: How many stories exactly like your own do you think YOU are responsible for, Hellfire?
[14.05.2011 23:26:44] [HF]-Acerbitas: Tell that to the rest of the Legionnaires.
[14.05.2011 23:27:01] David.Hale: Take some responsibility for yourself.
[14.05.2011 23:27:30] =LSF=Ashley.Sunderland: But I have to admit, sometimes shooting is inevitable... on case-by-case basis.
[14.05.2011 23:27:33] David.Hale: don't pass the buck onto your superiors this time. I'm talking to -you-, not them.
[14.05.2011 23:28:02] Cassandra.Hail: Why not try thinking for yourself for a while, Hellfire?
[14.05.2011 23:28:04] [HF]-Acerbitas: Who knows'¦ I've lost tally on the people I've killed.
[14.05.2011 23:28:14] Cassandra.Hail: Take a step back and reconsider things.
[14.05.2011 23:28:16] David.Hale: Doesn't feel good, does it...
[14.05.2011 23:28:17] [HF]-Acerbitas: Not all of them were servicemen, though.
[14.05.2011 23:28:29] Cassandra.Hail: Remove the rose-tinted glasses and take a good hard look at yourself.
[14.05.2011 23:28:45] Cassandra.Hail: You're rather pathetic, you know that?
[14.05.2011 23:28:50] =LSF=Ashley.Sunderland: Right, I think I should check our HQ. Maybe I'll get the time to read my dossier there.
[14.05.2011 23:29:03] David.Hale: Good luck Sunderland.
[14.05.2011 23:29:12] [HF]-Acerbitas: Who are you to say anything of the sort, Cassandra?
[14.05.2011 23:29:24] David.Hale: *Raises an eyebrow*
[14.05.2011 23:30:04] [HF]-Acerbitas: Yes, we've all been sharing life stories, haven't we.
[14.05.2011 23:30:11] Cassandra.Hail: I've firsthand experience of a Hellfire who decided to take a good hard look at himself.
[14.05.2011 23:30:28] Cassandra.Hail: He realised killing people wasn't the way to go.
[14.05.2011 23:30:37] Cassandra.Hail: Now he works for me.
[14.05.2011 23:30:47] David.Hale: I wouldn't say Tharog Frosthearth is much of a role model to go by...
[14.05.2011 23:31:06] Cassandra.Hail: Well... he is kinda ugly and smells bad but I digress.
[14.05.2011 23:31:37] Cassandra.Hail: I've also had a significant amount of dealings with various Hellfire members.
[14.05.2011 23:32:00] =LSF=Norman.O'Connor: Well, if we speak about Tharog... he just couldn't find a place of his own.
[14.05.2011 23:32:05] Cassandra.Hail: And know firsthand how some of them set out with the explicit intent of killing and maiming whatever they can get their hands
[14.05.2011 23:32:06] Cassandra.Hail: on.

[14.05.2011 23:33:31] Cassandra.Hail: For the love of....
[14.05.2011 23:33:54] 2011-05-14 13:34:00 SMT
[14.05.2011 23:33:54] Cassandra.Hail: Can't even verbally berate someone without random people screaming everywhere.
[14.05.2011 23:33:58] [HF]-Acerbitas: Not to mention, the Legion would install superior communication channels.
[14.05.2011 23:34:09] [HF]-Acerbitas: They really do cut out the static.
[14.05.2011 23:34:46] Cassandra.Hail: Hmm.
[14.05.2011 23:35:10] David.Hale: Cass... I think Mr Kinnaird has probably heard enough.
[14.05.2011 23:35:12] Cassandra.Hail: So, Hellfire, you didn't come out here just to have us torment your beliefs, right?
[14.05.2011 23:35:15] David.Hale: Drinks?
[14.05.2011 23:35:21] Cassandra.Hail: Heh. Sure.
[14.05.2011 23:35:36] Cassandra.Hail: I think he's going to be nursing his wounds for a while.
[14.05.2011 23:35:46] =LSF=Norman.O'Connor: And... it's unusual to see the Admiral in a Sabre.
[14.05.2011 23:36:01] David.Hale: I don't know if Sophie's place on Newark is open at this time of day...
[14.05.2011 23:37:10] =LSF=Norman.O'Connor: Well, there were some rumours about restructuring in the Navy, I saw some new faces...
[14.05.2011 23:37:19] David.Hale: There'll be a cold one on the bar for you Cass.
[14.05.2011 23:37:24] Traffic control alert: David.Hale has requested to dock
[14.05.2011 23:37:33] Traffic control alert: Cassandra.Hail has requested to dock
[14.05.2011 23:37:38] [HF]-Acerbitas: Another day, another face.
[14.05.2011 23:37:51] =LSF=Norman.O'Connor: You got that right.
[14.05.2011 23:38:13] =LSF=Norman.O'Connor: So, what brought you here?
[14.05.2011 23:38:41] [HF]-Acerbitas: I'd say an unsatiable appetite for killing, but I'm just under orders.
[14.05.2011 23:39:17] =LSF=Norman.O'Connor: Killing... that's unproductive way of solving problems most of the time.
[14.05.2011 23:39:23] [HF]-Acerbitas: Naturally, I can't exactly tell you what those orders are.
[14.05.2011 23:39:30] [HF]-Acerbitas: Really? I doubt that.
[14.05.2011 23:39:40] [HF]-Acerbitas: Most people are very attentive when guns are pointed at them.
[14.05.2011 23:39:56] =LSF=Norman.O'Connor: Pointing a gun doesn't equal using it.
[14.05.2011 23:40:28] [HF]-Acerbitas: Then, if a gun is not used, what good is it?
[14.05.2011 23:40:52] =LSF=Norman.O'Connor: You answered that question in your previous statement.
[14.05.2011 23:41:25] [HF]-Acerbitas: It isn't the gun people fear. It's the death that the gun brings.
[14.05.2011 23:42:05] =LSF=Norman.O'Connor: You shouldn't bring death if you simply want to make a person become more attentive.
[14.05.2011 23:42:39] =LSF=Norman.O'Connor: You can even shoot it... but killing... not productive.
[14.05.2011 23:42:50] =LSF=Norman.O'Connor: Most of the times, as I've said.
[14.05.2011 23:43:01] [HF]-Acerbitas: If you've got better ideas, I suggest you send them to my commanders.
[14.05.2011 23:43:44] =LSF=Norman.O'Connor: Everyone finds better ideas for himself...
[14.05.2011 23:45:28] =LSF=Norman.O'Connor: Well... I stated my point... Your actions depend on your willingness to listen and your desire to change the situation.
[14.05.2011 23:45:38] [HF]-Acerbitas: Very few people are willing to listen to us.
[14.05.2011 23:46:11] =LSF=Norman.O'Connor: Because sometimes you don't provide proof, only loud words... take Tharog for instance.
[14.05.2011 23:46:47] [HF]-Acerbitas: What about him?
[14.05.2011 23:46:49] =LSF=Norman.O'Connor: "Liberty is doing it wrong-wrong-wrong..." And no single piece of evidence.
[14.05.2011 23:47:52] =LSF=Norman.O'Connor: Besides, people wouldn't listen if your intent is to shoot the gun, not threaten with it.
[14.05.2011 23:48:47] BHG|Jason.Robertson: HF eh?
[14.05.2011 23:49:02] [HF]-Acerbitas: I grow tired of this banter.
[14.05.2011 23:49:13] [HF]-Acerbitas: Another day, another fight, agent.
[14.05.2011 23:49:37] =LSF=Norman.O'Connor: The hunter wants to resolve the issue too, it seems.
[14.05.2011 23:49:43] [HF]-Acerbitas: Says who?
[14.05.2011 23:49:46] BHG|Jason.Robertson: i do, i do
[14.05.2011 23:50:35] =LSF=Norman.O'Connor: Well, not that it's my primary duty to dispose of lonely fighters in Liberty core.
[14.05.2011 23:50:46] [HF]-Acerbitas: He's not shooting me, I'm not shooting him.
[14.05.2011 23:50:54] BHG|Jason.Robertson: It seems there are bounties on you lot in liberty
[14.05.2011 23:51:06] =LSF=Norman.O'Connor: And, I don't want to deprive the hunter of his cash either...
[14.05.2011 23:51:15] BHG|Jason.Robertson: Good on ya Norm
[14.05.2011 23:51:15] [HF]-Acerbitas: What a shame. I do.
It turns out that Freelancer was none other than the vaunted Admiral Hale in a civilian ship. I found his opinions to be somewhat persuasive and it's made me begin to question my role in the Legion. I've been unable to forget about what he said... but really, I find little joys in life any more. Now it's all about the killing.
This is Lieutenant Sam Jameson reporting my activities.
This has been a busy week. First of all: Few days ago we launched a raid. While we were scouting a Liberty Battlecruiser was spotted, callsign LNS-Viber. Result was it's destruction of course. After it's destruction we continued patrolling, we were ambushed by few hunters. They never had a chance to win.
Day 2. We received orders to proceed to Manhattan for a special task. Apparently there were a few capital ships there that needed to be destroyed. In this battle unfortunately my recorder was damaged and lost some data. The opposition was 2 fighters, a cruiser and a battlecruiser, they were all destroyed.
Day 3. Marco Sera and I went on a patrol in New York. While split up, I got ambushed by a bomber and a fighter, both Navy. After a short fight, bomber was forced to dock and the fight was all on the fighter. After a short fight he was no more. After that, we proceeded to Manhattan where we found a Navy pilot. I engaged him and then a Zoner, his friend probably engaged me aswell. Fight was pointless as they were no match for me even close to Manhattan's defenses. He was forced to dock due to heavy damages on his ship and the Zoner kept shooting me so I had to do something. I severely crippled his ship and just before I finish him, 3 more Navy pilots showed up and Zoner got away, forced to dock. Marco Sera was engaged by Joshua Ashfield and I was engaged by Aleesha Cooper of the 36th. My ship was damaged from the many fights I was already in but still I managed to damage her ship without making my ship's condition any worse. I then refushed to destroy her ship as taking another life would be cruel. Out of a sudden, Admiral David Hale showed up to save Aleesha and to not endanger her incase a fight broke up, he gave me a chance to flee and I did run as numbers were against me and got separated from Marco, also my ship was damaged and out of ammo. After a while I received a transmission from Marco letting me know he escaped aswell. That day I gave my fights alone as I requested Marco to not assist me unless numbers were overwhelming.
This is Lieutenant Jameson reporting in,
Today we started out on a patrol in New York system. During our patrol we came across a battlecruiser, LNS-Independence. After some talking we done with it's captain we decided to open fire. Stoneheart, Ashira and I managed to severely damage it but it moored with Norfolk shipyard before we manage to destroy it.
After that, we continued our patrol and moved to Texas where we spotted a Rheinland Battleship and a Mjolnir heading to New York. With Ashira gone, it was just the 2 of us left to handle them. The battle was held close to Manhattan where a Liberty Carrier engaged the battleship and the result was the carrier's destruction and battleship's severely damaged making this easier for us. After we engaged it, the Mjolnir and a Ragnar transport opened fire on us but they both were taken care of leaving the battleship alone. On the process of it's destruction, I lost control of my vessel and got destroyed. Luckily I ejected before it is too late. The fight was raging on untill the last shot initiated a chain reaction and explosions all over the ship teared it apart.

Locklea[color=#FF9900]r here. Listen closely, this isn't your average report.
At approximately 1000 hours I was contacted by a member of the 'UAC', who offered me some information on a missingBNGcarrier, theLNS Sacramento. The Sacramento has been a thorn in the Legion's side in the past, which is why I find the following information particularly interesting.
Apparently the vessel was infested, though the captain and majority of the crew escaped, and is now drifting in Omicron Lost after having been sterilized by theOrder. At 0000 tomorrow, theBNGis planning a recovery op to secure the ship.
If this information is legitimate, it provides us with an opportunity to secure a proper mobile base of operations for the Legion.
With theLord Commander's permission I would like to accompany Star Colonel Hunter and anSADdetachment to scour the area and secure the Carrier before theBNGcan arrive.
Time is of the essence, Markson. Act quickly on this one.
