After playing with OpenSP for a bit, I decided to come to the multiplayer side of things. Mod deactivated and reactivated fine (Yes, Content.dll was backed up and put back in), but then Freelancer wouldn't start, so I deactivated the mod eventually, while doing that it had an error and now it has the same error every time.

Here's the message:
Error: problem activating 'Discovery Mod v4.84'
Error: SHCopyFile failed ('D:\Program Files\Freelancer Mod Manager\mods\Discovery484\EXE\Freelancer.exe' to 'D:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Freelancer\EXE\Freelancer.exe')
So, essentially I don't know what to do, except perhaps copy the .exe manually, if it's there anymore (might not be, therefore the source of the problem... Just checked during the post, it's there alright.)

You deactivated instead of restore backups? That would be your problem, you most likely killed your FL install. Reinstall your FL and follow the basic steps found here to fix it up.

And MAKE SURE to backup your account ID before uninstalling, to learn how look at option number 3 in the link above.

I believe one other thing to look at is the save game area.
This data can interact with attempts to join multiplayer.
If the problem persists, delete the savegame files and try again.

Well, I tried uninstalling it (The unistillation magically failed... I don't know how you fail deleting something.) And now it keeps giving me disk errors every three seconds (Installing in new directory, thanks to unsuccesful uninstall)

Just stating, no further assistance needed... The computer will get it through its thick proccesser eventually.

Edit: Nevermind. Now it won't do anything, even on a clean, fresh install. I havn't even installed any mods yet.

I am very frustrated a couple days ago I was trying to get on the server and looked at the server list and your server dosnt show up on eather of my computers but works on my friends computer it used to work I have the updated virson and filters all open and my firewall gives freelancer port full acsess I wonder if my IP was banned for reasons I don't know but I am just guessing can you please help me out.
