Greetings,

on behalf of the Borderworld Exports and as Colonial Authority Department Manager, I have to discuss a serious matter with you about some Corsair warship.

Said warcraft did at about 1100 hours damage Port Talbot critically, whereupon the Armed Forces tried to cut their limbs. However, one of them managed to escape heavily damaged and successfully docked on Freeport 1 in order to repair his ship.

And since he did all this in front of my alert eyes - I felt forced to report this issue to you and ask if there's anything you can do to either restrict the ship's docking rights and/or release him to the Armed Forces.

I have forwarded this report onto the Confederation of Freeports, they should deal with the Corsair in question. Quite brave of you to follow a Dreadnought in only a Shetland, but that's the Bretonian spirit, wouldn't you say?

Thank you for your efforts in saving Talbot once again. I didn't venture out quite as far this time given that I had some crew to round up from King's Cross; it appeared a few of them had ran off in search of clean water to drink. Sure it won't happen again, until the next time.
