I am pleased to hear you asking us for a favor, however large or small it may be.
At first glance, this list merely indicates that a level of research or development is apparent. Of what, in my opinion, I would assume to be of similar studies to us, but with more intent upon the development of something large and not of conventional construction. Was this a delivery dossier? Or merely a external cargo scan?
I personally would not be phased of such things, unless they were in the hands of someone with a darker motive for it.

G'day Dr. Bohr, I considerd the matter closed, I was assured by a source that this items are not being weaponized instead they are the component to build a flagship of some sort, I cant say I trust the claim, but only time will tell.
If you have somthing to add or maybe start your own research based on this claim, am willing to support it.
I am very interested what kind of ship you can build that has those items listed.
