Today, I woke up with Sergeant Aiden Maggard screaming through the comms for me to get my arse out of bed and make a bee-line to Fort Bush. I had no clue as to what I was going to face, numbers, names, nothing. I rubbed the sleep out of my eyes, put on my uniform and badge, hopped into my Libby and screamed from Planet Houston, to Fort Bush as fast as that little engine could thrust.
Coming upon the scene, Maggard again screamed into my ears to hurry and engage. Good thing too, cause I admit I was almost ready to fall asleep at the helm. Arriving, I saw a thick melee of Outcast and lawful ships engaged in heavy combat. I quickly spoke my engagement to all, and picked a target out of the bunch to take out. One by one, the unlawfuls began dropping. Finally, we managed to take out the stragglers and achieved victory with no LPI losses. A good day if I do say so myself.
Immediately after the battle, I hustled it back to Houston, so I could finish that nap that was so rudely interupted.
I have some pics of the battle which will identify who was involved in the fight and the happy results for the LPI:
