Stops on your patrol/trade route: New York-->California-->New York-->Texas-->New York Brief report/outline of your patrol: Sergeant Vladimir Law was reading a book in the LPI Lounge. He wondered about about a few things, whilst letting his imagination run wild about the book that was a story of fiction on the ancient world of Earth. He closed the book and then went onto writing his report for which he needed to do. He took out his holo-computer from his satchel and started typing.
______________________________________________________________________ Liberty Police Incorporated Report: 18/04/818 A.S.
From New York the system was found clear, and I then decided to head to the California System with the officer's present. The first suspect we found was the known criminal of ddwb_XD[1] where Officer Jackson was in pursuit. I assisted and found the suspect was carrying Artifacts as well as civilian hostages, and an LPI officer hostage. We attempted to engage, however the suspect fled to Magellan and bragged about how outlaws controlled the system. Due to LPI restriction of jurisdiction, we ceased pursuit.
On clearing California, Officer Jackson and I flew back to New York, where we found a vessel with Synthetic Marijuana. The suspect, Ruri[2][3] possessed 50 units of Synthetic Marijuana. Being concerned with the pilot being under the influence of narcotics, and that he possess contraband, we asked the vessel to stop but he refused to do so. We then went in pursuit and the vessel then attempted to threaten Officer Jackson and I, for which I gave the green light to interception[4]. Unfortunately a storm came through and all vessels were disorientated, by the time we came to we were in different locations and the suspect gone.
Officer Jackson Brown then disengaged and went back to a base. I continued patrol in New York and then onto Texas. I saw a suspect exit the tradelane from Hudson, a one VK222U with Superconductors, thus breaching the embargo. The vessel failed to stop so I pursued it into New York, and because other Liberty Law Enforcement failed in intercepting the vessel, it got to Rochester. Disengaging due to LPI Regulations, I then was waiting for the vessel to exit so I could fine it, when I was threatened on the comms by a Corsair Admiral that if I don't let him go there will be 'consequences', and another vessel threatening to get Rheinland to attack, both if I prosecute the vessel. The suspect then escaped through Colorado Jumphole near Rochester, and I disengaged as I couldn't break LPI Regulations by getting too close to Rochester. This suspect was sneaky, telling me he is foreign but then breaking the embargo, heading in and out of Rheinland a total of 3 times. Without LPI Backup or any other law enforcement, I was left myself trying to enforce the law and catch the fugitive. I then found him once heading Bering and was able to get his cargo evidenced [5][6]. He always kept fleeing the LPI and Obstructing the course of justice, knowingly breaching embargo.
He then hired a pilot to try to distract me whilst he does it again, a one Man-in-them-pants[7][8]. As the evidence shows, the prior suspect was there as well, VK222U and was saying that the vessel attack me. The suspect here threatened that he was breaking embargo by going to Rheinland with water to attempt me to pursue him. I stated its just water and even if it was technically it was a good, I wouldn't be too fussed if they left with water. The vessel because I did so attacked me, and then ran off. I went in pursuit[9], warning the vessel to stop. Eventually I gave the green light to attack and decided to intercept, as an LPI Sergeant whom was myself was assaulted. Hence as such, I intercepted[10][11] and neutralised[12] the suspect. However VK222U escaped again and used Rochester to hide from LPI forces. Suspect is to be considered an important target of interception - 3 counts of breach of Embargo, numerous counts of Obstruction of Justice.
The other incidents were as such: In Texas, Suspect Mihaily[13][14] came from Hudson and was carrying Copper, and because Copper can be used to make Superconductors, tampering with the Copper would hamper the war industry against Rheinland. I ordered the vessel to stop, but it entered Planet Houston's atmosphere and unfortunately did not heed my commands, thus breaking the law. When I re-entered New York, a suspect a one Bunterhund[15][16] was found trying to evade a tradelane. He was found in an illegal ship and ordered to leave Liberty via Colorado. After some hesitation to vessel did so, and therefore complied.
Coming around Fort Bush, I docked my vessel and stopped my patrol at the appropriate time.

Sergeant Vladimir Law sent the report and went back to reading his book, utterly amazed at the primitive world that was once Earth.
