I went to Omega 49 to buy a larger transport and now I can't get the d^&$ thing out! There's an unmapped weapons installation right outside the jump hole back to Dublin and before I can change direction, activate cruise engines or even BLINK my new ship is toast.
I tried going out via Omega 52 but that route goes through a Coalition system that's just as hostile.
I figured I could buy a bribe at one of the bases in 49 to get me through the Dublin choke point, but the base doesn't show up on my nav map so I don't even know what faction is shooting at me! REALLY FRUSTRATING!!
It's a Molly player-built base. You can contact them on the forum and request to be put on the neutral list; or you can just go through Omega-47 -> Omega-5 -> Cambridge to get back to House space.
Also Molly's are unlawful for a reason, they are supposed to be mean baddies, they don't owe anybody anything, and they aren't in a delicate geopolitical situation. This is one of the best and most sensible bases on the server, unlike the lawful terrorist ones : )))
Moved this to a slightly more appropriate location.
The base in question is a player-made station owned by the [M]ollys to keep Corsairs out, and in their wisdom this means "hostile to all, like ALL the Zoners too". To be honest I am surprised it isn't just Molly IFF, since that'd shoot Bretonia and Corsairs. I vaguely remember some "we want to kill anyone smuggling to the Corsairs too", not that it actually stops people bringing supplies from Dublin if they have some clue what they are doing... inB4 base rage once again
You can apply for docking permission (and thus being on the no-fire list) in their Licensing thread, although expect to wait a few days because Nik is lazy (and/or some internet problems )
In the meantime, you can head through Omega-47 then to either Omega-5 or Omega-41 to get back to more familiar waters.
Getting past the coin in a Omega-49->Dublin direction is near impossible (although I have pulled it off in a BWT and ZBT, barely)
Either have someone in Dublin distract the turrets until you make an escape or take the long route as others suggested.
Plenty of players 'should' help you out even if it takes a few million credits.

Vagrant Raider, we are well aware of what your group is. That given, we also know about its size, moreover ten millions doesn't cover it. Rise it up to fifty and you'll be known by the Coin. Send the payout to the account which is attached below.

Harael finishes the tranmission towards the Raiders and switches to the molly pilot's frequency.
You surely are nameless. Your request has been granted, the access has been approved. Enjoy our installations.
Tranmission over
Maybe if you actually replied to your conversaion it would go faster? ATM SCRA and VR are sending messages to the mollys crying about being shot, when The Mollys have already told them what they need to do, and gotten no reply...
