We are Kodokukan
We dream the memories of our hosts
And seek out the dreams of others
Our numbers at the Arch have dwindled, we have sent so many out among the people of Kusari.
A solution arose out of chance.
From the Home humans named Omicron 92 a Luxury Liner reached Tohoku. We caught it as it passed from the horizon of the jumphole.
Kodokukan: You are blessed.
Kodokukan: Will you stay with us long?
St.Caledonia: Cpt.Alex:Detroit: I AM Discover
St.Caledonia: Cpt.Alex:Detroit: I am going to Liberty for log-OFF
Kodokukan: Such a shame.
Kodokukan: It is a barbaric place, Liberty.
St.Caledonia: maybe , I searched for nomads , but nothing interesting , I am gonna sell this Researcher ID
Kodokukan: You no longer wish to research?
St.Caledonia: I ts boring job
Kodokukan: I see.
St.Caledonia: no , because I don't know tricks
Kodokukan: What will you do instead?
St.Caledonia: maybe OSC travelling
Kodokukan: Please, bring many tourists here. We shall make them welcome.
Kodokukan: You are free to leave if you wish it.
St.Caledonia: OK!
St.Caledonia: hm thanks , I cant dock on your Base *smile* this is interesting place
Kodokukan: We will have transports to ferry the tourists aboard.
St.Caledonia: And your base is so beautiful
Kodokukan: And then to ferry them back. Have no fear, they will see marvellous sights.
St.Caledonia: ok , I ll bring some of they to here! )
Kodokukan: You are kind to think of us.
St.Caledonia: yes , I want to be Wild!
Kodokukan: Perhaps, some day.
St.Caledonia yes , anytime
Kodokukan: Thank you for returning our dead.
Kodokukan: We will honour them.
St.Caledonia: sorry for their death
Kodokukan: Beings live brightly, and then die. It is the way of the universe.
St.Caledonia: I am discoverer ... Just Researcher and Newbie in this job
Kodokukan: We are sure you will learn and grow.
St.Caledonia: no ... I wont do this job anytime ...
St.Caledonia: its boring ... and profits are very small
Kodokukan: Ah, but as Spa and Cruise you will make many people happy, and fill your account with credits.
St.Caledonia: And I want to help my friends ... The Wild!
St.Caledonia: yes, Happy people , happy account and happy captain
Kodokukan: We will be grateful for your custom. You will be rewarded with many credits on delivery.
Kodokukan: You may return to Liberty, if you wish it. We do not hold you here.
St.Caledonia: roger that. I ll return but only to KEpler.
Kodokukan: We wish you a safe journey Captain Alex Detroit.
St.Caledonia: thank you sir. And see you here ,but as Wild indeed
Perhaps we will allow him to survive the first delivery. He may be useful.
After a long and tedious patrol, I'm proud to say that today was a quiet day. No terrorist attacks, nor were there attacks originating from other hostile lifeforms.
There was, however, one man who thought he could get away with smuggling artifacts right in front of my nose, in the Nagano system. I made sure he remembers not to smuggle through kusari again. His escape pod was slowly drifting towards the Farmer's planet in the system, so they would probably have picked his pod up.
We are Munashii
We swim the void between stars
And drink the screams of others
Political tensions between the Gas Miners of the Sigmas and the Kusari state are reaching a state of hyper-tension. We begin to intervene, though we have not yet decided which of the outcomes we will prefer.
In Sigma 13 we encountered a GMG transport, the GTS.Abashiri, hauling Plutonium.
IKN-Munashii: Transport vessel.
IKN-Munashii: Please hold.
IKN-Munashii: This is Captain Nozomu Sasake.
GMG|GTS.Abashiri: Naha, this is the Abashiri ' the KNF is making a raid into Sigma-13
IKN-Munashii: Thank you, it is always simpler when the quarry submits.
IKN-Munashii: You will provide information.
IKN-Munashii: The current conflict between the GMG and the Samura corporation.
GMG|GTS.Abashiri: In regards to what exactly?
IKN-Munashii: Does your corporation desire it to escalate?
GMG|GTS.Abashiri: That depends on Samura ' we want them to stop moving goods to and from the Corsair Empire
GMG|GTS.Abashiri: When it was just the Hogosha, it was low-level smuggling
GMG|GTS.Abashiri: Now it is something much more
IKN-Munashii: These supplies in transit to the Corsair Empire, are you able to block them, or do they continue despite your efforts?
GMG|GTS.Abashiri: If the situation were to escalate, it would be because Samura keeps up their alliance with the Corsairs
GMG|GTS.Abashiri: We block some, others get through
GMG|GTS.Abashiri: Samura would of course claim they are unstoppable
IKN-Munashii: Of course.
IKN-Munashii: We may choose to enlighten them.
IKN-Munashii: Thank you for the information. You are free to leave, if you choose to do so.
GMG|GTS.Abashiri: Why would the KNF defy their own High Command?
GMG|GTS.Abashiri: Have you not been ordered to blockade our bases?
IKN-Munashii: No.
IKN-Munashii: I have not.
GMG|GTS.Abashiri: Well, perhaps the Chain of Command is starting to break down.
IKN-Munashii: A hand has many fingers until it clenches into a fist.
IKN-Munashii: The hand has not yet clenched, so we little fingers are relatively free to pursue other projects.
GMG|GTS.Abashiri: Well to be sure, I am seeing a mix of Samura, AFA and Hogosha ships plying their trade down into Corsair territory
IKN-Munashii: The Hogosha are a stain on Kusari. Distasteful creatures.
GMG|GTS.Abashiri: I can only assume you are loyal to Kishiro
IKN-Munashii: We are loyal to ourselves. Not all of us have been bought.
GMG|GTS.Abashiri: Well then Kusari still has hope.
GMG|GTS.Abashiri: For what it is worth, the Guild appreciates that
IKN-Munashii: Do not be so quick to appreciate. Our actions may not prove comfortable, or profitable for you.
IKN-Munashii: For what it is worth however, you are welcome.
GMG|GTS.Abashiri: I shall take my leave of you. Safe travels, I do hope that your mercy does not brand you a traitor
IKN-Munashii: There is little fear of that.
GMG|GTS.Abashiri: I am of the opinion that things will get worse before they get better in Kusari
After this we began our investigations into Samura shipments to the Corsairs, who have desecrated our birthrights.
In Honshu we arraigned two transports, a Ryuujin and an Akegato, Samura|-Shinsaku and Samura|-Ebisumaru respectively.
IKN-Munashii: Good day to you, Samura vessels.
Samura|-Shinsaku: Matsumoto: Konnichiwa.
IKN-Munashii: A pleasant day.
IKN-Munashii: May I ask where you are headed?
Samura|-Shinsaku: Matsumoto: I'm heading to Rheinland.
IKN-Munashii: Not to Corsair territory then?
Samura|-Ebisumaru: Ebisumaru: Don't shoot! I'll do it! *takes his clothes off*
IKN-Munashii: My information suggests...
Samura|-Shinsaku: Matsumoto: Why would I be going there ?
IKN-Munashii: We understand you have been carrying supplies in that rather obvious direction.
IKN-Munashii: Of course, this is second-hand information.
Samura|-Shinsaku: Matsumoto: I think Rheinland is this way..isn't it ?
Samura|-Ebisumaru: I'm just a trainee following his lead.
Samura|-Shinsaku: Matsumoto: I can promise you, I have never been to Corsair territory.
IKN-Munashii: You do seem somewhat evasive.
IKN-Munashii: Ah, something solid. I see, we will add that to our folder.
Samura|-Shinsaku: Matsumoto: I'm sorry if you think so, but I can assure you I am not.
IKN-Munashii: Would you know any particular Samura transporters that 'do-?
Samura|Ebisumaru: Look at how dinged up my ship is? Do you think I'd want Corsair scum to damage it further?
Samura|-Shinsaku: Matsumoto: I don't and the ones doing so should be punished !
IKN-Munashii: We are of the same mind, Captain.
IKN-Munashii: They will be punished.
Samura|-Shinsaku: Matsumoto: I am glad about that.
IKN-Munashii: I will not detain you further, though I shall follow you to Sigma 13 to ensure that there is no.. deviation from established flight path.
Samura|-Shinsaku: Matsumoto: Of course.
IKN-Munashii: Please, continue.
Samura|-Ebisumaru: Of course. We'd welcome an escort.
Samura|-Ebisumaru: In fact, I was just pirated not long ago by some Gallic Brigands.
IKN-Munashii: Those fiends.
Samura|-Ebisumaru: Oh it was awful. I took my clothes off and everything but they were insistent on money! Can you believe the nerve?
IKN-Munashii: Two gunboats of an unusual configuration?
Samura|-Ebisumaru: I don't know the configuration, sir, but yes, two gunboats.
Samura|-Shinsaku: Matsumoto: Why the hell is Osaka shooting ?
IKN-Munashii: The question is not why is it shooting,
IKN-Munashii: But why is it missing?
IKN-Munashii: Civilians. They just can't handle weaponry. It is alien to them.
Samura|-Shinsaku: Matsumoto: Good question, I will inform the Board of Directors about it.
Samura|-Ebisumaru: Uhm...
Samura|-Ebisumaru: How vexing.
Samura|-Shinsaku: Matsumoto: What the hell !
IKN-Munashii: Are you sure you didn't do anything to upset them?
Samura|-Shinsaku: Matsumoto: I sure am !
IKN-Munashii: Perhaps they received the same dossier that I did, and took a different interpretation from it.
Samura|-Ebisumaru: Dossier, sir? I don't understand.
IKN-Munashii: If you were firmly implicated in the accusations, you would.
IKN-Munashii: Therefore, be glad that you do not understand!
Samura|-Ebisumaru: I see. Well it's impressive that the Navy has defeated all its foes and can now focus on its own people.
IKN-Munashii: It is important to maintain the rule of law.
IKN-Munashii: You may proceed.
Samura|-Shinsaku: Matsumoto: Arigato and sayonara
IKN-Munashii: I'm not leaving you just yet.
Samura|-Shinsaku: Matsumoto: Ehh...
IKN-Munashii: Sigma 13 has more jumpholes than sense.
IKN-Munashii: We wouldn't want the GMG doing anything.. untowards while you're here, would we?
IKN-Munashii: It might generate an incident of some form.
Samura|-Shinsaku: Matsumoto: Indeed
IKN-Munashii: It seems the GMG hire better gunners.
Samura|-Shinsaku: Matsumoto: I also think I'm a bigger target
IKN-Munashii: Konnichiwa, GMG pilot.
GMG|Sum.Yungai.: Naha, this is Yungai, we have a KNF Destroyer here!
Samura|-Shinsaku: Matsumoto: Eh...
GMG|Sum.Yungai.: Naha, I cant take them all out myself
Samura|-Shinsaku: Matsumoto: I think it's time to leave. Arigato for escorting me here *bows*
IKN-Munashii: Another day without a political incident.
IKN-Munashii: I am so pleased.
GMG|Sum.Yungai.: Only because I did not get there in time
IKN-Munashii: Is that so?
IKN-Munashii: Then it will have to be ensured that you are never again on time.
IKN-Munashii: Perhaps we will hack your alarm clock.
IKN-Munashii: Yes, that would probably be the most effective solution.
IKN-Munashii: Have a pleasant day, GMG pilot.
From Sigma 13 we pursued a course through Sigma 19 via the jumphole, then swung towards Sigma 17. In that system we discovered one of the transports we'd been hunting. The [AFA]Onigiri.Express held a geostationary orbit over Planet Kurile, too close to the docking rings for us to be guaranteed a successful assault. Instead, we interrogated the captain.
IKN-Munashii: Would this happen to be the way to Omicron Theta?
[AFA]Onigiri.Express: konnichiwa
IKN-Munashii: Konnichiwa to you also.
[AFA]Onigiri.Express: you want to go to Theta?
IKN-Munashii: I asked if this was the way.
[AFA]Onigiri.Express: it is the way. Need coordinates?
IKN-Munashii: If you'd provide them I would be grateful.
IKN-Munashii: Do you go to Theta often?
[AFA]Onigiri.Express: of course. In sector F 6 you find the Jump Hole
IKN-Munashii: Can you recommend any places for refuelling?
[AFA]Onigiri.Express: there is a Freeport in Theta.
IKN-Munashii: Freeports tend to get jumpy around ships like this, but perhaps that's an idea.
IKN-Munashii: How's the clientele there? All zoners and freelancers?
[AFA]Onigiri.Express: huh? On this Freeport you find hunters and corsairs too
[AFA]Onigiri.Express: and order gaijin`s
IKN-Munashii: Corsairs?
IKN-Munashii: Do you get much business with them?
Isoroku.Hatoyama: Konnichiwa
IKN-Munashii: Konnichiwa, Samura pilot.
[AFA]Onigiri.Express: konnichiwa samura *bows
IKN-Munashii: You bring food over, I suppose
IKN-Munashii: That would make sense.
[AFA]Onigiri.Express: sense?why?
IKN-Munashii: It's what your people do, isn't it? Grow food?
IKN-Munashii: Or fight about growing food. Something like that.
[AFA]Onigiri.Express: we have the best food in Sirius. that's right... *smile
IKN-Munashii: None of that synth paste rubbish.
[AFA]Onigiri.Express: and we fight against synthetic food... *angry
IKN-Munashii: Right, we've received new orders and will be heading on. Have a pleasant day, sir.
With all the evidence compiled, we turned back towards central Kusari via Sigma 19. On our way to the Sigma 19 jumpgate we encountered a Zoner Whale. It was interdicted.
Moments after we had turned from the cooling wreckage, a second Zoner transport came into view. This one was smaller, but no less simple to arraign.
We return to the Arch, and let the storm strip our masks away.

Comm ID: Snow Wyrm
We approached New Tokyo. There was a TAZ trader we attempted to stop, but the KNF and a Hogosha fighter approached. The Hogosha moved off, then came back and moved off again. We attempted to educate the KNF pilot. His mind was closed. He was removed.
[KNF]Ci.Kiba.Genji: What the hell are those guns ?
Snow.Wyrm: The hammers of god
[KNF]Ci.Kiba.Genji: ..what ?
Snow.Wyrm: I am a warrior poet of the Aoi Iseijin, my guns bring about justice and do his will.
[KNF]Ci.Kiba.Genji: You still make no sense ! What the hell is the "Aoi Iseijin" ?
Snow.Wyrm: The identity is of no import. The snow wyrm strikes when it chooses, a silent killer.
[KNF]Ci.Kiba.Genji: And...what do you kill..?
Snow.Wyrm: I am not you, you are not me, we are none of us the same.
Snow.Wyrm: The wicked. Everything tainted by your debased sin.
[KNF]Ci.Kiba.Genji: My sin ?
[KNF]Ci.Kiba.Genji: What sin ?
Snow.Wyrm: A species cursed to a finite lifespan, cursed to destroy what it touches
Snow.Wyrm: Such a blight must be cleansed.
[KNF]Ci.Kiba.Genji: Eh..
Rei.Ikari: What sin Wyrm-san?
Snow.Wyrm: The sin. All of it. Your greed, violence, corruption, and so on.
Rei.Ikari: I have no greed.
Snow.Wyrm: All humans partake of sin's cup and dine at it's table.
Rei.Ikari: And you are not human?
Snow.Wyrm: No matter how 'holy' they are.
[KNF]Ci.Kiba.Genji: You are talking about -our- sins, but aren't you human yourself ?
Snow.Wyrm: No.
Snow.Wyrm: Not anymore.
Rei.Ikari: Oh god....
[KNF]Ci.Kiba.Genji: What the hell ?
Snow.Wyrm: I have become more
Snow.Wyrm: ***Enlightened One***
[KNF]Ci.Kiba.Genji: Enligh- what ?
Snow.Wyrm: You're hearing things.
Snow.Wyrm: Truths. Yet your mind is closed to them.
[KNF]Ci.Kiba.Genji: What truth are you talking about ?
Snow.Wyrm: The truth that humanity must change... or be destroyed.
[KNF]Ci.Kiba.Genji: Change..or..be..destroyed ?
Snow.Wyrm: Hai. Is there an echo in your speakers?
[KNF]Ci.Kiba.Genji: What you are saying is unbelievable !
Snow.Wyrm: ***Amusement***
Snow.Wyrm: How can you not believe what is evidenced right in front of you?
[KNF]Ci.Kiba.Genji: The only thing in front of me is you saying non-sense !
Snow.Wyrm: Nonsense. Well, I see my words are wasted.
Snow.Wyrm: Goodbye.
[KNF]Ci.Kiba.Genji: What the-
We are Kodokukan
We dream the memories of our hosts
And seek out the dreams of others
The Gas Miners left us a tip about a Samura ship carrying Artifacts through the Sigmas. We know the antagonism between these two Corporate bodies, and we appreciate the opportunity to reclaim our heritage- and prevent our technological edge being blunted by Human reverse-engineering.
We caught the Samura transport Lyderies in the system Sigma-17 with [AFA]Whats.Cooking, a Corsair Gunboat as an escort. We raised demands, but they went unanswered. The transport passed through the jumpgate into Sigma-19. We pursued.
Kodokukan: We have a vision. It is of light, searing from hull plating.
Kodokukan: In your hands you bear our birthright. By your touch they are defiled. You must release them.
Samura|-Lyderies: well well
Samura|-Lyderies: whats this strange signal?
[AFA]Whats.Cooking: How can I help you?
Kodokukan: You cannot help. This one must.
Kodokukan: We cannot permit the theft. Your craft is forfeit.
[AFA]Whats.Cooking: This one is under my protection, I can answer for him.
On the other side, we took apart the ship as it fled. Stripping away the shields, we revealed the hardened carapace beneath and our lasers bit through it. In the mean time, the Artisan Farmers Alliance in the Corsair Gunboat opened fire on us and managed to inflict severe damage. Several of us were harmed in containment breaches. The damage levels were acceptable, and we were close to opening the transport to space, when the transport managed to reach the Orbital Spa and Cruise luxury liner Hawaii in geostationary orbit above the planet Hiran.
While the transport carrying the Artifacts managed to conceal itself behind the luxury liner, forcing us to choose between indiscriminate slaughter and a reputation for mass murder, or letting it escape, the Gunboat presented itself as a simple and attractive target. In moments we had forced the Gunboat too into a retreat behind the Hawaii.
[AFA]Whats.Cooking: Sayonara.
Kodokukan: To hide behind a wall of civilians. You seek to make us into symbols of hatred.
[AFA]Whats.Cooking: You make your own choices, your ways are clear.
Kodokukan: Our ways are correct. For us.
The ships took this opportunity to restock on repair nanobots and shield batteries and re-emerged.
Samura|-Lyderies: You are to leave this area at once unknown vessal
Kodokukan: I do not follow the commands of thieves.
Samura|-Lyderies: you have attacked a civilian transport
Samura|-Lyderies: and are marked as hostile of samura
Kodokukan: You do not seem so civilian, bristling with weapons as you are.
Samura|-Lyderies: you ahve attacked without reason and i tell you to leave
Kodokukan: You were given ample reason.
[AFA]Whats.Cooking: Ample reason for what?
Kodokukan: For this.
We were given an ultimatum to leave, but refused. Their arrogance was too great. We assaulted the transport again and the Artisan Farmer Gunboat leapt to its defence. With near-crippling damage and some few hands lost, we were forced to escape.
We will keep a watchful eye for these ships, and their crew and captains will suffer for their choices.
People make mistakes, people who posess the power make greater mistakes. The worst mistake is the assumption of victorious since it leads him to the point when the failure is the only option. Order agent, tricked by my appearance as a caring Anja Misako, the promising officer of Naval Forces, led me to his superior and they told me the things kept in secret from us.
Questioning the foresight of Naval Forces Tōsui, I believe that either the enemies of ours managed to influence the mind ruling Kusari enough or something beyond the common sense had happened. Our advantage over them is simple - they don't know that their intentions had been revealed.
Cerberus|Ens.D.Beckz: Commander may I introduce Shichigatsu
[color=#FF99FF]Shichigatsu: *She checks the consoles, not like she likes what she sees.* As I said before, I demand you to keep distance. And I can introduce myself. [color=#FFFFFF]Cerberus|AV-Solar.Flare: Cpt.Gaiman: Agreed. I am captain Rebecca Gaiman, pleased to make your acquaitance, officer. Shichigatsu: Anja Misako, Naval Forces 53th, former Honsu Self-Defence batallion. I assume that your agent had already informed you of the matters that made me listen to him instead of following my orders. Cerberus|AV-Solar.Flare: Cpt.Gaiman: Ensign, update me on the situation. Cerberus|Ens.D.Beckz: Yes madam.... The Kusari officer requests information regarding the 113th... Cerberus|AV-Solar.Flare: Cpt.Gaiman: Ah... Well, the best source for that information would be your own Admiralty, but we can say something. Cerberus|Ens.D.Beckz: I informed her we as The Order cannot be too careful and I am not at liberty to disclose anything. I asured her we are interested in peace Shichigatsu: We had not recieved any information on Hanta Iseijin from our commanders. Hanta Iseijin is considered an operatinal group. Following the will of Shogun and Emperor. Cerberus|AV-Solar.Flare: Cpt.Gaiman: Unfortunately, the 113th wing has been infected by Nomads. Shichigatsu: The idea of them being under the influence of aliens hurts. Why should I believe the things my heart and my mind feel as a lie? I need the information I would be able to share with my superiors. Cerberus|AV-Solar.Flare: Cpt.Gaiman: Your admirals came to know of this sad reality only recently. You can ask them. Shichigatsu: Then explain the reasons why hadn't we ourselves been informed on that. Cerberus|AV-Solar.Flare: Cpt.Gaiman: The 113th ships have been declared rogue and are pending termination by the kusari imperial forces. Your admiralty recently communicated their discovery to Order High Command, recognizing the truth behind our numerious warnings. Shichigatsu: I would consider it an attempt to blackmail Hanta Iseijin. No orders were recieved by me or the others. Cerberus|AV-Solar.Flare: Cpt.Gaiman: I can only assume that they are being very cautious about the spreading of such disturbing news. But they will surely answer a direct question. Shichigatsu: *Her face shown a mixed expression, more a confusion than anything else.* Cerberus|Ens.D.Beckz: Exactly, considering the honour associated with them Cerberus|AV-Solar.Flare: Cpt.Gaiman: I know, it's always a grave matter when someone you trusted shows a different face. Know this, officer: we of Cerberus are here to help. We serve and protect all of Mankind. Cerberus|Ens.D.Beckz: We only wish to help Shichigatsu: This is wrong, terribly wrong. Wrong! Cerberus|AV-Solar.Flare: Cpt.Gaiman: I can only suggest you to seek information from your superiors, and act upon their answer. Shichigatsu: Hanta Iseijin were the protectors of our nation. Do you dare proclaim yourselves the ones to guard the guards? Cerberus|AV-Solar.Flare: Cpt.Gaiman: We protect humanity from the alien threats. Unfortunately, aliens are very good at spreading dissent. Remember the tragic days of the Nomad Wars. They put man against man, for their own agenda. They never stopped doing so. Shichigatsu: And what about the Arch then? The creation of brilliant minds, the greatest sculpture? The fortress between Kusari and the Unknown? Cerberus|Ens.D.Beckz: Corrupted Cerberus|AV-Solar.Flare: Cpt.Gaiman: It's built with Nomad technology. Its defenses are nomad weapons.
Cerberus|Ens.R.Foster: The Arch serves more as a gateway than a fortress. Cerberus|AV-Solar.Flare: Cpt.Gaiman: Ensign, come. We will leave, as there is no alient thrwat here today. Shichigatsu: I wish your words to be the lies spreaded to confuse me. Cerberus|AV-Solar.Flare: Cpt.Gaiman: Honorable officer, I wish that was true. I really wish it was. But unfortunately, they are not lies. Ask your superiors. This is the only thing that can shed light into your doubts. And always remember: we are not here to fight humans. Not to fight people like you.
We should consider our future moves, change our methods and show them the future they are rushing towards, the future without them. Their ignorance woild not let them succeed.
