I assume because we're not quite as 'team Liberty' as dse/ageira/usi - same reason I don't see any mention of synth foods or interspace here, I figured
but that's very weird though - liberty has shown no hesitation in getting very involved on behalf of its companies before - including interspace when the lanes were nationalised, synth foods with Stuttgart to make amends for bad debts, and arguably even Cryer, giving us a place to call home when we were quite loudly kicked out of Rheinland. none of these are the 'team Liberty' corps, but they clearly have enormous political influence with the government, and with the active intervention, and swapping equivalences etc (as in, it wasn't synth foods that rheinland owed all that money too, but they still got Stuttgart), plus the general corps R rad vibe of Liberty, does seem like govt is of the view that what's good for the corporations is good for the house.
Alte, the thing is, I've never made a point of showing myself as a saint, nor does anyone care if I'm a "newer member of the government" (no idea what you mean by attacks on melbourne). That stuff does not matter, I gave a description of how the current "government" works, that's all. I don't have to be a good human being nor does anyone, in order to do all this.
And yes, our opinion and general vote was that "we don't want you personally in the skype chat", I never said otherwise. And it was never a point of "an admin representing us", or "monopolizing your rp". The things that go through the Lib Gov chat are generally station building permissions, tech permissions and stuff like that. We don't decide on what one of our factions do, no one has that right in the government, nor will they ever.
But as I said, the decision was against you personally as well as widow I believe. We would like the DSE) in the government chat but it was decided that it wasn't going to be you directly, as for the reasons, well, they're not for here and you've already answered that question yourself. Although as a note, there was a discussion about inviting in a DSE) representative that generally ran most of DSE which was a.."Zed" I believe.
And as for Cryer, well, it was "Liberty Security + The Big Three", which, sadly, Cryer isn't in the big three and lore-wise is more of a side-faction just like planetform (for example). But I guess I could always put a note in to think about Cryer.

He simply said "I'll ask" at the end of a heated discussion as to why I shouldn't be in it, thus already discrediting any other bodies of DSE). This is why bring it here. I even offered Widow to enter and simply got "I'll look into it" Generally, in Max terms that's "I'll put it at the bottom of my care pile" In getting absolutely no response, I assumed that we're not welcome.
Oh yes, because Max is the only person in Lib Gov, right?
Anyway.. I don't agree with the official faction system, but for better or worse it's the way Discovery works, and it's far too late to try and change it.
You have a temper Alte, we've been over this before. A lot of your views I actually agree with, but I don't think you'd be suited for Lib Gov. Seriously though, the issue with Widow not being involved probably boils down to forgetfulness and being busy, and it would've been much more appropriate to try to contact someone else on Skype (Kevin would probably be best, I think he's the most active Lib Gov member right now) to try to get it sorted out.
