[color=#FFCC33]Some people may be suprised by the size of this mod,

This is an unavoidability in Music and Sound modding in freelancer, in the originals files Microsoft used an odd hybrid MP3/wav format that is neither 1 or the other, they have the relative size of a MP3 and the quality of a Wave file.

Unable to replicate this despite many attempts to do so means that the files are soley Wave audio files, again which some of you know, they can be pretty huge (for just audio) 1 minute = 10MB or so...

I noticed a lot of people tend to say "I never have the music on" which is fair enough. because neither did I before I created my first Music Mod, which was the Final Fantasy 7 Music mod, However I do urge people to try this, it is another thing that keeps the game with that fresh feeling, adding a subtle change to add a smile to your face.

Using the OST's of Both Metroid Prime 1 and Metroid Prime 2 Echoes. The music flows seamlessly with no gaps, anybody willing to prove me wrong may attempt to do so, ive tried my best to integrate these OST into Freelancer and it works really well.

well, not really gameboy like, since gameboys are midi and these are not,

there has been a small problem with this, im sure due to some form of copywrite Mod database deleted the pack from its site, and Media Fire (for what ever reason it decided) wont upload it successfully either.

so, im not sure what i could do to rectify this problem, any thoughts? i might make a short video to show that it works and stuff, just s you can see it.

i mean, ive made this mod for me,because i really like the MP ost's but I thought "meh, why not share it"

so any ideas how i could get this to those that are willing to try it?

the problems with File hosting should soon be cleared thanks to much help from Arashi for setting up FTP hosting.


until this is ready to go i will be willing to give the mod to people via skype.
