Well, you got the Molly faction and the various Rheinland groups, I guess. But the Rheinland crims are rather more nationally revolutionary than secessionist.

Aside from that, Cam... I'm the King of nothing. I quite like being the King of nothing. However, these are people with whom I will interact. They are people with whom the faction I lead will interact... Hell, they're people with whom the government I am a part of (that of Liberty) will have to interact with. Now... I may not be a king, I lack the regal standing, but what I do have is the ability to speak on behalf of myself and my faction.
With regards to that, I think I'm well within my rights to say "I would welcome you, and my faction would welcome you".
Whether they care or not is an irrelevance. Turns out that Mr Spacetime has asked if I have suggestions or advice. Well ain't that nice.
Well, Joe surely has more experience than me on how Liberty works. That's why I asked for his input. Furthermore, either we like it or not, he is going to lead the main opposing faction of PLM|. Maintaining a healthy oorp respect for each other will boost the ingame interactions which is the cornerstone for every player faction. When this isn't the case, then that would lead to bad situations (see: Kusari lawfuls - bd relations in the past or Rheinland lawfuls - Hessian relations)

To be honest, I didn't remember that when I first made this post.
I am not sure what could someone liberate in an empty and war-torn Quebec. As for LRF, they are fairly inactive and as of Ontario, it has a pretty small and corporate population so I don't find it Roleplay-wise as something realistic contrary to Pennsylvania which is backed up by Lore, has a substantial population of different origin and it is also fairly isolated.

LOL?
The Mollies, and Dublin.

That's not always true, I find that hostile relations OORPly lead to better PvP fights and arguments in game.

Quebec has literally nothing in it, why would anyone ever want it to succeed. Planet Val'D'Or itself is the only potentially valuable thing and that would need work to colonize.
At least the PLM will have something in lore to guide it, although as a whole I feel Zoners will become more unwelcome in Liberty as a result.... "they could" be working for the PLM...
It'll create an interesting situation alright since Bethlehem, Freeport 14 and Freeport 2 are the only nearby Zoner installations...
This was going to try and be a closed economy group (if I remember correctly), using only ships and weapons from Pennsylvania, limiting it very much. There were some other hurdles as well, ID and Iff issues of some sort and not having a base of operations to work out of discretely, all the new players in Penn made it difficult at times and clear objective....feed families?...pirate for money? Liberate Penn entirely from anything not Penn? I dont think we had gotten that far, then RL got hecktic for me if and I lost touch and interest with it.
