Coalition ID:

Pilot carrying this ID is a member of the Coalition, who:
  • Can engage only in self defense, or when with SCRA Official Players or when someone refuses their demands for contraband
  • Can go anywhere in Sirius and Gallia to spread their Glorious Revolution
  • Can't use any technology other than Coalition technology and Civilian transports not from a house.
  • May demand Slaves, Cardamine, Liquid Cardamine, Artifacts, Nox, Hypnotainment Bands, Nomad Organics and levy fines while in the Omegas.
  • Is allowed to make propaganda about wodka and their revolution for more wodka

Allowed Ships: Coalition Fighters, Coalition Bombers, Coalition Gunboats, Transports from Sirius not belonging to an house, Coalition Destroyer.

Zoner ID:

Pilot carrying this ID is a member of the Zoners, who:

- Is alllowed to do things besides float around and be bored
- Is not mocked on the forums on a daily basis
- Is still subject to server rules and faction rights penalties based on ingame actions.
- May dock on any station with any ship (again, subject to faction rights). However when buying and selling commodities, may only participate in three transactions:
1) You may buy commodities from a non-house base, and sell them on a house base.
2) You may buy commodities from a non-house base, and sell them on a non-house base.
3) You may buy commodities from a house base, and sell them on a non-house base.

(So you are free to trade edge/border worlds goods to houses/other edge/border worlds, and you are free to bring house goods out to the edge/border worlds. But you may not trade between bases in a house, or between houses, no matter what ship you're flying.)
E.G. You may NOT buy commodities from a house base and sell them on another house base.

It seems legit to me. All you have to do then, if Zoner traders are too plentiful, is adjust the sell prices of borderworlds goods on house bases, and house goods on borderworlds bases. Since the Zoners can't trade between bases of a house, or between houses, you don't affect house shipping companies and the populations of those factions will rise, since their routes will be more profitable. And at the same time, you don't slap the Zoners with an artificial restriction.

Or you could do it differently, and say the house shipping companies have lobbied the house governments to restrict Zoner shipping. Now the aforementioned restrictions are house laws, and the police can levy fines or FR5 offending traders whom they catch docking on bases with things that were not made in the borderworlds. Same effect, different enforcement.

Can attack pirates and terrorists in self-defense, to protect another lawful trader, or in defense of corporate bases of the same affiliation.
May engage in piracy against corporations affiliated with houses at war with Liberty.
Can actively hunt Pirates in Alberta and Ontario.
Cannot ally with any unlawfuls.

Allowed ships: Fighters, Bombers, Freighters, Transports, Gunboats.

(gets a x4 bonus for Platinum Ore)

Carries an official bounty hunter badge on a chain around his neck
Drinks at the Dwayne Lee Chapman Memorial Bar & Grill
Can have sex with any large breasted woman that he (or she) happens to meet
Can hunt any unlawful that has a bounty upon them any where at any time
When destroying the ship of the criminal, must have an intervention with the criminal as they tow his escape pod back to the local constabulary
