Elyssa shuffled some papers on her conference table. Overlooking Bethlehem, and Tyrone, the conference toom displayed a pleasant view. Elyssa touched her intercom.
"Leon, tell me when Mr. Coen's representative arrives, and lead him to the Overlook Conference Room please."
"Got it Lyssa."
Elyssa smiled and sighed. Turning off the intercom, she got upand went to the small room down the hall to lie down and wait until the representative arrives.
Coen's personal yacht flew to Bethlehem. It was well armoured, fast and the mere sight of it was worth more than other ships. And that was probably why Sebastien Coen had it.
The journey to Bethlehem Station was not an epic one, since his yacht happened to be within Liberty's borders. Regardless, Coen was not onboard. Only the crew, the commander and Coen's selected representative were onboard.
They had been sent to Liberty a week before the transmission, in order to get used to the area and prepare for the meeting, if it had been accepted by Bethlehem's Administrator.
The yacht moored gracefully to the station. Two burly crewmen who could pass for security, and Coen's representative made it onboard the station, before the yacht detached and flew off. It was all part of the plan, as leaving Coen's yacht moored to a station would only make it a target.
The group of three walked on from the hangar bay and towards the bar. The two men occupied most of the corridor. The representative was female, with a small frame typical of her Kusari heritage. She was one of the newest Omicroners, one whose sudden appearance amongst the group was mysterious but not questioned. Her name was Mio Akayama.
A man approached the group, and the two men tensed. Akayama however, spoke softly. "My name is Mio Akayama, I am a representative of The Omicroners. I am here to speak to Administrator Elyssa Knight."
The group was lead to a conference room. The two guards stowed outside the door as it shut.
"Greetings Administrator Knight. My name is Mio Akayama, I'm the representative of The Omicroners." Akayama bowed. "I hope you are well."
"I am here to discuss your station's policies in general, and mainly your NFZ. However, I unaware of them, and if you could provide me a copy to read over for a short while before we talk it would be most appreciated." Akayama bowed again and waited for her host to permit her to sit down.

Elyssa smiled.
"Here is our policies. It regards both the NFZ and our docking permissions."
"Do you have any policies about conduct on the station, Administrator?" Akayama looked up. She presumed there would be, and wanted to read all documents before talking about why she had come here.

"These are our station conduct policies. We try and keep the peace with free docking. Violators get kicked out, inappropriate behavior gets you warned twice then fined."
Elyssa took a drink of water as the woman read them over.
"Yes, just as I started this job, we had a drunk lady strip and run throught the station. Also there was a man who barely wore anything. I Rogue I think... Not sure really. Maybe just an independant trader. I redid that policy to be specific. So far, no infringements. We don't care what you do in your room, as long as items belonging to the station is not harmed."
Elyssa paused.
"Or the station itself."
Elyssa addressed the next question."
"Five-click sphere around Bethlehem miss Akayama."
"Fair enough, all is in order and I am aware of enough." Akayama started. The real talk began now.
"My purpose in being sent here is to see whether you will modify your station's NFZ policies. Specifically, to make them more biased for Zoners." She probed for a reaction, before continuing. "As it stands, I am aware of rumours that Bethlehem may be sold for a better station, and if these policies were modified, The Omicroners would be in a more beneficial position to create a mutually beneficial connection and supply route between our two stations."
Akayama coughed. "People have misinterpreted us before, so allow me to clarify before you think and speak Miss Knight. This is not a threat. It is business, and we simply want good business. We feel that you modifying your station policies would encourage good business."
