Konnichiwa my esteemed Bretonian freinds. We have been freinds for a long time, enough of freinds to consider us lawfuls within your borders. I come to you asking for permission of something that you may find disturbing.

You see the Chrysanthemums have made some powerful allies since I have taken leadership. Enough to gain money for larger weaponry. This weaponry wasnt made in Kusari however, and the journey to get this technology takes us through your borders. So I am requesting permission to your honorable nation to allow the passage of our 3 new pilgrim liners to traverse through the systems of Newcastle and Leeds. Our weapons will be deactivated until such time that we leave leeds. If you have any other concerns let me know. I hope for a speedy reply.

Miss Matsumado,

"Konnichiwa" again, it has been some time since we last spoke. I haven't heard any reports of your ships in Bretonia, but I gather from this request that you are still operating in the north. As for the request itself, under the current edition of the Bretonian Charter of Interstellar Law, the Chrysanthemums are entitled to use the Pilgrim class Liner in our space.
We would require to know which direction you are headed, along with your destination for the purchase and fitting of these weapons. An escort can be arranged, but should not be strictly necessary.

Best regards,

The vessels in question have already been bought from Iverness Space Port from the Junkers Congress. They are in dry-dock there until my girls have the green light to move them. The Destination of course is our home station in Kusari, where they will stripped of all unnecessary equipment and retrofitted to our needs. I don't believe an escort will be necessary.

Miss Matsumado,

Ah, I appear to have misunderstood; I thought the request was to transit through Bretonia from Kusari to be fitted with weaponry to the south. We get on fairly well with the Invergordon Junkers, I should have realised.
If you are simply flying through to the north then there will indeed be no need of an escort. Until we next speak, good luck and safe flying.

Best regards,
