As for the request itself, under the current edition of the Bretonian Charter of Interstellar Law, the Chrysanthemums are entitled to use the Pilgrim class Liner in our space.
We would require to know which direction you are headed, along with your destination for the purchase and fitting of these weapons. An escort can be arranged, but should not be strictly necessary.

The vessels in question have already been bought from Iverness Space Port from the Junkers Congress. They are in dry-dock there until my girls have the green light to move them. The Destination of course is our home station in Kusari, where they will stripped of all unnecessary equipment and retrofitted to our needs. I don't believe an escort will be necessary.
