We spent the morning escorting [LC]Pegasus through southern Sirius. We didnt experience any serious pirate threats. Just a few Red Hessian fighters we encountered and they didnt have the stomach to stay engaged. After what seemed like an eternity crossing some vast expanse we found the correct jump hole. Ultimately, Pegasus landed safely and we delivered the engine components on time at Gran Canaria. For future reference please only assign experienced pilots to escort Pegasus as she maintains top cruise speeds, even through dense asteroid fields. Also please send more Earl Gray tea to Pegasuss galley. The Captain gets grumpy if he is out.
Ship Trial Run
Per your request we proceeded to Texas and obtained the two Havoc MkII bombers for initial trial run. We spent the afternoon testing the Havocs flight performance and energy management. Nezu and I would like to report that the Havoc MkII would make a great addition to our security fleet. Nezu especially likes the available energy for weapons and the sleek lines.
Later that same afternoon we received a distress call from a [RM] patrol ship in New Berlin. He mentioned that he was engaged with Hessians at Brandenburg. We immediately headed to his aid and pushed the Havoc engines to 105%. Unfortunately we arrived too late, the [RM] pilots ship was destroyed and he ejected safely. The two pirate ships were near by and we engaged at full force. The first fighter was identified as [Ghost]Nightblade, after exchanging several blows to each others shields Nightblade surprisingly explodes. We believe he turned into his own missile and took out his remaining hull. Lucky for us because the second ship was a Red Hessian cruiser named Varyag. We turned our Havocs straight for his tail and released our Novas. We think he was a Yellow Hessian because he turned and ran. After a series of fire fights and chases we disengaged after he left the system. Well ok we didnt think our first trial run would include a skirmish with a cruiser, however we were very pleased with the Havocs performance and we will keep them for now.
We are waiting our next assignment at Bonn station.

sorry it's been so long since last report. It has been a rough few weeeks. As per usual 6 month overhaul rolls around and all goes wrong, starting with a mine field where i lost comms dish 3 cargo pods and of course it's cargo,damage to main engines, ended up drifting lifesupport only for 3.5 days. Towed to to new london shipyard where repairs were ungone. 5 days including new cargo pods talllied a 3.6million credit bill.
First run after repairs. New London - omega 49 via dublin. On RT attacked by 2 Molly Gunboat and 3 Figther Wings. Lost 2 Cargo Pods, Deterium and the damn Comm Dish... No time for the shipyard, losing money. Pick up london setting course for freeport 11, got caught by the new Alien Menace and even with a little corsair help lost 3 cargo pods port engine and yet still comms dish.
Hired cruiser to tow me to Order Shipyard. tow and escort 1.4 million. Order shipyard got stern talking to by Yard Boss, on "the things one should NOT do in a freighter." runnning through mine fields astroids fields, Frame stresses and linkages damaged. "Full Overhaul Recommended" Frame, Engine, 2 more Pods replaced. Overhaul Bill: 8.6 million Includes 10 days 2000 credits hotel food
Rested and ready to make some money, risked to make another supply run to Freeport 11 with the large fleet presence prices are off the hook 6x the normal range at least. Full tanks full pods and off we go.
Some ride until last 16 hours of trip, Freeport 11 space, the alien menace arrives agian the escort i hired engaged one "vapped" one limped away with damaged ship. I made a run for it. they persued but did not shoot for 60k. then one of the ships spoke to my computer and stole control of my nav and comms. turned heading to alien homeworld shocked and pissed I needed a plan. I remembered the Order Shipyard master, pointing out some of the new features on the armored comms dish he personally installed. One of the features, being an old fashion shortwave seperate from all main systems, scrambling to find the Book. I then put on full spacesuit+extra tanks in case they decided todo anything or i decided to jump off, cause there's no way in hell they're takin' my fat ass home as a trophy. Back to the shortwave it worked like a charm, within 3 hours i had done enough yelling, I convinced 16 fighters and 2 cruisers to "Rescue the Whiskey!!"
The rescue was sucsessful however my ship computer did not survive. Towed to Freeport 11. Offed cargo and setup tow back to Order shipyard being the closest place with full repair capabilities.
10 more days waiting for custom upgraded aliencontrol-proof and cross my fingers computer

But with the supply prices still so high in freeport 11 I should have that money back in 10 days.

Last night Aquila and I went out on a patrol in the California system. We spotted a Lane Hacker. We chased him into New York and that is were he shot his first fire at me. Aquila and I engaged him in combat and fought to the death. Eventually my ship blew up and Aquila proceeded to blow up the Lane Hacker. It was a good battle. I would like to request additional funds for repair of my ship. The ship dealer said it would take at least 1 week to repair my ship. Thank you for your help.

I protected Nik on a run. I did not run into any pirates just a few of Red Hessian.We reached Honshu and made a good profit and had no repairs on our ship. Nik stayed the night at Honshu so i met with Sig silver and SB21.We flew over to Sigma 13 and got attacked by a corsair gunboat and a bomber.The Corsais won the battle and we got picked up by a gas miner ship and they took us to Naha. We had enough credits to fix our ships it took about 2 weeks to get our ships fixed. After all was fixed we headed off to Planet Honshu. We told Nik what happened to our ships. Then we got a hotel and stayed the night. Nik payed for our hotel expenses because he felt bad about what happened to us.

I have been sucsessfully taged as a LC pilot and geared up with equipment and ship, alltho it was troublesome to do the transfer because of several intervension of Rouges and Hackers.
However note that two Hackers (players) came close to the volantis but not close enough to discover it's location, in future transactio i would recomend doing a long range scan of the area before intiating a transaction.
