Under my guidance, there will be 3 Stages of Training.
--------------------------------------
Recruit; Combat will be done in a Liberator, or for our more ballsy applicants in a Patriot. Training officers will be flying various generic civvie fighters to simulate the real deal. Possibly acquire and repair some old pirate ships for LPI Training use.
To pass from Recruit to Officer, except for the written test, said recruit must be able to destroy a Starflea Drone. The drone is programmed to only dodge, and is quite good at doing that. No missiles are allowed.
Recruit VS Trainer.
Ships Used:
Recruit: Patriot/Liberator.
Trainer: Border Worlds Class Fighter (?)/Falcon/Patriot/Liberator/Starflea.
--------------------------------------
Regular; This involves regular sparring between Officer's Liberators and Instructor's ships as well as other Officer's Ships. This will allow our officers to stay sharp when in the field. Possiblilty of rare meetings, where Anti Gunboat or Transport strategies are discussed, although such training is usually left for the Spec Ops Training.
Officer VS Trainer.
Officer VS Officer.
Ships used:
Officer: Patriot/Liberator.
Trainer: Border Worlds Class Fighter (?)/Falcon/Patriot/Liberator/Pirate Transport/Roc/Upholder(To be replaced by Peacekeeper)/Havoc MK2.
--------------------------------------
Spec Ops; This is reserved for Silver wing and the SWAT Team. Here Bomber training will be done, as well as HF/VHF training. Officers will fly not only Specialized Patriots (Silver wing) but a variety of Bombers, Heavy Fighters and Very Heavy Fighters. They will be thought how to deal with Gunboats, Gunships, Bombers, Transports and even Capital ships.
Spec Op VS Trainer.
Spec Op VS Spec Op.

--------------------------------------
That is all. Send any proposed adjustments to the LPI Training manual to me, and I will review them.
