I wish to convey my sincerest condolences to you for what has transpired on Gran Canaria. As it always does, war has brought out the ugliest facets of humanity.

Although my government has no official stance on the conflict currently embroiling Omega 49, it is clear that the true victims of war will always be as it always has been; the defenseless, often written off as mere collateral damage and left to suffer.

As a man of the military, I cannot even hope to hide the misery that I have caused in the service of my government, however, I can do what I can to ensure that good men such as yourself continue to undo the damage done by men like me.

Enclosed are 350 commercial units of various pharmaceuticals and other medical miscellaneous consumables to supplement your field operations. I apologize for the meagerness of our contribution, and though it may not be enough to ensure the treatment of all of the victims of the orbital bombardments, it is the most that could be brought, given the circumstances of our involvement in the Omega 49 system.

In addition, I offer the capability of our ship, the Sleipnir, to medivac your critically injured to medical facilities in house space. Without compromising the confidentiality of its mission, the Sleipnir will have the capacity to ferry approximately three hundred people to safety if necessary. This service, however, has a limited window of opportunity, as operational constraints require the Sleipnir to depart within seventy-two hours of the broadcasting of this message. If there are any which you require to be evacuated, this channel will remain open until the end of the operational window.

Guten Tag, Sir,

At a time when everything is just plain aweful, this is a welcomed surprise. We would welcome the supplies. While I'm in and out of the field, I keep my expertise here at the center.
There is a gentleman whom I know only slightly. He heads a church group that is here. CNN I believe. He is heading up a great deal of the rescue. If you would, direct the goods to his people.

I cannot guarantee what you will encounter out here. Corsairs and the Coalition are abundant. I do hope they see you as humanitarian aid and let you pass. Even we're having a difficult time of things.
