Konnichiwa, honorable Admiral, honorable members of the High Command.
I am Daiki Atsushi, captain of the Gas Miners Guild vessel GMG|R&D-Kuraudo. I would like to inform you that my ship, a Conference-class gunboat, will be operating within Liberty space for a currently indefinite time. The purpose of this mission is to, basically, find out what the people of Liberty think of the conflict between the Guild and the Kusarian government.
Also, with your permission, we would like to search for potential recruits for our ranks. With Kusarian Naval Forces, Outcasts, and Corsairs trespassing into our territory, we are in need of further pilots for patrols.
If you have any questions or concerns, please state them here so that we can come to agreements, if necessary.
Let me apologise for the late response to your message - A recent comms upgrade has been wreaking havok with our long-range arrays. Fortunately, now all the gizmos are working and I'm typing the message you see before you today.
If your research ship is still in Liberty, let me reassure you that its most welcome within our borders to conduct your surveys on one condition: All data collected is to be shared with the Republic of Liberty. As for your recruitment - You are permitted to do so as long as your recruitment protocols are in compliance with Liberty Law.
I'd be intrigued to have a look at your findings when you finish.
It is a pleasure to finally receive a response from the Liberty Navy.
My ship has been repositioned to the Bretonian sector in order to conduct the same research we had hoped to conduct in the House of Liberty. Yet, we might move back and forth in between the two Houses.
The condition you have set will of course be met. Any findings will be shared on this channel. Unless of course, you would like us to set up a separate channel.
I am sorry to inform you that Atsushi-san past away in the Kuraudo's med-bay after an accident in the ship's engine compartment. Whether the vessel will be decommissioned or past on to another captain is yet to be cleared.
We are most grateful for your hospitality and hope that relations between the Gas Miners Guild and Liberty stay positive.
