Hello there!. As miner, sometimes the mining task turns a bit hard, because when Im preparing the ores for the transport, im always missing time while im jettisoning the cargo. Is there any way, to can use a jettisoned cargo (a ore floating on space) and click it, then continue filling it? like a ship cargo hold... This will reduce the space and we will not be trapped on a big sphere of ores hehehehehe. I know this have some danger, all that ores in only one point its easy to destroy for others, but i think its a fair risk hehehe.
What ship are you using? It's only worthwhile dropping the ore in space in the absence of transports if you are using a Hegemon or Annapurna. If you are using any other smaller generic mining ship then you should only fill up transports (or fill up another miner in one of those 2 ships I mentioned).
Its not stupid hehehe, im always doing this on Helium cloud (Pennsylvania) and giving it for free for all small transports (with max 800 cargo its for free, biggers will cost only 200$ unit) and sometimes there are no people around, so to do not miss time, i start mining and dropping the cargo, so the pilots coming only need to use tractor beam and we will use less time on the action, thats all. But it will help so much if the miners will can to re-fill a ore on space like a cargo hold, thats all.

Until the transport arrives, you can simply mine and jettison the ore.
The transport can simply pick it up and is already atleast 50% filled with ores as soon as the captain arrives. Saves you some time, and keeps you busy until the transport arrives.
