I am Duncan Stow, CEO of Omicron Supply Industries. Pardon the delay in responding to your transmission. Things have been...hectic around the corporate office of late, resulting in somewhat of a backlog.

I do recall that prior to my taking over the company, OSI did provide the service you mentioned. I see no reason why this service would not still be available, but I am not one hundred percent sure on its availability.
