Good evening everyone.
So today, I was on my first "official" patrol. So I started from Planet Manhattan, NY System, as always. I continued to West Point, and after that I checked the Badlands for vessels with contraband. Nothing wrong happened, just found few NPC pilots, and forced Freelancer to drop Liberty Navy Pilots, which were brought into the safe destination. After that I continued to Colorado system, to check for pirate activity. Again it was all clear. I checked whole system and headed back to the NY. Here, right in front of Manhattan docking rings and mooring fixture, were Captain of the ship called LNS-Charger and Liberty Rogue Bomber-class vessel pilot (Catch-22) fighting each other, I must admit when I got there, the LNS-Charger was trying to run away, with big hull damages on his ship. I engaged the enemy pilot at once, even with my ship that is not completely equipped. Me, together with LNS-Charger vessel have managed to shoot the Rogue pilot down. LNS-Charger afterwards to my surprise, started begging into system chat, for credits, for his repairs. I offered him escort to Liberty Navy base for repairs, he refused this. I was doing ordinary patrol missions around most systems of Liberty. But it was not the last time that captain of this vessel surprised me. After a few moments I went into California system to check what is going on. Well there was vessel "Dinner" fighting and destroying all "Judge" tagged ships, and LNS-Charger was just watching them. I have been told that "Judge" ships destroyed LPI officer, but when I asked LNS-Charger what was his name, he was unable to answer. This raised my suspicions. Meanwhile the "Dinner" and "Senior-Cadet-Lean" were fighting their lifes off. I ordered to stop all that violence in the Liberty Space, but I was ignored. "Dinner" afterwards ordered LNS-Charger to shoot down the other vessel because it is too hard to kill. For my surprise LNS-Charger commited that murder in front of my eyes. Senior-Cadet-Lean was shot down in a second, just in that second when he cut off his engines, and stopped firing, at that moment he obeyed my order, and he was executed in front of my eyes by LNS-Charger. Afterwards I told him, that I must write this incident into my patrol report, because murdering civilians is not the thing that Liberty House forces should do. Also, LNS-Charger accepted big bribe from "DINNER". That was the reason he obeyed his commands.
I would be very happy if this incident could be forwarded to the Navy Command. Captain of this vessel should be put on trial and imprisoned immediately.
