Wouldn't think the Kusari State Police were one to overstep their judicial bounderies but it seems that even the most seemingly disciplined of institutions has their idiots among them.
Standard patrol for what seemed like a standard shift, start out from Fort Bush, do a check in of the gates and be back in time for my regular swig of Cambridge Dry afterwards. No trouble, no paperwork. It seems that the latter always finds a way to ruin my day. As I approached Fort Bush my scanners noticed an ident sig where a particular ident sig shouldn't be. As I exited from the lane to Manhatten it turned out to be a Kusari State Police Battlecruiser armed to the teeth and ready for a fight. It immediately docked before I could contact West Point's traffic control so I logged its prescene and continued on with my patrol.
Later as I did one last round of the locale I came across the same vessel in orbit above Manhatten opening fire on reserve fleet personnel, in response to which the KSP Battlecruiser initiated full burn straight into the Detriot debries field. Thankfully no casualties asides a few damaged ships and some ejected pilots occured, but I recommend to anyone in the know this gets relayed to the Admiralty boards of the Primary Fleets as soon as possible.
