i payed a man 200 million and he got banned he has been un-Banned for 7 days and still no t paying and he is also not responding to my PM's

WHAT TO DO???

Report him. But you won't get your money back by admins.

He'll get banned if the evidence is clear and he'll probably have to return the loan if he wishes to be ever unbanned.

Its not against the rules to steal via loan scamming any more, so what to do? Learn from your mistakes and get some collateral next time.

In other words, chose the debtors carefully and report, report, fill every day a report, fun, fun, fun, fun. Seems that what you can achieve is that player being punished for scamming, but noone guarantees you the return of loaned sum; at all.
